Friendly owner, clean room and facilities.

Bit of a up hill walk from town. There could be more pans/cutlery in the kitchentte

The friendly stuff people there, beside the cleanness of the apartment.

Cleanliness of the room, politeness and efforts of the hosts. You can find everything you need in the room (unfortunately no shampoo).

A relatively long steep way to the hotel without pavements, no convenient public transport nearby. Window of my room overlooked the wasteland.

Stanka and family were excellent hosts. It was beautiful,peaceful and delightful. Non intrusive but if you needed anything Stanka would be there for you. We had the most perfect holiday, just a short walk to the town which had many restaurants and bars. Can't wait to go back again.

The owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well-cared for. The air conditioning worked efficiently, which is important for this hot climate. The kitchenette allowed for eating breakfast and other meals in the apartment as desired. The apartment was quiet. A nice balcony provided a great place for breakfast or to sit and relax. All dish soaps, dishwasher soaps, dishes, and towels were provided. The apartment is less than 5 minute walk to a grocery store and about a 5 minute walk down to the Port and beach areas.

There was no washing machine. The lady at the apartments next door could do laundry. However, she charged very high prices. The apartment did have a nice drying rack to allow for hand washing or hanging of swim suits after swimming in the sea.

Staff were great. Room was brand new, clean, well taken care off.

The access to the beach is through a very busy road with no sidewalk.. The town should post signs to slow traffic down and create a short sidewalk.. Or safe access. The hotel staff were good about warning us..

Peaceful location, extreamly clean, nice staff, connection to Dubrovnik was easy to catch (bus and boat service), airport shutle possibility, facilities new, beach close with easy downhill walk

The owner was very helpful and friendly. The appartment was quiet and spotlessly clean. The room was well provided for safe fridge bottled water tea and coffee wi-fi good showe etc. The town was easily accessible with a 5min walk. Paying booking was all very straightforward and the owners provided transport to and from the airport

The view from my room wasn't too brilliant

The apartment was very clean and bright with all home comforts. It was cleaned every day and was a very comfortable base from which to explore Cavtat. The town itself was lovely - a little cold and wet on occasions but to be expected at this time of year. There are countless restaurants and bars to enjoy with great seafood! A day trip to Dubrovnik's Old City is also well worth it! We loved it!

There was a steep walk from the town to the apartment. This was okay for us although exhausting after a day out! We wouldn't recommend for the faint hearted or less mobile.

It's the best ratio quality/price that I've known. C'est le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. En plus ils viennent vous chercher et reconduire à l'aéroport gratuitement.

Le seul problème (mais c'est partout pour ce charmant village) est le survol des avions à basse altitude en période estivale (sauf durant la nuit... Qui finit à 6 h du matin). Cela n'a donc rien à voir avec l'hôtel.

Pues simplemente que la calidad de las instalaciones son de 4 estrellas o mas. Todo esta nuevo y muy bien pensado, es amplio y muy bien ubicado. Realmente una joya. 100% aconsejable.
