I like the rocky beaches, the very good and friendly restaurant, called Delfin, and the watersport activities like kajaking, sailing etc. |

Location - quite nice, on the sea shore, with a lot of places to spend the day in the sun or bathing. The photos on booking.com are from the best rooms, so they are not applicable to the rooms with lower fares. This led to disscusions in the reception when arrived (not only for us, but for at least another 2 groups). Photos must present all types of rooms. |

There is a lot to do - tennis, sailing, windsuring, beach, etc. The entire place is like a big summer camp - great for families but not for quiet or individuals looking for a comfortable vacation. The website photos and description are misleading. Apartments had no air conditioning or fans and cleaning and replacing towels happens only once every three days. It was loud at night (many, many kids and adolescents) and the entire place felt like a 70's-style cheap summer camp. |

It's very close to the sea shore with convenient free parking. I would certainly go back when going to Croatia for holidays. |

Near the see. Restaurants and services within the area. Good value for the money. There were not any cleaning of the rooms during our stay. Not any change of sheets. There were difficulties to get toilet papers. The staff could at least go and look if there were any needs for toilet papers once a day. |

We had an excellent view of the Adriatic...It was wonderful to wake up every morning to the waves We stayed for 5 days....no clean towels except for the first day! They should have coffee makers in the rooms and a telephone for emergancies |

The most important thing is that the hotel is just near the beach. There was also many great restaurants in this area where we could dance in the night. My only one suggestion is that they can be opened longer than to 11 p.m. |

Easy to find - good road signage Apartments like cell blocks. I know was discount price, but I look at the original cost to guage expected standard. Checked out 2 days early (had already not stayed there on one prev night) as was so depressing so spent far more than budgeted |

Die Lage ist wunderschön, man kann wirklich den Sonnenuntergang vom Apartement beobachten.Außerdem ist der Strand sehr sauber und bisher einer der Schönsten den wir in Istrien hatten. Der Supermarkt war etwas zu weit entfernt. Es gab leider viele Ameisen in der Küche. Eine Kaffemaschine fehlte. |

No nos ha gustado nada el apartamento. Son viejos, sucios y la cama era tan dura que no hemos dormido nada en 8 días. El lavabo y la ducha estaban atascados, nos dejaban las toallas y las sábanas limpias cada tres días y allí tiradas, no limpian ni un día, un horror. La playa que hay al lado es de piedras. |

Ho apprezzato la tranquillita' e la vicinanza dell'appartamento alla spiaggia Non ho gradito il fatto che potessero entrare persone che non soggiornavano al residence e che occupavavano prepotentemente gran parte della spiaggia ed inoltre, pur amando i cani , non si e' gradito il gran numero di cani in spiaggia che facevano pipi ovunque. |

Bellissimo complesso immerso nella natura, appartamenti molto vicini al mare, spiaggia di scogli ma confortevole, staff preparato e disponibile. Sicuramente ci ritornerò, consiglio per la cena il Ristorante Delfin. Il prezzo un po' alto per gli standard croati, mini market e bar interni un po' cari. |

die lage des appartments zum meer war perfekt. ebenso der strand als solches wahr sehr schön und vor allem sauber.auch die kurzen wege zu lebensmittelmärkten, restaurants, bars usw.. waren gut und kurz zu erreichen. ja. die jeden tag existente, permantente beschallung durch die liveband/musik am eingangsbereich in der bar. die lautstärke war über die ganze anlage zu hören und hörte erst immer gegen 24.00 uhr auf. schlecht für familien mit kleineren kindern und für leute, die wirkliche erholung wollen-also mal früher in bett gehen möchten. ebenso war es nicht schön zu sehen, das viele appartments noch nicht renoviert wurden. dieser wirklich "siffige" fassadeneindruck ist nicht schön anzusehen. hätten wir ein solches bekommen, wären wir wieder abgereist! |

Sehr schöner "Strand" (Felsen) mit einfach traumhaftem Wasser. Anlage an sich ist in gutem Zustand, sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter immer hilfsbereit. Die Restaurants in der Anlage sind sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Apartments die von der Kategorie schlechter sind als Sunset sind von außen sehr renovierungsbedürftigt (70er Jahre). Sehr laute Wasserleitungen, aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. |

de stranden waren er mooi aangelegd ,ondanks dat het een zeer ruige kust is,was het toch veij makkelijk om in zee te komen ook de plateau's waren ruim en niet gevaarlijk. de receptie zag er uit als een bank, ook het personeel was zeer zakelijk ,het gebouw wat erachter lag "het centrum"was een groot betonblok uit de jaren 70 t wordt tijd om dat en menig appartementengebouw te renoveren want het ziet er niet uit.het appartement was niet schoon toen wij aan er in trokken,dit werd overigens snel hersteld na onze melding. de inrichting deed meer denken aan een formule 1 hotel en was zeer neutraal en ongezellig dit is ons in Kroatie nog nooit overkomen(dit was de 6e x dat wij onze vak. in kroatie vierden)bijv het keukengerei was zeer sober en minimaal en nodigde niet uit om iets te gaan bereiden, vierden).Helaas moet ik u melden dat dit het slechtste onderkomen in Kroatie is geweest en zeker niet de goedkoopste. |
