There is lots of things to do in Poreč. It's a lovely town with strong italian influence and the food is amazing. The access to the sea is sometimes difficult, so you need to pick the right spot. There is always something to do, so you will not get bored.

It's easy to walk round Porec - though it's a bit of a maze, so if you see something you like in a shop buy it there and then, or you might not find the shop again! We went on an evening boat trip with the company Monvi Tours - this was excellent - very friendly staff, and we even saw dolphins! We'd also recommend the Barolin Wine and Cheese Bar on Nikola Tesla street - for delicious Malvazija wine and a good range of fabulous Istrian cheeses. And excellent Istrian olive oil.

City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable.
City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable. You can have sporty vacation for all the beautiful with bike lanes between Green ian Blue Lagoon, so many walking paths under pine trees, numberous activities. You can be at the beach with lots of activities and loud music, or you can quickly find a quiet privat peace of beach, it really offers you what your heart desires. For the best local food experiance, I suggest Bacchus Vinoteka, in the old part of town.

Our initial impression was negative.
Our initial impression was negative. So much traffic and tourists, and a lot of industry put us off. But the old town blew us away! So full of character, ambience and history. Highly recommended, even if it's just for a day trip.

The restaurants provide little diversity of dishes
The restaurants provide little diversity of dishes
The is surely another way to prepare fish other then on a grill and served with washed out blitva and its not cheap either - low value for money
The shops sell cheap goods and clothing
The overpolulated icecream vendors and lack of healthy alternative
The waiters callling out for customers is ugly
Overall food and accomodation far too expensive relative to quality provided
Poor public WC facilities near city beaches considering tourist population

Beautifull little town with vibrant atmosphere.
Beautifull little town with vibrant atmosphere. The beaches were absolutely well organized and well taken care off. But everything is extremely overpriced and very expensive in compare with the previous year.
THREE STAR CHARMING AND MODERN HOTEL, we really appreciated spotless surroundings, well-kept gardens, playgrounds and the best Blue Flag beach in all Poreč.
We were especially fascinated by the amazing staff in charge of the kids programme. They work morning till evening and always with a smile on their faces. Maro is a excellent entertainer and with his team doing just great job with children. Front office staff always smiley and willing to help.
We will definitely come back next year
Last year I stayed here in Porec in a neighbouring hotel, and this year I came back because the surroundings are wonderful. Plavi Plava was the perfect choice for me. It is closest to the beach, which is very beautiful. The half board is perfect, good quality, varied, tasty food.
The rooms are also adequate, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, suitable for relaxing. The TV also has channels from many countries. The staff is also friendly and nice everywhere.
The room was suitable for a 4 member family, with a king-size bed, and an extended couch for the kids (very comfortable). Nice view from the room - towards the pool. Very quiet, perfect variation of food both for breakfast and dinner. Room cleaned each day. Although the hotel was fully occupied, we did not have to wait for the food, was perfectly organized. Very close to the beach, even a sandy beach in the vicinity.
Very specious, well equipped, contemporary, clean. Close to many beaches, restaurants. There was a small “pekarna” that had the best pastries just down the road. The apartment had a great sunset view. Lorena was so amazing and gave us the best recommendations for restaurants. We loved the Bosnian restaurant she recommended next to the hotel. The apartment was so great for our family of 5. we miss it already.
The Playa Laguna area is fantastic - beautiful park and beaches with lots of activities (tennis, cycling, boating, jet skiing etc) about a 20 minute walk from the Porec old town. Hotel Mediteran is an enormous mid-price option. Breakfast and dinner were fine, as good as you can expect from buffet meals for hundreds of guests. Rooms a bit small but you want to spend your time outside anyway
Good location, right on the waterfront. The apartment is a short walk from the hotel but they still arrange a shuttle service, drive you to the door, store your bags etc.
Porec old town is very small so everything is close, and the air conditioning keeps any noise from the port out. Good value for money too and parking at their car park is easy and cheap.
The room was specious. Only the shower cabin in really tiny. But we spent most of time outside anyway. The buffet was excellent. Had plenty to choose from. The lobby, terrace bar and pool were great. The beach was right in front of the hotel. We really enjoyed our staying here and we will definitely be back.
Friendly staff, facility is new and perfectly clean. Great food, wide selection, drinks are included during dinner (beer, wine, sodas). You can walk to Porec old town within 20 minutes, sandy beach and few small pebble beaches just few minutes from the hotel.
Everything. Location is ideal - close to Porec, Cervar, Novigrad and nice beaches. Isolated from the crowds. Peaceful.
Extremely comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Really felt like home. Nice decorations give an extra touch.
The apartment is great, modern, spacious and fully equipped. It is also spotlessly clean.
It is just near the sea and 5min walk to the center of Porec.
The owner is kind and helpful.
I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone!
The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, it was like the first time using an apartment. The host was very welcoming. The location was very good, a short walk from the centre of action in Poreč. Overall an amazing stay.
very good located, parking the own car was simple and enough places available, Pools in good conditions and clean, reception and hotel-bar did a very good job. Breakfast was better than suggested, The beds were comfortable.
The apartment was comfortable. The terrace was bigger than expected. The hotel grounds are beautiful! The pool is amazing and relaxing, even the water wasn't so cold for June. Easy to get to from Porec Bus Station on foot.
Great location, in the middle of old city, everything is close, , cozy and celan apartments, owner is very kind and helpful with a lot information about Porec and places to visit. Free parking nearby, Recommended place,
Lovely hotel in a great location. We were a little apprehensive as you have to park your car in a car park outside the old town, but we contacted the hotel and they picked us up straight away, it was a great service.
It was a great time in Porec. I'd recommend this apartment as this is very much friendly comparing to big hotels in this region. We felt like being et home. Nice big ligingroom, kitchen and two bedrooms + bathroom.
Large hotel just outside Porec (20 min walk), large comfortable room (junior suite), ample parking.
Friendly staff, ample choise at breakfast and lunch of good quality.
Large outdoor pool with sun beds.
the apartment was clean and comfortable enough (appreciated the coffee brewer! :) , breakfast at hotel superb, beach was really close & old town Poreč within walking distance.
Hotel is within walking distance to the old city center. Balcony with view of the harbor and Poreč city. Parking by the hotel with sun cover roof. Good breakfast.
