Dubrovnik was our last stop on our 5-city tour of Croatia. I was disappointed with this apartment after having such wonderful service in all the other locations. The woman who checked us in basically showed us the bathroom and that was it. We had trouble with the internet and ended up asking a neighbor for help. In fact, the neighbor was the most helpful! The location is extremely far away from the city center and it is advertised as a 20-minute walk to downtown. My fiance and I consider ourselves to be physically fit AND fast-walkers, and we couldn't even make it downtown in 25-minutes. Also, the stairway up to the actual apartment is not an easy trek; especially if you didn't pack lightly! They also advertise parking nearby that is free-of-charge: they only have 2 spots and if they are taken, don't take the advice of the host and park by St. Jakob's church. She told us it was free, but it isn't. You have to go up and park on a different street that is kind of hard to find.

It was extremely expensive for its location. It sort of had a view of the sea, but it doesn't look like the pictures! I would NOT recommend this apartment.

Fantastic location, overlooking the sea and close to a fab beach. About 20 minutes walk to Dubrovnik.

Is up a lot of stairs so would be difficult for elderly, disabled or seriously overweight people.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment (although it was more of a room with ensuite than apartment). The owners of the establishment are very nice. They met us on arrival, offered us beverages and even offered to give us a lift into town one day. There is a beautiful view of the city from the front of the apartment and the local beach, down another flight of steps, is very pretty and comes with its own bar/restaurant. The room itself was perfect for us. It had no cooking facilities but there was a fridge to store food. It was also clean with fresh sheets and towels and the bed was comfortable.

The 2km walk to and from Dubrovnik can be tough on a warm day (not to mention the 120 steps up to the apartment), but the view of the old city makes this worth the hassle.

The room is about 2km from old town Dubrovnik, you can easy reach it on foot. The room is not large but clean and modern. The owner family is very kind and they speak english quite good. Parking and the beach nearby.

It is not easy to find the appartment, it is situated in the hill, from the road you must go upstairs.

Atrtention au nombre important de marches pour accéder à l'appartement

Splendida posizione, appartamento nuovo con aria condizionata e connessione wifi, proprietari nelle immediate vicinanze sempre gentili e disponibili. Consigliato per coppie giovani oppure adulti (con o senza figli). C'è una piccola spiaggia attrezzata con bar/ristorante che si raggiunge percorrendo circa 300 scalini ma... Ne vale la pena. Hold town anche raggiungibile a piedi (2km circa).

Lo sconsiglio solo a chi ha intenzione di andarci con bambini piccoli, potrebbe risultare faticoso salire e scendere 300 scalini con I figli in braccio. Per il resto è tutto meraviglioso.

Accueil très sympathique de la part de la famille. L'appartement est très bien équipé, la vue est fantastique sur la baie de Dubrovnik. Plage très agréable avec un restaurant simple (mais appréciable car assez loin du centre ville).

Bruit (lointain) de la boîte de nuit (comme partout à Dubrovnik) mais à part cela, environnement très calme. Pas de commerce à proximité.

Fantastisk beliggenhet med utrolig nydelig utsikt. To store terasser, en med spiseplass og en solterasse, Luftig og stilig leilighet med alt man trenger og mer til, feks utedusj. Nydelig hage med blomsterpotter overalt .Kjempehyggelig eier som fikk oss til å føle oss veldig velkommen. Stille og rolig område, et kvarters gange til gamlebyen. Dubrovniks fineste strand noen treppetrinn unna.

Badet var litt slitt, men alt annet var så bra at det spilte ingen rolle.

L'appartamento è proprio sopra ad una delle migliori spiagge della città. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato dispone di un confortevole terrazzino ombreggiato, dal quale si può ammirare, in lontananza, la città vecchia. La strttura dispone di un parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato è abbastanza fresca e dispone anche di un condizionatore.

Per accedere all'appartamento e per scendere al mare occorre fare alcune rampe di scale. Per arrivare in citta occorre necessariamente utilizzare un mezzo.
