Pool was good. It was just a little too expensive for what we wanted the hotel for i.e. a base for exploring Dubrovnik and the islands. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was overall an excellent hotel. Far from the city but right next to bus stop which takes you there directly for a cheap fair. Good size room. |

Swim pool was very nice and large, and close to shops and sea for water sports. Most amentites were close by as was the local bus service. Exchange rate was also good. |

\i liked the atmosphere the hotel had. Front office was only to willing, and helpful with any request. Hotel is in a quiet area where a good nights sleep you can be assured on. I definetely would stay here again. |

Swimming Pool lovely. Beach a short walk through parkland nice and swimming good. Hotel breakfast very good. Buses every 10 mins to City walls 15 mins away. Hotel staff generally very friendly. Surprised no hairdryer in room. No real room service - no menu. As hotel guest should not have to pay for beds by pool or umbrellas or towels. Airport shuttle would be good or connection to bus station shuttle. Thought rules about removing food from breakfast a little odd although understandable if it has been taken advantage of in the past. Coffee was terrible but breakfast itself was better than most. |

Cleanliness, very nice outdoor swimming pool, price Not the quietest place in the mornings, people on the move early (both guests and staff). This is made worse by the communal finishes being all ceramic tiled which amplifies people walking past your room or dragging luggage around. If you like a lie in past say 7.30am, forget it! Can also be a problem during the night. |

Seemed more than 3 star. Room was clean, quiet and cool in temperature. Pool area has nice sheltered area for those not able to sit in the heat for too long. It was a nice crowd staying in the hotel, not too rowdy. Great for couples. Reception staff were not overly helpful. House keeping harass you all morning to clean your room from very early. |

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Nice area, with several beaches within easy reach. Excellent pool. Easy bus trips to the city, make sure you buy tickets in advance. Just that there was no shower we could use on our last day - needs providing for guests as checkout 10 am is very early |

there was construction going on right near the room....like they were expanding the over all complex...and they started sawing trees at like 730 in the morning, and in general...it was loud constrcution each morning..the hotel could have put us in a better room !!! Since we wanted to get up early anyway... |

Relaxing atmosphere, reasonable buffet breakfast and peaceful surroundings. Not this hotel in particular, but it looks from my web search that all hotels in the Dubrovnik area are relatively expensive. |

For our 2 girls, the proximity to the Swim Pool 'complex' was very important. We didn't get to try the Spa Wellness centre because we didn't book in time. Verdana on the Hospitality desk was especially helpful. |

The staff were friendly and at least tried to be helpful. The hotel was overbooked. We had reserved a non-smoking second floor balcony room with a view and were given a first floor smoking room. We then moved to a non-smoking room on the basement level. We arrived late, after 11pm, and no restaurant or cafe food was available anywhere within walking distance. The furniture was old and reminiscent of Croatia's communist past. |
