Superb. Although our room was at the top of the stairs, the staff dud everything they could to help. The welcoming service of Schapps and dried figs was great. The breakfast was awesome. If you wanted something not on the buffet, Tony would make it for you! A definite keeper!

It's a very nice little hotel near the sea with a beautiful terrace, from where you have a great view to Murter island. On the terrace, which is also part of a public cafe and bar, you get your fantastic breakfast. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is very familiar. On the backside of the building is a little, but cute poolarea, where you can relax the whole day. The whole hotel is clean and well furnished. Our room in the attic was not big, but really comfortable. Around the hotel there are some good restaurants and it is also a good starting point for trips to cities like Trogir, Split and Zadar or nationalparks. There is no beach in front of the hotel, but in a few minutes you can get to some really beautiful ones by feet, bike or car. We really loved this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. Any time again!!

Staff, staff, staff. From the moment of my booking when they sent me the confirmation with an offer of contacting them for any details in the vicinity of this hotel to make my stay worthwhile, to hospitality and little extras during our stay (although they do not provide for dinner, they set up the table for us to eat takeaway on china instead from cartons), it was the owners and the staff that made a difference. Air-conditioned rooms were very nice, swimming pool (opened 24 hrs) allowed for night dips under the stars and if you want to be active, there are free of charge bikes available (we did not use them as it was over 30 degrees C every day). We loved the varied buffet breakfast, too.

Very professional and friendly staff, excellent location, romantic architecture.

The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was brand new, had a nice pool area, and a good location to. We loved our short stay at the hotel Heritage Tisno and sure will come here for the next vacation.

The rooms and the people

Excellent experience. The suite was very nice and very comfortable. Hotel is only a year old and everything was in excellent condition and very clean. The hotel is well located for visiting Zadar, Krka, Sibenik, Trogir and Split. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The pool area was lovely and there were bikes available to use. There was also a courtyard area outside at the front overlooking the water where you could enjoy breakfast or drinks. It was a bit tricky to find as there are no numbers displayed but luckily there was a huge map by the bridge so we figured it out. As you come into the centre of town go past the bridge (which crosses into Murter) and pass a few shops and cafes on the right then there's a large brick wall (which is the backside of an outdoor cinema screen) then next to that is the hotel. There are 2 large umbrellas in the front courtyard. It's less than 100yds from the bridge.

Praktično vse - udobje, opremljenost sob, čistoča, lokacija (le-ta omogoča poleg oddiha na bližnjem otoku Murter tudi odlično izhodišče, npr., za obisk kar treh hrvaških nacionalnih parkov - Kornatov, Krke in Paklenice, pa tudi Vranskega jezera), še zlasti pa prisrčnost lastnikov hotela in osebja, ki so v vseh priložnostih kazali, da svoje delo resnično opravljajo s srcem.

Ein wirlkich kleines und feines hotel

Das Personal und auch die Besitzer des Hotels sind durchgängig außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind - so wie das gesamte Haus - sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl ist vielseitig; alle angebotenen Speisen waren immer frisch und köstlich. Die Hotelgäste werden verwöhnt und in eine familiäre Atmosphäre eingebunden.

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal, herzlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer.

Freundliche Hotelangestellte, gutes Service, netter Pool, sehr schöne Zimmer,nette Lage und ruhig, aber dennoch Leben wenn man vom Balkon(Familienzimmer) auf den kleinen Hafen blickt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Empfehlenswert!
