Aprtments Amarin is definitively close to the sea, few meters I would say however it's as well not really easy to arrive to beach. For more details read later "what we did not like". Moreover the sea is pretty nice and the beach (better to say "coast" hence they are pure rocks!!!) it's long, we can say really clean and definitively well kept. So the place is relaxing, not too croudy even if we were there during "Ferragosto"! So the worse period... As for the rest you have "Konzum" inside, a small decent shop where u can get all you need to cook for lunch and dinner, however we definitively suggest to go to Rovinj to buy the staff hence this shop misses many things or it's in general very "poor" in choice, both of bread, meat, vegetables. Rovinj is there, close and beautuful so we do suggest to join it every time you can!!! Last but not least all the "workers" in the resort were absolutely and really kind, and this was for sure very nice and making all the vacation much more comfortable. As consequence of this the animation, all the happenings and the atmosphere in general was really beautiful. Finally the park: despite the posts we saw on booking dot com... We can say that the cars are not really so far from the houses I would say max 100 meters in the worse scenario, but most of the houses have the park really close; also the park places are enough, even if we were there during high season.

Well this resort mainly is simply too expensive for what can offer. First of all the accomodation: there are two types of rooms, the new one and old one. The old ones look bigger, however they miss of air condition so we would strictly reccomend people to think twice while booking. We suggest to spend slightly more to have the new houses. However while booking you have to consider that: first the house are badly isolated. The floor was wet for most of the vacation, even if we were in the hottest part of summer 2011. So easily houses stink of "old water" and air condition does not help that much. Moreover we decided to change the first room they gave us (it was a new one) since it was simply dirty; but we must also add that they took care of the problem in a very kind way and gave us another room. As for the beach you can forget about sand and/or stone during high season. The small stone beach is simly small and super croudy during high season; the sea there is also not really clean so you need to walk few minutes and get some rocks beach where the sea is very clean. So for who is having kids like us, you need to attend them constantly and be very carefull, since also to enter the sea is not really easy. Moreover after 6 P.M. most of the small bar on the beach close (this was to us very very crazy!!!). So you need to walk to some far bar and restaurant to buy a simple bottle of water. Access to beach: once again if you have kids you need to be sure to have "good legs" because houses are much higher than the sea level so you need to walk not that much but... Not in a flat street... So while booking we suggest to clearly ask for houses close to the beach if you have kids since resort is pretty big and some houses, close to the entrance, are really far from the sea. In fact it looked crazy to us that the house seaview has the same cost than the one... Looking the entrance!!!

Tágas, felújított (egyébként Tito alatt épített) apartmanok. Utószezonban nagyon megéri az árát.

A kemping, amelynek az apartmantelep a része, elég elhanyagolt. A part nincs karbantartva.

Kibírhatatlan zsúfoltság, kényelmetlen berendezés, nyomasztóan kis méretű szoba, nem működő légkondicionálás, nem segítő személyzet.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal! Toller Strand, phantastische Sonnenuntergänge vom Strand aus zu beobachten und gleichzeitig den Gesang der Nachtigall aus den dichten Pinienbeständen!

Sofortige Reaktion auf Sonderwünsche -super! Supermarkt, Restaurant und Schnellimbiss bequem erreichbar.

Direkter Strand für Kinder nicht optimal. Teilweise sehr rutschige Steine, Liegefläche am Wasser knapp. Dafür der angrenzende "Hundestrand": ohne Hunde, sauber, jede Menge Platz und ein paar Meter mehr zu laufen.
