The pool was clean. Comparitively quiet. Good location, Apartment basic but adequate. Site would not be suitable for the disabled as there are many steps. Despite asking for an apartment low down we were initially allocated one on the highest part of the site. |

stayed for 9 nights in appartment for 3 people. everything was excellant, View from appt fantastic overlooking the sea . room and whole complex clean and well kept, staff at reception friendly and helpful. Really relaxing break, pleasant stroll into town of Vrsar. Very busy as it was August, previous comments about parking true,but not a problem as I always found a place close to my appt generally mid morning/lunchtime, when some guests had left and new ones had not yet arrived.. enjoyed vrsar and staff in shops /restaurants and bars really friendly and all could speak some level of english so no problems with language. Lots of different nationalities so no problems with bad/drunken behaviour. I will be returning again in the future. |

Not very friendly staff at arrival. Not very loyal to booking.com. Apartments are very fine (2009), but its possible to find more value for money. |

Nice apartment (all apartments are not identical), lots of greenery, Vrsar has great position in the middle of Istria, the staff is OK... Many (too many) stairs by all complex so it is very difficult to move with the baby in the cart or persons with disabilities (if you book, make sure to reserve apartment/room that has no stairs), insufficient space for car parking, Istria has no normal beach - only rocks and stones, if you use the pool you must come very early (about 10 am all the deck chairs and parasols are occupied)... |

Sehr schöne Hanglage am Meer, sehr schön angelegter Pool, Apartments 4 Sterne entsprechend, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss Teilweise sehr steiler Aufgang zu den Apartments, Rolltreppen oft nicht in Betrieb |

Das Appartment war voll ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon war wunderbar und der Poolbereich schön. Preislich konnten wir über Bookings ein echtes Schnäppchen machen (300€ billiger). Die vielen anderen Deutschen (zumeist Bayern) gingen schon etwas auf die Nerven. (Ich will im Urlaub nicht ständig deutsch hören...) |

Die super Lage direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung des Appartments. War alles vorhanden. Gute Betten, leise AC. Die Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen! Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ecken im Bad nicht geputzt. Neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier nur nach Anforderung.Die Teppiche sind sehr unhygienisch und sollten am besten entfernt werden. Couch ziemlich schmutzig, hatte diese mit Decken abgedeckt! |

A falta de apoio do pessoal do hotel e a distância entre os apartamentos,recepção e zona de lazer(piscina e restaurantes)ser muito grande.Pouco funcional principalmente para quem viaje com crianças pequenas. |

Strandnähe und Nähe zum Hafen mit ausreichend Lokalen ist herrlich. Sehr nette Unterhaltung (Tanzmusik am Abend) in der Anlage direkt am Meer). Leider viel zu wenig direkte Parkmöglichkeiten im Verhältnis zu den Appartements - auch in der Nachsaision. |

Sehr saubere und moderne Anlage. Wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer. Nähe zu Vrsar mit vielen netten Lokalen. Zentraler Ausgangsstandort für Ausflüge in Istrien. Etwas prekäre Parkplatzsituation. Dünne Wände. |

stilvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, kein "hotelbunker" sondern viele einzelgebäude (die sichtlich beachtliche gästeanzahl hat sich gut verteilt, es wirkte niemals voll), strand weitläufig und hübsch, personal wirklich immer freundlich, alles in allem wunderbar Die Putzdamen waren zwar ausserordentlich freundlich, haben aber morgens um 7hrs begonnen umliegende apartments zu säubern - der geräuschpegel war immens. in einem urlaubshotel das hauptsächlich auf ruhe und erholung ausgerichtet ist, sollte bis 10hrs vormittag absolute ruhe herrschen. |

de airco, perfect zoals die werkt, appartementen/kamers ook perfect. Eten ook goed, personeel reuze vriedelijk. de wisseling van handddoeken (6 dagen niet dan twee dagen achter elkaar dan weer 4 dagen niet). Zodat je ook zonder toiletpapier zat.Geen enkele keer schone lakens Heel slecht. |
