It was a very good position, a comfortble apartment, superb flowers in the front and the panorama was perfect. Good food in the village's restaurants, with friendley personal in special at Tic Tac.
Cleaning service just a three times in a week.
Noise from chairs either from flat above or next door at 7.30 am every day
Vrsar an its sourounding is perfect for famillies and people who like nice and calm hollyday.
Parking at Belveder apartmants is tricky but you always can find a place after half a day :-)
The apartment we had was very quiet as most apartments were. We had a nice view but the best views were from the apartments highest up. However it is a steep hill and it is not for the frail who should try to get the apartments close to the shore. The service was excellent. I told the desk of a small drainage problem and someone was round to fix it within hours.
There are too few parking spaces close to the apartments during peak season. In June last year it was ok but July you had to be back early if you were out. It meant we had to drop stuff off and go and park in the car park 200m away. A minor inconvenience.
Great soundproofing in apartments. Handy location near town centre.
Crazy steep climb to 2 bed apartments. Surly reception staff.
sea view clean room short walking distance to Vrsar city and harbour
noting special - overall a very good resort
Nice view over the seaside. Very quick service when checking out. Helpfull staff.
Parking was not the best. We were lucky to get a parkingspace nearby the apartment, but others had to walk a long way. Check-in was to slow. Pool closing at 19.00 was to early.
Nice place with a great view of the sea. The rooms are spacey and nicely decorated.
No Wi-Fi at the room. Internet via cable was slow and it went down as fast as it came up. Poor air-condition. No dishwasher.
Excellent location and sea view. Modern appartment. Well equiped.
Neighbours feeding the seaguls. Hard to find parking when full.
Location on top of hill
Clean, spaceous new apartments. Close to the beach and city centre Great sea view, with balcony. We totaly enjoyed our stay in Belvedere apartment.
High standard....value for money
Place and nature
Everything was fine. It is near to the beach. The apartment is spacious, quiet and clean. The surroundings is beautiful, clean and well kept.
super location right at the beach. rather quiet at night.
breakfast too crowded
Great views, easy access to sea, nice terrace
Parking can be a challenge, over 130 steps from apartment to beach which could be an issue for some people
compleet ingericht appartement prettige airconditioning
Geen wifi veel mieren in het appartement in mn. de keuken
The 6 person apartment with 2 bedrooms was very comfortable, clean and modern, with excellent views over the Vrsar bay.
Car parking was really challenging, albeit we visited Vrsar in peak season.
Idea area and great facilities. The location of the apartments and their proximity to beautiful Vrsar make for an ideal family location. Lots to do and see and Croatian restaurants very good with a european feel with great fish. The apartments are modern, well equipped and spacious. We would certainly recommend to others in a similar situation.
It was really a sea-shore side accomodation close to the center of the town.
No toast-maker in the appartman.
The view from our room was spectacular. You could see the Mediterranean, nearby islands, the harbor with all of the boats and the town of Vrsar. Just amazing! The rooms with a few notable exceptions (see negatives) were clean, modern and updated. The pool was very clean and well taken care of. Even being very busy in July our family of six was always able to find some chairs. In general the property is very nice and a close walk to the charming town of Vrsar.
The first thing we noticed in the rooms was how filthy the rugs and bedspreads were. The rugs in particular had many years of ground in dirt and desperately needed replaced. Parking is a nightmare. There is no parking lot so you just have to find some place on one of the narrow streets of the resort. Most of the two lane streets have been taken up by people trying to find someplace to park making maneuvering around very difficult. The rooms sit on a very steep hillside and it is a fairly arduous climb to get from the pool or beach. My wife counted 150 steps to our room. There used to be escalators but they appear to be permanently disabled. There is no wifi available on the property. There is wired internet in the rooms but it is very expensive. The beach area is very small and all gravel. Water shoes or sandals are a must.
