Hotel Tragos had a very efficient booking service before we arraived and when we were there the staff were unusually obliging and helpful. The room was very pleasant. We would certainly stay there again. I can't categorise the hotel by any of the above boxes. It was a combination of Relax but not spa and exploration of a unesco site. |

very good breakfast included in price. restaurant menu has good choice of well cooked meals with generous portions. some of the electric sockets in one if our rooms were in a bad state of repair. |

The location in the old city was superb. The bathroom was brand new. We had been given an apartment in an annexe as we arrived early. It was airconditioned, which was a bonus. |

Excellent location. Extremely helpful staff. Cannot imagine a better place to stay in Trogir. We had a minor problem with the air conditioner in one of our rooms, but the staff did their best to rectify the problem. |

Extremely beautiful setting, free wireless internet, very friendly staff Rooms are not very soundproof: a lot of noise from downstairs can be heard in the early evening (though it becomes quiet quite quickly) |

I enjoyed the staff the most... they were friendly, extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable and welcome! We were coming in at separate times as a group, and there was a glitch in the room for the last night. Altho they were very sorry and tried to make it happen, they were full. |

Lovely location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good English spoken. Brand new self catering rooms given to us. Sheets/blankets on bed rather small. Credit card machine would not work on the morning of departure. Subsequently used card at the airport with no problem. Fortunately we had enough cash to pay but am unsure of the situation if we had not and tight for time with a flight to catch etc. Luke warm warm water only on arrival (OK in morning) |

Det var sentralt. Vi fikk ikke hotellrom da hotellet var fullt og var henvist til en leilighet utenfor hotellet, men dette¨var av god standard med de aller fleste fasiliteter. |

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, das auch ohne zu zögern noch um 12 Uhr ein Frühstück servierte. Auch am Abreisetag kam keinerlei Hektik auf und wir konnten das Zimmer lange nutzen. Eine fast familiäre Atmosphäre. Eine gute Stimmung in der "Mannschaft" macht gerade in einem solch kleinen Hotel extrem viel aus. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig! Wenn an der Nachbarstür geklopft wird, ist es wie ein Klopfen an der eigenen Tür! Auch jeder Fussgänger vor dem Haus ist mehr als deutlich zu hören. Das Schliessen des Fensters bewirkt dabei gar nichts! Wenn dann morgens um sieben gegenüber (2m entfernt) gebaut wird ist die Nacht vorbei! Für mich war das Bead viel zu klein, keine Dusche nur eine kleine... |
