Big appartament, beautiful place. Nice view to the Sea. Very confortable. Very friendly personnel, flexible, what was really apreciated !

One of the appartaments could have been more clean. It's more than 10 min to the city center ... a contruction on going just beside at the moment.

We enjoyed 5 nights at Villa Popovic and wished we had stayed longer. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, well equipped and had a magnificent view of the ocean and nearby islands which you could enjoy from the balcony. The apartment is a lovely coastal 10 minute walk from the town centre and there is a beach 5 minutes walk down the road where you can swim or rent boats etc. The owner Ana was very accommodating and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice and spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the islands. 5min walk to the closest beach (and the amazing Hula-Hula beach bar - perfect for sunsets) and 15min to the city center. A little market is just down the street. Everything worked perfectly (Wi-Fi, TV etc). The second bathroom in the big apartment was very useful for a group of 5. Wasn't easy to find at first so here's the exact location: http://goo.gl/38lqH (Look for the Tutti-Frutti sign) I would recommend anyone to visit, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

We enjoyed a lot. The view from our balcony to the sea and islands was stunnning, we had all our breakfasts there. Rooms were spacious and clean, and air condition worked properly. --Very practical that the supermarket is close, while on the other hand the village itself is calm. Nice 5 minutes walk down to the small and peaceful beach - and good exercise to climb back to the apartment on the hillside. --For meals we took the 15 minutes walk to the town of Hvar with plenty of good restaurants. On the way there was an especially beautiful view of Hvar and its port. Twice we walked back the longer seaside promenade. --When arriving to Villa Popovic we realised that we had lost one bag with passport and other valuables. Panic! Anna, the hostess, took immediately the situationin hand and made several calls to check taxis and the restaurant where we had stopped. She comforted us, and in less than 30 minutes a friendly local guy arrived, bringing the bag unopened to me saying: " you would do the same, if you would find someone's bag". That kind of honesty was very touching. Also the host Anka Popovic is real nature lover. He grows olive trees and lavender.

Villa Popovic is absolutely fantastic! I had there all I could wish for while on holidays, from iron and ironing board to fantastic terrace view and hospitality of the hosts. Ana, the owner was so helpful and kind. Hardly any of the owners I stayed with earlier could match her! I would thoroughly recommend this place to everyone looking for the place to stay in Hvar town. I also have to mention that I have noticed in some of previous reviews for this property that the cleanliness of the room was not rated excellent and therefore wish to say that my apartment was indeed spotlessly clean. There was even the potpourri in the living room refreshed with few drops of local lavender oil! Thank you Ana and the rest of the family for the great time I spent in your beautiful town!

Las vistas, son excelentes

Ylin huoneisto oli avara ja sieltä oli huikeat näkymät merelle. Parvekkeella oli mukava istuskella iltaisin, katsella kuuta ja tähti. Rantaan noin 5 min kävely ja Hvarin keskustaankin reilu 10 min. Kävellen pääsi kaikkialle. Market sijaitsi noin 100 m päässä ja sieltä sai kaiken tarvitsemansa. Talon emäntä oli erittäin avulias ja antoi hyviä neuvoja.Ilmastointi toimi mainiosti ja yllätyksenä huoneistossa oli myöskin pyykinpesukone.
