We loved the location of the apartment right in the old town. Karlo was fabulous, completely welcoming and charming. He gave great suggestions about things to do and just couldn't have been better.

This is a four story walk up in an undistinguished building. BUT it overlooks the main drag in the old town and was very, very fun and great value.

The host was fantastic. the finest we ever saw. Hé even refunded the taxi far from bus station to his appartement. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent, right in the old city which was very charming and convenient for sightseeing. Close to the sights, and beach, and steps away from stores for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Our host, Karlo, was amazingly nice and helpful and gave us first class service for our entire stay. He even helped us prior to our stay, answered all our questions through email and found us a tour company to book our excursions. The room itself was absolutely lovely and beautifully decorated. It had all the perks of staying in your own apartment, nice large flat screen TV and english speaking channels, wireless internet, and kitchen. I could not have asked for a better choice of place to stay.

We booked the apartment through booking.com, and I got right away a friendly e-mail from our host Karlo. He asked if he could help us with anything and that we shouldn't hesitate to contact him. He gave us his cellphone number so we could reach him easily and he would wait for us at the old bus station. Our flight was delayed with a few hours and Karlo had already checked the airport website for us. Because of his directions we found him very quickly, and he guided us to the apartment and he even insisted to carry my luggage. The apartment is perfectly located, right in the center and near a supermarket. From the outside you don't see much, but the apartment self is very nice. Looked far more better than any other apartment I ever booked, it is exactly the same as in the pictures. Anything was there what you needed, a new kitchen, even a washing machine that we didn't used. For 4 friends it's big enough, although 2 people needed to sleep on a coach, which you can turn into a bed. Karlo gave us lots of good advice and tips and was very enthusiastic about our visit. We could pay when we want, in Euro or in Kuna. We could contact him whenever we wanted with questions, which we did and we got an answer right away anytime. I don't think you could get a better host than Karlo!

Our apartment was on the third floor, but for young people like us that wasn't a problem.

Karlo was waiting for us at the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment has an awsome view to the old city and its just a few steps to the main sights.

Its a little too small for 3 people, the couch was not very confortable. I would recommend it for 2.

Because of a plumbing issue at our reserved apartment, we got a free upgrade. The fourth floor apartment was a bit of climb a few times a day, but it was nicely designed and had a lot of character. It was well worth the climb. A lot of thought and care went into the design and preparation of the apartment. It is great not only for a few days, but a week or longer. Nice TV, reliable Wi-fi even a washing machine (which we didnt use but was nice to have).

The shower was broken, and pretty much not useable.

It's an apartment, so we can cook. My room had a balcony with a nice view. The staff was so nice and his recommended restaurant was also great.

There were mosquitos.

Good location and outlook over the harbour. Contained everything we needed for our stay. We only stayed one night but would have been a good base for a longer stay. Friendly reception from the owner.

Didn't like having to pay with cash. The apartment, although good for our needs, felt a little unfinished and lacked a little finesse in parts. Kitchen would have benefitted from a cafetiere or some other coffee facilities.

Great location overlooking harbour and old town. Quiet. Well appointed with wifi, tv, Bose system and lovely little kitchen. Pleasantly decorated.

This apartment is not for the old and infirm! The mezzanine bed is up some steep steps and has little headroom. The bathroom could be ventilated better and there wasn't enough hot water for 3 of us to have hot showers.

Good location, close the marina. The owner was excellent with great local knowledge which helped us greatly in deciding how best to enjoy zadar. We didn't leave until Friday evening but had to checkout at 11am. The owner offered to store our bags at his house and even drove us to the airport. Superb service.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 6 days at the apartment with the balcony. The view was amazing and the apartment was one of the best i have ever stayed in. It was extremely well decorated and so so clean! There was air conditioning and also hot water along with an iron, hairdryer large TV (with many channels in english and other languages) and free WIFI. There was even tea and coffee in the cupboards for us to use. fresh bedding and towels were also provided during our stay. The owner of the apartment topped off our stay, he was super friendly and gave us great advice on things to do and places to go in the city. If we returned to Zadar we would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The apartment is just situated in the center of the city where you can easy reach every sightseeing place on foot in 1-5 minutes.the room is very well design and clean.The kitchen is good too , you can make a good meal with the kitchen utensils and some ingredients provided. You can also buy all the necessaries for you meal in the market nearby the apartment which is just 1-2 minutes by walking there.If you get there by your car, you can also park your car in the free parking area nearby.It's also just 10 walking from the apartment. The price is worth for the price.

Very nice place to stay in the old center. The apartment is fully equipped and neat. if you want to stay in Zadar, this is definitely recommended. Value for money is very good. The location is perfect. The welcome was a pleasant surprise. thumbs up!!

Notre Hôte Karlo nous a trés bien accueilli, il nous a volontier donné des indications sur la ville et les restaurants. L'appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, et la décoration est de trés bon goût. Un trés bon compromis aux hôtels au service anonyme et sans âme de la région.

WOW!! The service from Karlo was the best we had EVER! He even went to meet us by the apt on a late arrival and kept a great parkingspot for us. And then we got great info on where to eat and walk! We just loved Zadar and he was part of the reason why. Will be back to this lovely little apt again! Really nice design! And a great view over the old city. The walk over the bridge is beautiful and some shopping/excursions on the way to old city. But no hazzle!! Supermarket next to it. Better to park here then in the city. Good restaurant under the apt. Our's was: Obala Kneza Branimira 16/1.

Uncomfortable bedsofa for two big adults.. but with extra bedding (3 covers on the madrass) it was ok. The apt is perfect for 2 adults and 1-2 childs. A bit cramped for 4 adults. But OK for one or two nights. Be aware that the stairs up to the lovely apt is the backside/storage of a restaurant so it is dodgy and a bit unclean, but it's just one floor up. But could be a bit hard to find... Don't take the breakfast, buy in the supermarket or in another restaurant. We hade to wait long time, they where cleaning the restaurant when they opened! There where no menu and bad info on what we could take or what they had. There is other breakfast restaurants with menus!

The study is good size. Has un double bed, table, small kitchen, tv, and bathroom with shower.

The study is a refurbish garage. Is not CENTRAL. The address they give you is in central Zadar (inside the walls) but is just a meeting point. They pick you up there and drive you to the apt. That is on the other side of the river is a doggy area.

Location; Facilities - although could have a fixed shower head. We liked it so much that we booked it gain in the same holiday as we were staying on one of the main islands and wanted a stay in Zadar for the great night life.

Good central location with access to culture, history, sightseeing, shopping and the beach. Knowledgeable guy who made sure we were settled and helped us orientate ourselves. Up four flights of stairs, so no good for those less confident on their feet.

We just liked everything! Very nice and comfy apartment.Location is great and we had a very nice welcome from the person in charge...We will come again!
