The center is easy to be reached by bus and there are some good restaurants close by.The rooms are clean . The advertised spa was not great , the pools and Jacuzzy were empty . There was one Jacuzzy open , but the room was freezing . All up I have to say , for a Hotel that advetises as a Spa Hotel , very average .Every morning the cleaning ladies and mini bar ladies knock on the door or just enter , even with the no disturbing sign on the door . |

The hotel is close to the pebble beach, the breakfast is ok. The smell in the rooms and on the halls is hard to ignore. Even the artificial scents used to cover the initial odour is not enough. |

We liked the location, indoor swimming pool/whirlpool, the view from the balcony and the rich buffet breakfast/dinner. We disliked the persistent smell of the carpet cleaning stuff(in the room/corridor).At the end of our stay, I tried to pay with my credit card, that was refused 3 times. My partner also tried to pay with his credit card, that was also refused at the first try, and then was accepted at the second try.In case that we wouldn't have been able to use any of our credit cards, we would had to pay in euros and the price would have been 17 euros greater than the booked price(the front desk officer claimed to be "exchange rate difference" - that is impossible) |

The reception staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. The view from our room 405 was stunning and the room although simply furnished and bathroom exceeded our expectations in regards to value for money. Dubrovnik is a fantastic place to visit and cannot recommend it highly enough. We had twin beds when we required a double however, this was not a big issue as simply pushed them together. |

I had a one night stay in Uvala, staff was really good. Our room was confortable with a cute sea view. Bus stop is located front of the hotel, so it makes easy our Dubrovnik's visit. Good breakfast. Room design wasn't as original as main hall style (japanese feeling), but OK. |

Nice view of the sea. Very near to nice beach. Convenient to take a bus to old city. Bath was broken. Water was flown out to all over the bath room every after shower. Fridge for mini bar was out of order. All drinks were not cold. Airconditioning blew just ambient air. It was just air curculation. Maybe these were the conditions only in my room. |

the staff made the whole experience a relaxed and pleasurable visit. The road noise when lying by the pool. But why stay by the pool when you have the clear sea. |

The hotel is beautifully situated in the Lapad area of Dubrovnik. It's steps from the #4 bus which takes you into Old Town, there is easy access to the beach, and a short walk to the promenade area which features restaurants and cafes. We had a superior king room which had a bedroom, sitting room, comfortable bath, and two balconies overlooking the sea and the pool. Comfortable and luxurious. Our bathtub leaked and the whirlpool didn't work. |

Hotel was well equiped and our room was comfortable and came with a great seaside view. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really nice with a good selection. Spa wasn't open late enough, only went to 8:30 pm. Hotel was a bit far from the old city centre (15 minutes by bus). |

Surpassed our expectations. Beautiful view from private deck. Well designed comfortable room-we booked Double with Sea View with king bed and sitting area--it was worth the higher rate. Hotel is in a great location-quiet, yet convenient to Lapad restaurants and #4 bus stop to Dubrovnik Stari Grad is right outside. |

Nestled in quiet surroundings on the Babin Kuk peninsula, right at the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, the Ariston hotel features its own beach and offers easy access to Dubrovnik's Old Town. |
