El personal muy agradable y servicial, las vistas de la habitación fantásticas, habitación silenciosa, desayuno bueno, parada de bus en frente, 10 minutos al centro, rodeado de restaurantes para comer, plata buena dentro de lo que es Croacia. La piscina cubierta es de agua fría... |

El desayuno y las instalaciones. Que las habitaciones no disponen de conexión a internet. La televisión se quedó sin sonido por la tarde y no podían hacer nada hasta el día siguiente, lo cual no fue muy alentador ya que yo estuba solo una noche. |

The hotel is beautifully situated in the Lapad area of Dubrovnik. It's steps from the #4 bus which takes you into Old Town, there is easy access to the beach, and a short walk to the promenade area which features restaurants and cafes. We had a superior king room which had a bedroom, sitting room, comfortable bath, and two balconies overlooking the sea and the pool. Comfortable and luxurious. Our bathtub leaked and the whirlpool didn't work. |

Hotel was well equiped and our room was comfortable and came with a great seaside view. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really nice with a good selection. Spa wasn't open late enough, only went to 8:30 pm. Hotel was a bit far from the old city centre (15 minutes by bus). |

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. There is a great indoor pool, as well as a nice outdoor pool overlooking the sea (across the street). The restaurant was good.. Breakfast had great options. The room is comfortable and had a balcony. |

Surpassed our expectations. Beautiful view from private deck. Well designed comfortable room-we booked Double with Sea View with king bed and sitting area--it was worth the higher rate. Hotel is in a great location-quiet, yet convenient to Lapad restaurants and #4 bus stop to Dubrovnik Stari Grad is right outside. |

Friendly , courteous & knowledgable front desk staff, provided good advice regarding local tours & bus schedules. Resturant staff efficient & pleasant enough despite limited English MInor issue only was qaulity of buffet food served at dinner ( although we did arrive late ) |

I really liked the staff in the hotel they were very friendly and helpfull at all times. We booked a double room but there were two single beds in the room when we go there, I understand that this is the norm in some European countries but it is very annoying! |

It's a very new hotel with good services the price could be lower. It's a 4 stars but not in the middle of the city and close to some old hotels but really quiet area |
