As instalações eram novas, rigor na limpeza, sempre preocupados com os clientes, buffet excelente. Penso que se teivessem animação ou actividades, nomeadamente exercicios na piscina, ou melho animação a noite seria ainda melhor. |

very good breakfasts, good location, very friendly staff, I understood that hotel has been finished but not all facilities have been working, like air-conditioning for example. Value for money is ok for my stay in November, but in summer it's little expensive but Dubrovnik is not the cheap place if you compare Spain or Portugal. |

Check-out time is 10 AM, too early for relaxed travel and reception only repeats unkind cliche answer to one hour checkout extension inquiry that they are expecting next guests. |

New hotel, very nice and spacious room and bathroom. Room is airconditioned (always the same temparature). Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Interesting steam sauna with light effects. Great food choice for breakfast. Too expensive. Beware of mosquitoes in the evening on the road from the beach to the hotel. (Some special mosquitoes that do not buzz while flying and you don't feel their bite.) |

Proximity to beach Very slow service when ordering food - it took over 40 minutes for a simple burger to arrive from time of order and upon enquiry, was told that a sandwich would take same amount of time! Kitchen seemed to be struggling to cope on busy days. |

Beautifully quiet and good sized rooms. Luxurious. Excellent buffet breakfast.The buffet evening meal which we paid for was very good value.Huge outdoor pool had stunning views as I swam my lengths.The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Staff a bit overwhelmed when hotel filled up at the weekend. Breakfast tables weren't cleared and relaid. There were long delays on food ordered at the pool bar. I'm sure this will improve over time. |

Very nice and modern hotel with a lot of facilities. Friendly English speaking staff, great room with sea view. One of the two restaurants is excellent with a great menu but the price is also higher. Spa facilities. The restaurant is a mess. Pimped shool cafeteria with horrible food. There is a "fine dinning restaurant" thought, that's a lot better but the prices are also higher. The pool is a little bit small and for the beach you need to go to the other hotel from the same chain for laying on a small, crowded and rocky beach. |

建物全体が新しく広々として綺麗。ルームサービスが手頃な価格設定で便利。 室内プールがあり、綺麗に管理されているのだが、水温が低く過ぎてゆっくり入って居られない。 |

Vue sur la mer, tranquilité, bonne connection avec le centre de Dubrovnik. petit dejeuner splendide. J'avais choisi l'Hotel pour sa piscine couverte (utile au mois de Novembre!) mais elle était froide (22-23 degrés). Trop froid pour se baigner, à fortiori avec des enfants! Pour un 4 étoiles c'est surprenant! Aucune activité pour les enfants aux alentours de l'Hotel. Prix du dine trop élevé pour ce que c'était. |

Personalen var trevlig Vi visste att hotellet lag utanfor stan och bland andra stora hotell. Frukost var ok, men vi hade riktigt dalig mat forsta kvallen I baren. Vi hade ett smutsigt rum, som vi utan krangel fick byta. |

Mooi nieuw hotel met ruime kamers,mooi zwembad. Niet gemakkelijk te vinden.Het avondeten in buffetstijl was ronduit een ramp.Vis en vlees waren op om 21h en verden niet meer aangevuld.Het ontbijtbuffet daarentegen was uiterst verzorgt en steeds aangevuld |

La qualité et le choix dans la carte des restaurants, tout le complexe piscine et spa, l'environnement extérieur, et la chambre. Sa situation géographique trop éloignée par rapport au centre ville et pas de transfert proposé gratuitement par l'hôtel depuis et vers l'aéroport. |

Superbe hôtel avec tout le confort. Petit déjeuner immense et très bon. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel et lui mettrai presque 5 étoiles.Vue magnifique de la terrasse.Très grande piscine.....fitness, spa etc....Et tout cela à 10 minutes en bus du centre historique. (un bus toutes les 10 minutes dans les 2 sens) Chambre très propre mais pas parfaite pour pouvoir passer en 5 étoiles. |

Hotel di nuova costruzione, camera con spazi, arredi e servizi e pulizia molto buoni, prima colazione a buffet con amplissima scelta e di bouna qualità. Hotel eccessivamente grande, per questo abbastanza rumoroso in certi momenti (cena, colazione) quasi caotico, parcheggio insufficente. Un pò troppo isolato anche se servito dai mezzi pubblici. |

El ser un hotel nuevo, tener unas instalaciones con mucho diseño y muy bien cuidadas. La limpieza tanto de la habitacion como de las zonas comunes, el enclave y el trato del personal. El tener que hacer el check-out antes de las 10 de la mañana |

旧市街からは少し外れたロケーションではあるが、近くにバス停があり、バスが１０～１５分置きに来るので不- 自由は感じなかった。スタッフもとても親切で感じが良かった。リゾートホテルとしては申し分なし。 |
