Super Lage in der Altstadt von Split. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal was sich um alles gekümmert hat bis zur Buchung von Fähren etc. |

Der Aufenthalt war kurz aber gut. Wenn man viel Gepaeck hat und alleine reist ist es wegen der vielen Treppen nicht gerade einfach. |

Lage, historisches Gebäude Bei der Rechnungsstellung wurden zusätzliche Kosten (Versicherungsgebühr) berechnet, die zuvor nicht erwähnt wurden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist verbessungswürdig. |

Das Hotel hat wunderbare Mitarbeiter, die Wünsche schon erfüllen, bevor sie ausgesprochen sind. Die besondere Lage im Palast Diokletian, Ausstattung und Service sind deshalb aussergewöhnlich in der Welt. Da war nichts zu beanstanden. |

Hotel was inside the Palace, which was fantastic. It was also very quiet and hte staff was excessively helpful throughout. Breakfast was very robust, with options from across Europe, and the fruit basket in my room was a nice touch. Difficult to locate, and there is no elevator inside the hotel to go to the guest rooms. |

The staff although mainly very young were the most delightful, competant and welcoming I have experienced in 40 years of travel to many countries. On that basis alone I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! The location was also excellent, the standard of rooms very good and the breakfast varied and tasty. I stayed twice, the second time in the Villa Dobrec annex and although the standard of accommodation was equally as good as that in the main hotel and it was a short walk away it was not quite as good as staying in the main hotel as the staff on duty was limited (however only a phone call away and very prompt to respond). This would still not prevent me from staying there if the main hotel was fully booked. |

The decor and design was fantastic as was the service..BRANAMIR Was one of the finest concierges I have met-what a wonderful young man. We loved the hotel very much. A few key things were missing: no robes in our room and the hairdryer was archaic--surprising because the hotel is quite expensive. Yes, no robes in room and lousy hairdrier--should update that. Also--was not told that theymoved us into the main hotel and were going to charge us an extra $50 euro--I had no idea until they told me at checkout. We resolved the issue but staff should tell people that if there was a room change there was a charge. |

Very nice hotel. Desing room in the old Palace. Friendly staff and good service. It was very difficult to find the hotel. Room was very small for the price. Not good for family with young children. I can recommend this hotel for couples. |

Staff was helpful. The hotel is up 2 flights of stairs in the pedestrian area. They helped us with our bags to the ferry. Unique setting in the heart of the old town. Great bathrooms. Windows need darker blackouts. As wiith all the hotels within the pedestrian part of the old city you cant get right up to the hotel with your taxi. So might have to drag your bags along the cobble stones or call the hotel for help. |

Everything from the superb location of the hotel to the attentiveness of the extremely friendly staff. Great exterior and interior design!! Even though the location is considered quaint, I can not recommend it to elderly or phisically challenged guests. It is virtually impossible to avoid climing those big steps surrounding the Diocletian Palace. Also the hotel's name should be better displayed, it is inconspicuous!!! |

Beautiful room and excellent breakfast. We stayed in he Villa Dobric which is a different building from the main hotel. I would recommend this hotel. Staff were quite'odd' when we said we were happy to carry our own luggage and leave our car in a (cheaper) car park in town. They behaved almost rudely, but after that the service as very good |

Excellent rooms, new, perfectly equipped. Logistics with luggage, arrival, departure. Better to come with a small bag, avoid heavy luggage, you'll have to carry it across the old city.. |

Staff was very thoughtful and detailed, Excellent location, right in the center of town. We didn't ever want to leave the palace. Room very sleak and simple design and of course we loved the exposed 3rd century walls Because of it's great location it was hard to find. |

The general conditions and carefull attention to detail was excwllent as well as the comfot and standard the heating to the lower floor is poor and the room can be quite cold at night. The Duvet provided is not warm as well as the additional duvet provided is too small |

Good location. It is easy to walk around the center of the city. Modern facilities. The room doesn't have enough space, but very comfortable. There was no staff to carry my baggage from the far parking lot. |

It was in a nice quiet part of the castle area certain problems were not able to be solved untill the 3rd day of my stay but to be fair it was due to the weekend as well as the bholiday time |
