Hotel Vestibul Palace

Sin duda la ubicacion es privilegiada. Excelente la atencion del personal, el desayuno y las habitaciones.

Hotel was inside the Palace, which was fantastic. It was also very quiet and hte staff was excessively helpful throughout. Breakfast was very robust, with options from across Europe, and the fruit basket in my room was a nice touch.

Difficult to locate, and there is no elevator inside the hotel to go to the guest rooms.

The decor and design was fantastic as was the service..BRANAMIR Was one of the finest concierges I have met-what a wonderful young man. We loved the hotel very much. A few key things were missing: no robes in our room and the hairdryer was archaic--surprising because the hotel is quite expensive.

Yes, no robes in room and lousy hairdrier--should update that. Also--was not told that theymoved us into the main hotel and were going to charge us an extra $50 euro--I had no idea until they told me at checkout. We resolved the issue but staff should tell people that if there was a room change there was a charge.

Staff was helpful. The hotel is up 2 flights of stairs in the pedestrian area. They helped us with our bags to the ferry. Unique setting in the heart of the old town. Great bathrooms.

Windows need darker blackouts. As wiith all the hotels within the pedestrian part of the old city you cant get right up to the hotel with your taxi. So might have to drag your bags along the cobble stones or call the hotel for help.

The staff were excellent and very helpful and the restaurant food was top notch.

Parking was a little tricky.

We loved the stay in Hotel Vestibul. We like to come back again.

We did not have the hot meal in the breakfast. We do not know why...

Excellent rooms, new, perfectly equipped.

Logistics with luggage, arrival, departure. Better to come with a small bag, avoid heavy luggage, you'll have to carry it across the old city..

The general conditions and carefull attention to detail was excwllent as well as the comfot and standard

the heating to the lower floor is poor and the room can be quite cold at night. The Duvet provided is not warm as well as the additional duvet provided is too small

It was in a nice quiet part of the castle area

certain problems were not able to be solved untill the 3rd day of my stay but to be fair it was due to the weekend as well as the bholiday time

Super Lage in der Altstadt von Split. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal was sich um alles gekümmert hat bis zur Buchung von Fähren etc.

Localização perfeita, staff muito amigável e condição geral do quarto excelente.

L'annexe, à 200 m environ de l'hôtel, est tout aussi agréable que ce dernier.Placé dans une situation idéale pour visiter le Palais, vous ne regretterez en rien la dépense supplémentaire que vous réaliserez par rapport à un hôtel basique. Nous avons beaucoup aimez la décoration de ce lieu.
