All children from 2 to 8 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

In spring you can enjoy wonderful walks in the Krka National Park Krka with its 7 waterfalls, of which the Skradinski Buk is the largest and most popular.
During summer there are many cultural and entertainment events such as "Klapas", concerts, puppet shows and theatre performances.

The friendly staff, in particular Aldin who was an excellent Host and very helpful, we spent two nights here and ate in the attached Pini Restaurant, we had fish the first night, excellent local Grey Mullet and meat the second evening which was again local lamb. All the ingredients coming from within a 4Km radius, excellent stuff. Cracked sink in room and a toilet seat that needed replacing |

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, they really were excellent. Good choice of tasty food with a lovely courtyard for meals outdoors. Large terrace outside the room. Excellent location for visiting the National Park and Skradin itself. |

The room was the dirtiest we had during our stay in Croatia, the paint on the wall adjacent to the bathroom fell from the wall and was lying in a little pile on the floor. The bathroom was mouldy and ill-maintained. The toilet -seat was ill-fitting and disintegrated easily when moved. |

Good location for Skradinski Buk and a good alternative to the Skradinski Buk Hotel. Skradin was a very nice village, well worth a visit. If we'd stayed longer we might have made better use of the big balcony with our room. The rooms could do with a lick of paint. No shower curtain or screen which was a minor irritation. |

Nice location, next to Krka National Park. The hotel is actually above a bar restaurant and is a bit diffcult to find. The room was old, not very comfortable and pretty noisy. |

I was wary of staying in Skradin as it did not get a mention in my guide book, but it is a very nice town to spend the evening in, set on the lake. Villa Marija is handily located on the main pedestrian street leading to shops, restaurants and the lake. Room was clean and pleasant. No aircon. Room very hot. Street below is noisy, it took till about midnight to quieten down although we did all get to sleep OK including my 6 year old daughter. |

It was close to ower destination - the Krk resevation and the village was very nice. The price was very low. The restorant was OK. The room was in very basic and in a bad shape. Everything was broken or falling apart. No aircondition. |

Good location near the center and the beach. Free parking close to the hotel. Breakfast was good value for your money. Due to the bar below we had to keep window shut so it got quite warm in the room. |

The staff was helpful and good at english. The breakfast was nice. The beds were soft and clean. There was free wireless internet. Our room was close to a street with café´s and a lot of noise in the night. There were no ac and you had to have the windows open. |
