We had a very good apartment with living room and a bedroom and 2 toilets. Comfortable and clean, with all the necessary facilities. There was no air conditioning. The beach was not really good - quite small, even if close. There was another one nearby, but there was an entrance fee (even if the beach itself was nothing special). I would not recomment Zadar if one wants to stay at the beach, there are much better places in Croatia with marvellous beaches.

The welcom of the owner... She was very nice and helpfull.She kept our luggage afther our check out / provide a map / ... She was smiling all the time and it is so good !!! The bed'sheets were a little dirty

Apartamento al lado de la playa de Zadar, grande, bien equipado y cómodo. Además al lado tiene una pequeña tienda de ultramarinos donde puedes comprar lo básico para funcionar unos días, eso si a un elevado precio. Está lejos del centro, y no demasiado bien conectado, sobre todo para volver de noche. El personal, un tanto pasota, no tenían el apartamento cuando llegué a las 12 de la mañana. Tuve que buscarles por la mañana para que me cobrasen. Además por motivos de desconfianza se quedan con un pasaporte durante la estancia, algo que me parece un detalle muy feo.

La vieille ville de Zadar est magnifique et pas bondée (contrairement à Dubrovnik). Il faut prendre la voiture pour s'y rendre ou alors compter une bonne 1/2h à pied. En ville ça circule très bien (début juillet en tout cas). Le fait de pouvoir garer sa voiture devant la villa alors qu'on est en bord de mer en ville est quand même très pratique. Il y a une longue plage à une centaine de mètres de la villa. Elle devient de plus en plus jolie à mesure qu'on s'éloigne de la villa et du camping et qu'on s'approche de la marina. Il y a tout ce qui faut accessible à pied : commerces, bars, restos.Le quartier est relativement calme. Le quartier est pas franchement très joli et fait un peu "bonne franquette" même si l'ambiance est sympa. La plage est pas très jolie (béton au lieu de sable) non plus. Vers 7h30 - 8h, il commence à y avoir un peu de bruit dans la villa (proprio ou autres vacanciers ?) et on risque d'être réveillé. Quand on est arrivé, le ménage n'avait pas été fait avec une grande précision (c'est les locataires qui font le ménage, je ne sais pas si une femme de ménage passe après). On a retrouvé quelques cheveux de ci de là dans la salle de bain notamment.

Det var et fantastisk hyggelig verstpar som var meget opptatt av å gi deg det beste de kunne lever. Rommet var stort og pent innredet. Kjøkknet var meget godt utstyrt med det man trenger for å kunne lage middag. Grill i hagen er meget koselig Verten sørget for rigelig med ved. Enkel å komme til sentrun på sykel eller buss. Her har vi lyst å komme tilbake. Vi savnet sjøutsikt

Nada was very helpful and friendly. As a family it was great to be able to use her washing machine. (10 euro). Handy to beach, restaurant, market, bus stop. Nada's willingness to give us suggestions and recommendations meant that our short stay at Zadar could be maximized. Apartment spacious and relaxing and she made us feel very welcome.

Location was great! Right next to the beach, close walk to the bus station which was a 20 minute ride to the city center. Family run villa was great. They arranged a taxi for us that picked us up at the airport and took us directly to the villa.

Very bad location, having a car is a must but find a place to park in Zadar is a terrible pain. The girl give us some anti-mosquito, but that was not enough, we had mosquito bites, and we also found two alacran (scorpions) in the room at night, we killed them, but then was difficult to sleep knowing that there could be more scorpions lying around in the apartment. There is no air conditioning, and the place is very hot in summer, and if you open the windows, mosquitoes and bees will come inside. Not recommended at all.

Świetna lokalizacja apartamentu. Przemiła obsługa(bardzo dobra znajomość angielskiego).Apartament jest przestronny(dwa poziomy), bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Vila Nada znajduje sie bardzo blisko plaży.Vila posiada zadaszony parking !!! Przydałaby sie klimatyzacja w głównej sypialni apartamentu - przy 38 stopniach na zewnątrzm klimatyzacja umiejscowiona w pokoju znajdującym sie przy na 2 gim poziomie, nie spełnia swojego zadania.

We arrived at 9.45pm and Nada was waiting outside ready for our late arrival which was a great start. The apartment was spotless, well decorated, and up-to-date. Nada and Steve the owners showed us everything in apartment, gave us a local map and pinpointed nearest local shop - and where to go immediately for a late night supper/drink. They were extremely hospitable, helpful but respectful of our privacy. The patio area outside was great with table chairs and bbq for the use of - the location for the beach could not be better - Villa Nada is tucked away just offf the main road so a lovely quiet location - but within 5 mins of beach and 7 mins of buses into Zadar old city At the end of our stay Nada was happy to take our cases into her apartment as our flight was not until 9pm and booked us a taxi to take us to the airport. I would highly recommend this accomodation for a beach and city trip and great place to chill out under the kiwi vine in the garden. We only stayed for 3 days but would definately book again and explore more of Zadar region and island hop - as recommended by Nada and Steve themselves
