Adria Apartments  

Ett bra lägenhetshotell med utsikt över havet. Enkel & bra inredning. Tyst och lugnt läge högst upp i byn.

Det är långt till receptionen, men man får skjuts till lägenheten. Det framgår inte att det är väldigt brant upp till huset vilket kan kännas jobbigt om någon har besvär med knän eller dyligt.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i stort sett. Vissa utmärkte sig mer än andra och var oerhört serviceminded. De var mycket hjälpsamma med transfer mm.

Avståndet till centrum och Zlatni Rat var ganska långt och framför allt väldigt backigt sista biten vid hotellet.

Bemötandet var bra, rummen var rena och det var okomplicerat att lämna lägenheten.

Att man inte själv får välja vilken lägenhet i staden man vill bo i. Det är lite som ett lotteri där det är mycket viktigt att skriva in sina önskemål om t.ex. utsikt, WiFi, storlek och lokalisation under "övrig information" när man bokar.

Ypperligt läge, fräsch lägenhet.

Balkongen var för liten för fem personer och sängarna lite obekväma.

Small apartments. Really disappointing for the money I paid Apartments missing a lot of essential items such as washing machine and some kitchen items. Staff was nice in talking but in general, there was no action to solve our problems. Because there was no washing machine in the apartments we stayed in, Adria offered to wash our clothes. We tried that one time but the clothes were not really washed properly. There was a problem with the toilet seat which we reported to Adria. But no action were taken by Adria. One of the apartments we stayed in was old and full of insects such as ants. We were transferred to 3 different apartments because we were not happy with the first one. Then we had to stay for a limited time in the second one untill we were transferred to the third apartment which was too small and in a bad location.

Beautiful new house, big rooms, large terrace. Good view.

Location is further than indicate in offers. Bathroom - there aren't hand shower, toilet paper missed( from reception said us to go shopping for this!!!), shower-cabin is broken, towel is a little size. All cupboards are broken, tv - did,t working, wi-fi is miss, half lights doesn't work or miss. Receptionists are very polite and smiles, but didn't help for all our needs.

The apartment was awesome! I booked an aprtament for two people and since it was roulette formula and I coudln0t see mine until the day of my arrival I was a little worried about it but the price was so convenient that I take it anyways. When we ( me and my boyfriend) finally got there we were received by a very nice and professional girl , speaking a perfect italian that explained us everything. When they gave us the room and we entered into it I couldn't believe to my eyes ! I was so pretty ! there was a very nice kitchen ( cucina abitabile in italian), a quite big double room with a little balcony where we used to have dinner with the view of the sea !! The bathroom was very refined , the shower was new and modern ,every had been renewed . In sum, I passed really good time and everything was perfect. I totally advice this apartment and this place!!

Its really clean and nice location

We had one double bed and two single beds. The single beds are a bit small -more suitable for children. Couple of apartments belongs to this agency, so if u want to have Internet and nice view etc. in the room, u need to tell it by the booking.

First of all, Adria Apartment is an agency. It is not a specific apartment. After you booked your hotel and go there, you see that they transfer you to an apartment. You can't see the pictures you will stay from the beginning. So I cannot comment about Adria properly, but I can comment about the apartment I stayed. Our apartment's name was balic. It has a very nice balcony with beautiful sea view, and the owners of the apartment who are a nice lady and her granddaughter were very sweet, very helpful, very hospital and clean. Overall, if you are lucky, your place will be nice depending on their owner and their attitude but if not the agency was fairly good but not excellent.

Some Staff of Adria Agency were rude, they try to be helpful and professional but they don’t know how to speak to the customers and how to be polite. We decided to stay more and we let the owner know and she called the agency to let the situation. Even if they have our credit card details, they woke up us in the morning coming to our room and knocking the door very strongly as if we are staying there illegal and staff told us in a very rude way that we need to pay as if we will escape. This reputation erased all the good things about this company for us even if the other staff tries to be helpful. In addition, the air condition wasn’t working in a terrible hot weather. However we didn’t complain at all, because the owner was very nice and we didn’t want to bother them. About the area, I can say Croatia is a nice country, Brac Island is nice place to stay and swim. The sea is clean but not sandy beaches at all. The beaches all over the Island are pebbly. About the Local, in my opinion, almost all people are very rude and ignorant.

The location, the price, there was not one thing to complain about! Bol is beautiful! The summer would be the best time to come though.

Brand new apartment and free internet in the room very friendly and helpful staff

The apartement was very different of the photos you can see in booking.com. We didn´t ask to change because we only stayed for 4 night, althoug it is reasonably clean, but the quality is lower than we expected. There wasn´t a microwave in the kitchen.

The staff at Adria Apartments were especially accomodating and when requesting for an apartment with a sea view they ensured I got what I requested. The apartment was in a great location and had all the ammenities we needed. The staff and reception desk was open late and the staff offered to collect us when we arrived and drive us directly to our apartment.
