Choose from nicely furnished rooms and apartments in this newly refurbished villa on a prestigious location, that perfectly blends the architecture of Old Baska with modern amenities. Thanks to its beautiful beaches, its rich cultural heritage and the scenic natural surroundings, Baska on the island of Krk is today one of the best known summer resorts in Croatia. Guests of the Villa Adria can have their breakfast at the Atrium Café just 65 feet from the villa. At the 4-star Zvonimir Hotel and 3-star Corinthia-Baska Hotel lunch and dinner are served. We stayed in the Atrium building. Nice design, spacey rooms. Direct at the boulevard. Great breakfast. Always a baking smell in the building.

Posizione favorevole, fronte spiaggia. Sufficientemente silenzioso.Camera confortevole e sufficientemente spaziosa. Balcone ottimo per metratura ,utile come disimpegno. Rapporto qualità prezzo carente. Si può fare decisamente meglio. Pulizia carente. Infrastrutture da migliorare. Ho richiesto l'intervento di un idraulico che non si è mai visto. Colazione appena sufficiente.

Die Atrium Residence ist das Hauptgebäude zur Villa Adria (Rezeption, Frühstück...). Haben in beiden Gebäuden übernachtet und können sagen, dass beidesicher zu den besten Hotels in Baska gehören. Da der Blick auf den überfüllten öffentlichen Strand keine Sensation ist, ist, auch wegen dem Preisunterschied, ein Zimmer ohne Meerblick eine Alternative. Am Tag haben wir den Strand in Baska gemieden und haben uns mit einem Taxiboot in abgelegene Buchten bringen lassen.

Positiv ist, dass das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt. Der Ausblick (Meerblick- Superior Grand Appartement Zimmer 108) ist wunderschön. Im Hintergrund sind Berge zu sehen und vor allem beim Frühstücken auf der Terasse ein echtes Highlight. Supermarkt direkt unterm Hotel- Bäckerei neben dem Hotel- Hotel Villa Adria selbst hat keine Rezeption, da es zu einem anderen Hotel gehört- einchecken muss man im Hotel Atrium- Lage wirklich Top!- Strand vor dem Hotel am schönsten, guter Ausgangspunkt um die Strandpromenade zu erkunden- gute Deutschkentnisse an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist eher gehobene Preisklasse. Ob einem das Geld wert ist muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Fazit: Top Lage, schöne Zimmer, jedoch hoher Preis.

Die Zimmer mit Meeresblick bieten (wie der Name schon sagt) einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, benachbarte Inseln sowie das festland. Es ist schwierig bis unmöglich, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Hotel-nahen Parkplatz zum Ein- bzw. Auschecken.

Die Strandnähe - super. Appartment sehr geräumig und schön. Ausblick aufs Meer toll. Lift. Wir konnten die Rezeption nicht finden. Die Beschriftung "30 m, Pfeil nach rechts" war nicht klar. Die Rezeption befindet sich im nächsten Haus - man muss zuerst die Straße überqueren.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Das Appartment ist schön und sehr ruhig. Die Teppichböden sollten gründlich gereinigt oder mit Fliesenböden ersetzt werden.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage am Strand einmalig und das Wasser und die Umgebung einfach traumhaft. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder hier her kommen. Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel war überfüllt, aber wir haben unser Plätzchen weiter weg gefunden, wo es ruhiger war.

Kostenlose Aufbuchung auf großes Appartment, weil kein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick frei war; großzügige heimelige Ausstattung der Zimmer Parkplatzsystem nicht optimal (einige Entfernung, Ausfahrt mit weitem Weg), selbst einschaltende Klimaanlage nur mühsam zu deaktivieren

Die Lage zum Strand ist super. Zimmer sind geräumig, hatten zu dritt genügend Platz. Frühstück war ok. Zimmer nut oberflächlich gereinigt. Weite Wege zum Pool- und Wellnessbereich (sind in einem anderen Hotel ca. 500 m weit weg). Die Belieferung des Geschäftes unten im Hotel um sechs Uhr morgens war sehr laut.
