Five Star, clean, beautifully renovated, quiet room with excellent location for walking; outstanding buffet breakfast; free entertainment on select nights. Opatija is a charming city to walkaround the main street and seaside promenade Difficult to find hotel. Free parking is very difficult to find and roads are very steep -- consider paying hotel for parking; luggage transport from front desk to hotel annex is involved; hotel does not have designated smoke-free rooms. |

- Wij hadden met opzet geboekt voor overnachten met ontbijt zodat we niet iedere dag vroeg terug hoefden te zijn. Op sommige dagen vroegen we alsnog om het diner buffet te mogen gebruiken, hetgeen zonder problemen mogelijk was. Buffet is zeker een aanbeveling waard. - Parkeren in Opatja is een ramp. Bij boeking stond dat zelfs vermeld. Men heeft ons er toch 1 kunnen geven.... |

De villa is met een gang aan het hotel verbonden en de portier heeft ons netjes de in en outs laten zien In de badkamer waren 2 knoppen uit de muur getrokken en het zonnescherm was door wind onbruikbaar geworden |

het gebruik van het 5 sterren gedeelte incl. ontbijt was perfect ingang van het hotel is in het 5 sterren gedeelte en niet op het aangegeven nummer 3. bij aankomst heb je de indruk dat dit een bouwval is. gedeelte van raam is kapot en ziet er oud en verlaten uit, is de entree van vroeger zo vertelde de poertier maar gebruik die maar als achterom, binnen echter is alles weer oke. |

Do quarto, esapaçoso, vista excelente. Adriático mesmo ao lado, execelnte acesso do hotel. Ter rede wireless gratuita, melhoria do atendimento dos empregados parecem ter muito pouca formaçao, o serviço e comparavel a 3 estrelas portuguesas. O kit higiene da casa de banho resume-se a shampoo que nao e substituido. A musica/espectaculo a noite e um tanto deprimente. Piscina sem qualquer graça. Para estar junto ao mar tem de pagar a cadeira, o colchao...num hotel de 5 estrelas e incrivel. |
