EverYthing you need is at The hotel. They have dinner there, aswell as massages ect. The rooms feel a little outdated. Eg the television is 15 years old.

The hotel is great. Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. The swimming pool and the views were great as well. Price was also good. But we had a major problem, air conditioning was not working, and it was very hot during the night.

We had a very pleasent week here. Staff at the reception was more than friendly , always available to help, reply on any question and really all best word for hotel staff, since they are very professional.The room was very good, has enough space, big balkony's and it is very clean. Food was excellent. I would higly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay and relax..

Instead of being in the Villa the hotel decided to upgrade us to the hotel with seaview. Did not like anything about this hotel at hotel. It is an ugly square concrete block full of buses full of tourists.

Nice smimming pool inside and outside and direct access to the beach. You will appreciate less if you come with small kids and you will need to climb up and down 20 stairs without any facility.

L'utilizzo dei servizi dell'Hotel Ambasador Non è un Hotel ma in realtà è la dependance dell'Hotel Ambasador, non ha una reception per uscire o entrare dal parcheggio con l'automobile e per la colazione bisogna andare all'Hotel Ambasador

Die direkte Lage am Meer!!! Wenn man schon eine teure Suite bucht, dann finde ich es nicht richtig auch noch für die Sauna extra aufzahlen zu müssen, zumal in der Hotelbeschreibung steht, dass man alle Einrichtungen des Hotels nutzen kann.....

Mali sme suit apartman ( č. 537 super ) kde bol fantasticky vyhlad na more z balkona umiestneneho skoro nad morom. Odporucame vsetkym. Je tam pokoj, klud a nadherne morske scenerie. Vyuzivali sme whirpulku, vnutorny i vonkajsi bazen. Radi sa urcite vratime. V hoteli bolo vsetko v poriadku a boli sme velmi spokojny so vsetkym. Snad platiaci parking nam vadil na tomto pobyte.

Gyönyörű hely, tengerpart, a szobák jól felszereltek és tágasak.A Reggeli nagyon bőséges.Kedves, segítőkész a személyzet. A parkolásért külön fizetni kell, naponta nem keveset. A szálloda saját tengerpartján fizetni kell a napozóágyakért és napernyőkért.

Bei der Ankunft informierte man uns das wir im Haupthaus untergebracht werden (Hotel Ambasador) also 5 Sterne zum Preis von 4 mit Blick aufs Meer wie gebucht.Im allgemeinen ein sehr ruhiges angenehmes Hotel grosses Zimmer Badezimmer ok. Pool-Hallenbad- Wellness ok. gerne wieder.

Lage direkt am hoteleigenen Strand. Den Strandabschnitt empfanden wir sehr schön und es sind auch keine Badeschuhe zum schwimmen notwendig. Sehr sauberes und klares Wasser. Ruhiger Ort um zu entspannen. Am Strand kann man gratis wlan der Stadt Opatja empfangen. Die wunderschöne Strandpromenade (ca. 12 km Länge) ist von der Villa direkt über eine Stiege erreichbar. Bei Regenwetter kann man das hoteleigene Hallenbad benutzen. Die Größe des Zimmers in der Villa war hervorragend. Fühstücksbuffet war qualitativ und quantitativ hochwertig. Toller Meerblick in der Lobby und im Speisesaal. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Das Gefühl in der Villa zu wohnen ging verloren, da sie mit dem Hotel durch einen Gang verbunden war. In der Villa sollte eine eigene Rezeption sein. Die Liegen, Matten und Sonnenschirme die am Strand und am Pool ausgegeben werden, sollten unbedingt erneuert werden - sehr alt und porös. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr nett aber sie ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. - Sie sollte erneuert werden. Wlan bzw. Wifi ist kostenpflichtig! 10 Kuna / halbe Stunde. Dieser Service sollte kostenlos sein. (Am Strand gibt es aber gratis wlan von der Stadt Opatja!)

Prijaznost osebja,lepa soba, velik balkon tik nad morjem, lokacija-ravno pravšnja oddaljnost od mestnega središča Pogrešala sem tuš na hotelski plaži, morali smo se tuširat pri bazenu

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Service am Pool, (extrem netter Kellner),ebenso hat das Frühstück außerordentlich gut geschmeckt und war sehr reichhaltig. Auch da war das Personal extrem bemüht, den Wünschen der Gäste nach zu kommen. Wir werden wieder kommen, hätten aber gerne einen sauberen Boden im Zimmer und in den Fluren. Leider wurde der Boden in den Zimmern während unseren Aufenthaltes (5 Nächte) nie gesaugt. Der Ausgangsbereich (zu den Autos) in der Villa wird leider überhaupt nicht gepflegt und spricht nicht für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. Ebenso waren einige Sonnenschirme kaputt. Gestört hat übrigens das achtlose Hinwerfen der Liegenauflagen und der Sonnenschirme am Abend.
