Fabulous,

“ We had a great time here. The apartment was a good size, self contained, clean and modern. It had a shop close by and two good restaurants, and it was a five minute walk to a beach with a small bar, or a ten minute bus ride from Korcula town which has everything and anything, including further bus links to other parts of the island. I would stay here again. ”

The owners, Ana and Zjelko, are extremely hospitable and made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. They even brought us cake It is 5-min drive from town so you will need a vehicle for your stay. We will stay here again on our next visit as it is quiet, spacious, with all amenities, comfortable and clean.

Very friendly host, we booked only the night before and she didn´t even know yet, that we were coming. Still, when we called, she immediately came to pick us up at the ferry terminal to show us the way. Rooms absolutely spotless, comfortable, warm and pleasant, even in the off season. 3 to 4 km to Korcula old city, partly a beautiful walk, but a good part without a sidewalk, so on the streets. Good to have a car. Nice outlook from the balcony, but no sea view. But still beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ana on the beautiful island of Korcula. After spending time in Split and Hvar, Korcula was noticeably quieter but a lovely peaceful island. Villa Ana is a 40 minute walk into the town, which is slightly out the way but the walk is very scenic and pleasant if you enjoy walking. There is a bus service which apparently goes into the town from outside the villa but we did not use this service due to reviews of it being unreliable and infrequent. Taxis are easy to locate within the town so we often would take a taxi home of a night - for approx £10. Ana is a great host. She was good fun and keen to help out with any queries. She offered to pick us up from the town if we ever needed her to and she helped us book our trip to Dubrovnik, as well as taking us to the ferry port on the day of our departure. She also took us to Lombarda one day to show us the best sights and places to see. The villa is very nice, lovely and spacious and clean with a great balcony overlooking the sea. The location is very quiet with a couple of beaches/swimming points nearby and one local supermarket and restaurant. Possibly best for families due to quiet area and would have been good to have a car to help travelling around. However, overall a very enjoyable stay at Villa Ana and would recommend staying here for a relaxing break.

Ana was warm and friendly, very helpful providing information about things to do and transport to other islands, and even collected us from the bus station when we arrived. The location was great being away from the main tourist area just 2mins walk to beautiful beach, with amazing restaurant 'Boric' just 200m away for fabulous home-cooked food and stunning view across the water. Apartment itself had everything we needed and was very elegantly furnished and secure, although being on top floor wifi dropped out of range occassionally. It also had a small pool which was lovely was to refresh after walks in summer sun. Buses did not pass very frequently (roughly every 2hrs) so better if you have access to a car, bicycle or are willing to walk approx 45mins into the centre (which we actually enjoyed very much for the lovely views)

The apartment is gorgeous, new, really clean and really well appointed. We could see the sea from our balcony. Ana was lovely, very friendly and helpful. She knew we were travelling onwards with our 6 year old so offered to do a load of washing for us and wouldn't take any payment. She also found out travel info for our onward journey and gave us a lift to the ferry. Highly recommend staying here! My only slight dislike was the fact if you don't have a car it can feel a bit out of the way. We tried to catch the bus twice (didn't show), but Ana gave us a reliable and reasonable taxi number so we used that to get into Korcula Town and back

Everything is good in Villa Ana: The owner (Ana), the appartment (with all the facilities), the swimming-pool (small but enough for our children), the location (7 min by car to Korcula), the attached restaurant (Castelo) As I have said: everything is good in Villa Ana

Ana is an amazingly kind and friendly host. If you like dogs, ask her to introduce you to Max. The place is really nice, very well mantained and the restaurant close by, Castello, has fantastic food and very well priced (our best dinner in Croatia was there!). It is close to two very small and quiet bays, familiy-oriented, so if you want peace and quiet, this is a good option. Although our apartment does have air conditioned, our bedroom didn't so it was a little bit hot at night until we opened the bedroom door to let some of the cool air come in.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean, cool. Also a very nice spacious terrace. Anna, our host could not have been more helpful. She picked me and my friend up from the ferry in Korchula Town. On our first day there she took us around several beaches to find one we liked. We were taking the ferry to Hvar and as she was unable to drop us there, she very kindly took the taxi fare off our final bill. She was fun, helpful and generous. There's a nice restaurant close by and right beside the shop. Our only slight complaint would be that it wasn't as close to Korchula Town as we'd have liked and buses don't run very frequently. However, overall, a great place.

Very hospitable owner couple with very good personal service, great rooms, fantastic breakfast, fast internet, great value. A very good alternative for relaxation. The nearby restaurant Castello well worth a visit. Loved it! 4 star standard. It could be a little better signed to find the place. Driving directions at booking.com not very clear. Maybe the owners add a few more rooms so that more people can enjoy, although that is hardly a negative - objectively speaking

Accueil sympathique, propreté du lieu irréprochable. Logement fonctionnel.

This is a great place - new and well-equiped, spacious apartment. Korcula island is a wondeful place and the old town is an easy and beautiful 5-10 minute drive away. The creek 150m down the road from the Villa is a great place to swim. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
