The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartements were large and clean and had beautiful views. It was very short walk to the beach and the taxi boat to Trogir was very near. We liked the stay very much! The only thing is that it was difficult to find a market nearby for drinks, food etc, but there was a camp were they had a few things.

The staff (Mira) were excellent - very helpful with advice and extremely friendly. We had a beautiful room - I'm not sure if we were upgraded from what we actually booked - very spacious and a large lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel is quite new and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and the dining room was very beautiful as well. Just a short walk (15 minutes) to the old town of Trogir, and a short drive (20 minutes) or bus ride to Split. Very convenient.

The location of Villa Ana is perfect for sightseeing. There is a good bus service which runs passed the hotel and the water taxi is only a 2 minute walk away. The water taxi is cheap and takes you into the heart of Trogir. The hotel is small and very well run with excellent staff who all speak good English. Our room (on the ground floor) had a large balcony and a good sea view. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good selection. Good value for money. There are 3 restaurants in Donji Seget: Frankie's, Rico's and Antonio'S. Antonio's food is excellent and is set in their back yard which gives you an authentic Croatian experience. Great holiday - thanks.

The location close to the water taxi for trips to Trogir made the experience a pleasure. The staff were both efficient and helpful and nothing was to much trouble-even offered to run in her car to the cash point when I was in lazy mode, Breakfast was good and rooms cleaned and made tidy to a high standard. A great place to stay which made for an enjoyable holiday. John and Joy

Loved the staff. Pool was beautiful, perfect in August. Lovely views from balcony. Size of apartment very good and clean. 15 mins on taxi boat away from Trogir. Small points for improvement - more cushions on sofa, chairs in apartment could be a little more comfortable.

The pool and close-by to the seaside made the hotel excellent in the august heat. You can walk to a variety if resturants and bars. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Croatia is beautiful and staying at villa Sms made the holiday easy, relaxing and somewhere we will visit again in the future. Only the kitchen area is very small but the resturants are so good you don't really need to cook.

What I liked most was... Silence. Maybe I was lucky regarding other guests, but in fact I had never spotted so silent place to stay in Croatia. Staff is really very nice. Boat communication to Trogir allows to visit or eat dinner in one of hundreds of restaurants of this famous town. Also one good restaurant within walking distance (a little overpriced, btw). Everything else as described. First, you can't reach Trogir by walking by the sea. The "promenade" ends, a path leads a little further, but finally you have to come back to the road. Satelite tv is useless (but I do not need it).

It is not a hotel, it's rather a guest house. I think they deserve rather two than four stars. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty - there is a fungus in the shower. The stuff cleans room two or three times a week and don't give clean towels. Only the girls in reception desk speaks English - the other stuff don't speak English at all. The parking lot is too small for all guests, so you can have problems with parking your car there. Breakfasts are all the time the same and they are not very good. They tell, that you can eat from 8 to 11 but if you came at 8 there is nothing to eat because the stuff is beginning to make the breakfast. If you are looking for not very good place to sleep and want to pay too much it is ideal place for you.
