The receptionist was very friendly and did her best to make our stay comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice, especially for our children. We enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The beach was close and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The service as a whole could be more proactive. E.g. there was no information what to do and see unless asked. |

Veldig hyggelig personale. Flott basseng med flotte liggestoler. Savnet muligheten til å spise lunsj/middag, som der sto i beskrivelsen. |

Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal.Modernes, helles, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer/App.mit herrlichem Meeresblick. Sehr kurzer Weg für ein erfrischendes Bad im Meer. Sauberer Strand und Wasser. Trogir auch mit "Wassertaxi" schnell und preiswert erreichbar. |

Hotelli puhdas, tilava, hyvillä mukavuuksilla. Uima-allas ulkona, lapsille mukava! Aikuisille asialliset auringonottopaikat. Jos hakee rauhaa, kylä on erittäin rauhallinen. Lähellä lentokenttää, 10-12 min. Henkilökunta hieman nihkeää, ei kerrottu hotellin palveluista, ruokailut yms. Kaikkea piti erikseen itse tiedustella. Kylässä sai hakea ruokapaikkaa, niistäkään ei ollut informaatiota hotellin puolelta. Lähtöpäivänä avulias palvelu laukkujen kantamisessa. |

Il y avait 1 piscine et un spa, tres propre, Le probleme c'est qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la piscine ni dans la spa!!!!!!domage, nous avions réservé cet hotel pour ça!!Il aurait pu le préciser à la réservation!! La piscine et le spa n'était pas en fonction, pas d'eau!!!!nous avion choisi cet hotel spécialement pour ça!! |

Henkilöstö oli joustavaa ja ystävällistä. Rakennus oli juuri tehty tai juuri saneerattu. Uimaallas ei ollut vielä käytössä. |

Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Stadt Trogir liegt direkt an der Straße, da am Hang gebaut sind die unteren Zimmer ruhiger. |

Obwohl die bestätigte Buchung nich vorlag und niemand mit uns rechnete war vor allem der Service und das Personal extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alle Probleme wurden gelöst und wir hatten trotzdem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt Keiner konnte sich an die Buchung erinnern, der Mailverkehr war nicht aufzufinden, die Taxisbuchung für den Folgetag lag nicht vor |

Prácticamente nada No te limpian la habitación ni te hacen las camas hasta tres días, no hay ascensor, no hay unas cortinas en condiciones para que no entre la luz y poder dormir. El personal del hotel pasa de ti, el desayuno es penoso, las mujeres del servicio se pasan todo el día sentadas observándote, tienes la sensación todo el tiempo de que eres una especie de ocupa lo cual es bastante desagradable. |
