Villa Ana  

We stayed there off season and we the only people in the hotel. The staff was nice enough to upgrade our room due to that and the apartment we got was great - very big, nice living room, a kitchenette, a beautiful view out of the bedroom balcony. The breakfast features freshly made sausages and scrambled eggs. From the hotel, You can walk straight down to the beach and it's within 3 or so kilometers from Trogir. The pool was closed before the summer still, but in season this place would be even more fantastic.

The location of Villa Ana is perfect for sightseeing. There is a good bus service which runs passed the hotel and the water taxi is only a 2 minute walk away. The water taxi is cheap and takes you into the heart of Trogir. The hotel is small and very well run with excellent staff who all speak good English. Our room (on the ground floor) had a large balcony and a good sea view. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good selection. Good value for money. There are 3 restaurants in Donji Seget: Frankie's, Rico's and Antonio'S. Antonio's food is excellent and is set in their back yard which gives you an authentic Croatian experience. It is not a hotel, it's rather a guest house. I think they deserve rather two than four stars. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty - there is a fungus in the shower. The stuff cleans room two or three times a week and don't give clean towels. Only the girls in reception desk speaks English - the other stuff don't speak English at all. The parking lot is too small for all guests, so you can have problems with parking your car there. Breakfasts are all the time the same and they are not very good. They tell, that you can eat from 8 to 11 but if you came at 8 there is nothing to eat because the stuff is beginning to make the breakfast. If you are looking for not very good place to sleep and want to pay too much it is ideal place for you.

The four ladies who run these appartmenti are very kind and very helpful. The appartment was nice, spacious and clean. Close to the sea so nothing to complain.

The Villa Ana was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was good size for the 2 of us with a great balcony with views of the sea. The pool was small but great and the sunloungers very comfortable.

Hôtel intimiste et proche de la mer. Personnel trés accueillant et chambre/appartement spacieuse avec un grand balcon vue sur mer. Hôtel situé à 2 kms de Trogir mais un taxi boat passe toutes les heures (hors saison) et vous dépose au bord de la ville pour 10 kunas (1,30 euros).

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel, familiäre Atmosphäre, freundliches und hilfbereites Personal, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und wird immer sofort aufgefrischt, das Appartment für 2 Personen großzügig und funktionell eingerichtet, wunderschöner Balkon, PKW-Parkplatz vor der Tür, Nähe zur Altstadt von Trogir

Proche mer 150 M.piscine et jacuzzi hotel recent et confortable.personnel tres acceuillant.

Lo staff, in particolare Margareta, gentile, pronto e disponibile (a me hanno cambiato la camera, nonstante l'alta stagione, che non corrispondeva a quanto sperato), la posizione per girare le città vicine (Trogir, Spalato;Primosten) le prime due raggiungibili anche con I taxi boat, il panorama stupendo, I comfort (area condizionata, doccia idromassaggio, piscina e zona solarium, ecc.), facilità di spesa e di movimento se si ha la macchina, baie incantevoli nelle vicinanze (sempre con l'auto), nel complesso un albergo che merita davvero.

L'albergo è bello, da consigliare, adatto a un pubblico più di adulti che di bambini (silenzioso, piscina piccola, zona solarium splendida ma sottostimata per gli ospiti). Comunque piccole imperfezioni da segnalare sono le seguenti: Il ristorante serve solo la prima colazione (no cena) ma ti consigliano nelle vicinanze ristoranti veramente ottimi, gli appartamenti all'ultimo piano, anche se più grandi, hanno I soffitti spioventi scomodi (non segnalati al momento delle prenotazioni e/o sul sito) e il terrazzo piccolo, panoramico si, ma solo se si sta in piedi e con difficoltà di affaccio sulla piscina, la pulizia pur essendo ottima (lenzuola, asciugamani, bagno ecc.) non prevede di spazzare il pavimento (?), tipico in Croazia, l'assenza di tavolo e sedie in casa, il mare vicino comodo ma sporco.
