Almost everything that one could want from a holiday hotel. Relaxed, excellent friendly staff and some nice touches e.g. free bikes, free beds on the beach, excellent wi fi with good band width for I Pad users on location probably the best in Tucepi

The noise of guests above us dragging furniture across the floors at 0730 a.m. and 1030 p.m.

location, location, location right on the beach and a bit apart from the town, but easy walking distance extremely friendly staff good restaurant

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. In this year we have stayed in 7 different **** star hotels in Croatia and Portugal. This one was far beyond comparison. Clean rooms, nice atmosphere, sea in just a few steps, free bikes and parking for guests, excelent service, friendly staff, highest attention to even smallest details. And last but not least - one of the best restraunts in the area 'Olive Tree' located in the same house . All in all -absolute favorite.

We liked everything about this place. The location is ideal, you can walk from the front door onto the beach and into the pristine sea. You can be in the center of Tucepi in ten minutes by walking leisurely. By car you can go to the top of the Biokovo mountain in less then an hour and the same to any beautiful little town of the Makarska Riviera. The staff is fantastic, they make you feel as though you are a part of the family. The food is first rate and so is their choice of wines. There was no expense spared in the construction of this place, real wood, marble and Brac stone is used throughout. The rooms and the bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. The quality of the materials used are first rate. This is our first time here but certainly not the last. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic facilities at a great spot on the Makarska Riviera. Tucepi is a wonderful little town with great food at affordable rates. Very relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Villa Andrea staff (especially Boris) was VERY helpful and made our stay even better. I can't recommend them enough.

- Calm atmosphere, good choice of music in the restaurant and absence of national music (which is everywhere and you may feel overloaded) - comfortable terrace - good management, quick check in and check out, arranging transfer to the airport, easy and clear payment system - spa

- We have not been informed that the hotel has a beach equipment and bicycles (we would agree even it is not free) - i did not like food in the restaurant - at all, and this is the main minus to my mind (and the nearby restaurants offer very touristic food as well.

The hotel is set in a tranquil location on the promenade along the beach. It has had a major refurb programme and looks and feels very clean and warm.There are 4 floors of bedrooms ours being on the top floor which was 64 steps from reception. There is no lift. It didnt matter to us but be aware but I am sure you would be located in a lower part if the stairs were an issue. The staff at the hotel couldnt do enough for you. They were a credit to the owners. The weather was mixed during our stay but that made us get up and do other things. There a lots of walks around either flat or mountainous.Not everything was open as the proper season hadnt quite kicked in but the locals didnt pressurise you. The boat trip to Havar and Brac was worth the money. Surprisingly fish, steaks and bottled wine didnt come cheap. In general terms it is more or less like for like with the uk. The scenery is fantastic and our white water rafting trip was very enjoyable and not too rough for the faint hearted. Seriously pretty through the gorges.

The staff is very helpful location perfect, room decoration also. We have seen also the see from the window so everithing perfect. Thanks

Petit hôtel paisible les pieds dans l'eau au bout de la grande plage de Tucepi. L'accueil et le service sont excellents de même que le restaurant. A signaler un autre excellent restaurant à proximité, le Konoba Ranc, à 15 minutes de marche de l'hôtel, en remontant en petite route qui serpente dans les oliviers.

Nice place, blue sky, blue see, hotel on the beach, very nice decoration and clean rooms, parking place next to hotel, everything is perfect. Ten points :) But, for the staff, which is not only helpful and professional, but also so friendly, I'd like to give 20 points. Smile is always on their face. Thank you.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Abgesperrter, kostenloser Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Sehr gutes Restaurant, elegante Tischkultur. Das Ehepaar das das Hotel leitet ist einfach großartig.

Wir waren im Oktober für 5 wunderschöne Tage zu Gast in diesem Hotel. Besonders gefallen hat der tolle, persönliche Service durch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/-innen, das schöne Zimmer mit Meerblick in einem kleineren Hotel mit ca 20 Zimmern, das sehr gute Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurantbereich, die Bucht als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel, die ruhige Lage, das sehr gute Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir werden bei unserem nächten Kroatienurlaub dieses Hotel unbedingt wieder buchen.

Die Lage direkt am Meer am ruhigen Ende von Tucepi ist sicherlich hervorzuheben. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen waren qualitativ sehr gut

Izvrstan mali hotel na nevjerovatnom polozaju uz predivnu plazu.Osoblje je bilo izuzetno prijazno i zasluzuje svaku pohvalu.

Vi bodde på Villa Andrea 7 netter i uke 40 i 2012. Villa Andrea er et fantastisk hotell med svært god standard og ligger perfekt til langs strandpromenaden 5-10 minutters spasertur fra havnen i Tucepi. Vi opplevde det som utrolig deilig å rusle langs den flotte strandpromenaden inn til det lille sentrumet av Tucepi. Villa Andrea ligger i svært rolige omgivelser og den eneste lyden man hører om natten er bølgene som slår mot stranden som ligger 15 meter fra hotellet. Et stort pluss for oss var at et var et overraskende raskt tråløst nett tilgjengelig i hele hotellet. Med 2 studenter i reisefølget var dette utrolig praktisk. Vi har ikke opplevd maken til den gjestfriheten vi erfarte på Villa Andrea. Betjeningen har en service innstilling som overgår det vi har opplevd tidligere. De er alltid til stede, men aldri påtrengende. Rett og slett fantastisk. Hotellet har også en svært god restaurant med en stor og variert à la carte meny. Vi valgte å spise middag her hver kveld rett og slett fordi vi opplevde The Olive Tree som det beste valget i Tucepi både når det gjelder mat, service og pris. To av personene i reisefølget vårt benyttet seg av SPA tilbudet på hotellet og var meget godt fornøyd med både pris og kvalitet på behandlingen. Vi kommer garantert tilbake til Villa Andrea neste år.

Läget,tillgängligheten till internet, cykelutlåning, solstolsanvändning utan extra kostnader. Mycket bra.

Lite trångt vid frukostbuffen.

Pent og rent. Hyggelig betjening. Flott beliggenhet på stranda. Deilig mat I hotellets restaurant.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so perfekt wie möglich zu gestalten. Fast wie individuelle Betreuung. Fahrrad und Strandliegen oder Luftmatratzen können kostenfrei genutzt werden! Perfekte Lage zum Strand. Schmackhaftes Essen und angenehmes Umfeld runden einen erholsamen Urlaub ab. Wir wollen das Erlebnis nochmals wiederhohlen.

Der Aufenthalt im Villa Andrea ist TOP. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr motiviert und sehr höflich und vorkommend.

Ein einziger Manko ist beim Frühstück, dass es für ein Viersterne Haus sicher nicht gut ausschaut, dass kein echter Kafffee sondern Instantkaffee angeboten wird. Ist ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Sonst alles wunderbar jederzeit wieder!

Все великолепно: расположен непосредственно у пляжа, где нет городской суеты и шума; кухня и качество продуктов отличные; хороший вид на море с балкона; в номере есть все что нужно. Так как расположен в самом центре Макарской ривьеры, очень удобно совершать самостоятельные поездки на машине, в том числе и на острова. Бесплатный Wi-Fi, прокат различного оборудования.

На автопарковке отеля нет освещения, ограждения и наблюдения, в результате помяли капот авто, кто-то видно не смог совладать ночью с "чувствами".

Bestens geführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und bemühten Mitarbeitern im Hotel und im Restaurant (werden deswegen auch immer wieder ausgezeichnet). Sehr schöne Restaurantterrasse nur durch Uferpromenade (hauptsächlich für Fußgänger, aber auch die Zufahrt zum Hotel erfolgt darüber) vom Meer getrennt. Private, versperrte Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels. Gutes Frühstück. Anstandslose Zahlung mit Kreditkarte (ohne Telefonausfall oder ähnliches wie anderswo).

Dafür kann das Hotel eigentlich nichts, ist aber möglicherweise nicht ganz uninteressant: Direkt vorm Hotel ist ein schmaler öffentlicher Kiesstrand, das Hotel stellt Plastikliegen ohne Auflagen zur Verfügung, die teilweise auch von anderen Badenden benutzt werden. Um die wenigen schattigen Plätze unter den Bäumen ist ein großes G'riss und man muss damit rechnen, dass die Handtücher oder Liegen der anderen bis auf wenige cm heranrücken. Und auch Reminiszenzen an ehemalige jugoslawische Erfahrungen kommen vor: Von kroatischen Hotelgästen wird man glatt von schattigen Plätzen vertrieben (auf kroatisch natürlich, daher blieb die Antwort auf die Frage aus, wie man "Kies" reservieren kann...).
