Beautiful small town location a few minutes walk from centre and waterfront.

Owners very helpful via email prior to stay, and same friendly helpfulness continued when I arrived. Only 1 night stay before travel to the airport but would have enjoyed staying longer. Cavtat is lovely, and on next visit would skip Dubrovnik and stay here. Dubrovnik easily reached by public bus. convenient for the airport. Steep walk up from the town, but views are your reward.

Like many places in Europe, double bed was two singles stuck together which drift apart a bit if trying to sleep alone in the middle.

The family who own the apartments are very nice and welcoming. They gave us homemade wine and cake on arrival and explained the location and surroundings and answered questions.

Villa Anka is located very close to Dubrovnik airport. Landlady is such a helpful person. Because of wind, We arrived to dubrovnik at around 4 am and it was very cold and there is no taxi. I called to the landlady and she organized a transfer to villa. However, it has good price, it is close to Cavtat old town, sea, market. You can go to the dubrovnik with boat which is started in seaport of cavtat (price=7 euro=50 kuna). Enjoyable trip.

The stay was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and even brought us fresh tomatoes and home made cake. They were happy to organise a trip to Montenegro for us and got us money off on the price. The room was kept clean and had everything that we needed. We were given transfers to and from the airport for a reasonable price.

Very nice apartments - everything worked! The owner is delightful and welcoming without being intrusive. It's actually much closer to Cavtat centre than is indicated although there are steps on the way back but no problem. Nice and clean with pretty balcony from the bedrooms. For the price, we couldn't fault it.

Very nice position for holidays in Cavtat, near to the center (2 minuts by walking) and Airport (only 10 minuts by car), near to the beach, minimarket and reastaurants. Family really kindly and friendly!Really recommended for your holidays on the sea and excellent starting point for excursions in Dubrovnik (HR) and Mostar (BIH).

If you choose the room "studio" the bathroom is private but outside the apartament and it is not very confortable, but this is described in the presentation of the room, a small fee, however, also the room called "the study" can really be improved and made much more pleasant for tourists. All other flats are definitely better from this point of view.

Immediately upon arrival, the family invited us in to their living space and offered drinks and treats, so we felt very welcome. Also each room/apartment has a full kitchen, bathroom, and even a clothes washer. The balcony outside the bedroom has a great view. We would definitely come back.

Good value for the price, the owner is kind and efficient. 5 minutes are enough to go down to the seaside / small town center of Cavtat - which is a charming place at 20 km south of Dubrovnik.

It is 6 km from the airport and exactly located under the landing path of all planes! Fortunately there is no flight between 22:25 and 6:50 normally speaking.

Villa Anka is very convenient for Dubrovnik Airport. Cavtat is a quiet, pretty, harbour village, with many resturants on the waterfront. The appartment is in a quiet position with very friendly & helpful owners. It is very convenient to get to Dubrovnik, about 15-20 min by car, there is also a bus to the city. To get to the town centre it is down a steepish hill, which is ok going down, but I would not wish to walk up with any shopping ! we always used the car to down to the harbour & back again by car, even though it was only 2 mins, The appt. Was clean, with a nice balcony, kitchen & bathroom.

It was a lovely walk down to the seaside village.........only a few minutes. It is very steep but a good path.........good exercise coming back up.

leider hatten wir das Bad ausserhalb des Zimmers anders als reserviert, Einrichtung eher zweckmäßig, Lage oberhalb der Stadt, steiler Weg aus der Stadt

オーナースタッフの対応が良かった。 必要最低限の設備があり、環境も良かった。 クロアチアホテルや中心街へも近かった。

アパートメントなので、スタッフの手はほとんど掛からないので、もてなしはない。

No te hacen la cama.

Cavtat kaupunkina yllätti positiivisesti. Villa Ankasta on vajaan 10 min kävelymatka jyrkähköä mäkeä alas rantaan. Pieni parveke merelle päin parempi kuin ei mitään.

Huoneisto oli siisti, mutta kaipaisi modernisoimista. Tosin sillä hinnalla ei voi enempää odottaakaan. Valtaisat puut peittävät muutoin upean näköalan merelle. Olisipa hienoa, jos naapurit suostuisivat harventamaan niitä.

Værtsfamiliens imødekommende venlighed, hjælpsomhed og gavmildhed. De gjorde alt for at vores ferie skulle blive god. De hentede os i lufthavnen, modtog os med vin og hjemmelavede delikatesser. I løbet af den uge, vi var der, blev der skiftet sengetøj, suppleret med rene håndklæder etc. Vi fik hjemmefremstillet rødvin samt druer fra haven. Vi blev kørt til lufthavnen kl. 5! om morgenen af familien. Lejligheden var god med en dejlig balkon.

Sobre todo me ha gustado la hospitalidad de la familia.Al llegar trozo de pastel de bienvenida,durante la estancia nos dejaron usar su pc, y al irnos uvas de la propia familia.Una hospitalidad increíble. Estuvimos en un apartamento con cocina -salon-dormitorio.El baño estaba fuera de la habitación ,pero no era compartido y un pequeño balcón.Fue como estar pasando unos días en casa de un familiar. Está situado en la parte alta de Cavtat,hay una cuesta considerable pero es que al pueblo no se puede acceder en coche,muchos apartamentos están situados allí. Tenía wi-fi y aparcamiento gratuito. Está a 15km de DVB.En coche 10min si no hay mucho tráfico

Lo que menos es que las vistas al mar que decían no son tales.Se ve el mar,pero poco.

Nous sommes très contents des prestations offertes. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil de la famille qui gère cet hôtel. Le port de Cavtat est à 10mnàpied, et nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture durant notre séjour, les liaisons navales permettant de circuler sur la côte et dans les îles. Le logement est sommaire, mais les lieux sont propres, les chambres spatieuses. Impeccable pour notre famille ( 2 adultes, 3 enfants). Endroit calme malgré la proximité de l'aéroport. Les propriétaires parlent anglais.

Pas de paiement par carte bancaire ( valable pour tous les hébergements en Croatie).

La gentillesse de l'accueuil, le fils parle un peu français, et l'aacès au centre et au plage à pied
