all the arrangements worked well, staff helpful, apartment well maintained excellent little kitchen, nearby use of large hotel pool, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, great frequent bus service into old town.

In May very peaceful dispite the street nearby and traffic, busses. The guy in res. very frendly. Beach is very near, nice paths to walk.

No good cleaning. Pay always in euros, they use own currensies. Cancelling rules are not fair, dont like to give greditcard numbers. Small rooms are no kitchen. Very small pool, pictures lies a lot.

A rather potent welcome liqueur from friendly staff. Everything you need to know about the area in 15 minutes. The views from the hotel are spectacular, it's close to beaches and a 10-15 minute bus to the Pile Gate.

Very little wrong with the hotel but perhaps it could be cleaned a little better. Also dodgy WiFi but you'll get there is you move around the room.

It was clean and comfortable. Even though bathroom was tiny( normal by European standards) it was modern and new. The view was good. Guy at the reception was very helpful.

Didn't like that when we arrived there was no one at the reception to great us,so we had to search for someone to check us in

The gentleman at reception was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Also bus to town very close. Fabulous view from roof top terrace.

Reception staff (Damir) very helpful, spoke excellent English. Nice and quiet location, regular bus connection to old city. Nice to relax at the swimming pool after a day of sightseeing.

Thin walls, noises from neighbours were a bit annoying sometimes. The pool looks a lot bigger in the pictures, it's actually quite small.

Villa Antea was a short 10 minute walk from very nice Copacabana Beach. Larger Lapad Beach was a 20 minute walk away. There was also a pool on the roof Villa Antea that afforded great views to the sea & islands. The bus stop to old town Dubrovnik was just down the street. The bus ride to old town Dubrovnik takes about 10 minutes & the #6 bus runs at least every 10 minutes. Our room had a mini fridge, toaster & hot water pot as well as dishes & flatware so preparing a light breakfast was possible. There was a bakery about 2 blocks down the road & many restaurants a 10 minute walk away. Our room had free WiFi & a balcony with good views & a clothes drying rack. We would definitely stay at Villa Antea on a future trip.

We found no negatives during our 3 night stay. This was very good value for the cost.

excellent friendly staff close to beach and Valamar hotel which has a great swimming pool and you can use all facilites, which was great for 13 year old son.

The staff were very helpful especially Damir. The pool area was very clean with BBQ facilities and toilets on hand. It was in easy reach of shops, restaurants, Cocoabana Beach and the no 6 bus to the Old Town.

The room was very clean and the view from the pool and our balcony was lovely. The young man who works on reception was very helpful.

We had a very small room and to use our balcony we had to walk up some stairs. The room could also do with some air bricks as the room was very damp by the end of the week.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The rooms are very nice, clean and well equipped with everything you'll need during your stay. The area was spacious with a beautiful, sunny patio which overlooked a garden and had sea views. The rooftop terrace and pool had stunning views. The staff was above and beyond friendly, helpful and all were an absolute delight. Antun and his wife were so welcoming and Damir provided us with so much information and was helpful each and everyday. The location was perfect with buses close by to bring you into old town and was within walking distance to the promenade area and sea resorts. This was a great deal for the price.

We sometimes had difficulty accessing the Internet. There were some westher issues that may have contributed.

Beautiful views from the terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Rooftop pool and the view from there. Comfortable beds. Friendly and very helpful staff.

There is not one thing I did not like. It was perfect.

The location was great just a few mins on the no. 6 bus and you were in the old city. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Dimir at reception was very helpful.

Only a very mild issue, our room had very light curtains and so we were awake early every morning.

Not very close to the city The bedroom is so small you had to jump on to the bed from from the doorway. The least thay could have done is provide some coffee in the room after a long drive

Reception Guy was really helpfull he helped us with everything! Great rooms clean and magnificent view from the roof, perfect location!! I should recommend this to everybody who wants to have a Nice holiday in dubrovnik!

Nothing, everything was Great!

Warm and friendly welcome, couldn't have been more informative. Clean,fully equipped apartment, had everything we needed. Superb roof terrace with infinity pool. Plenty of room to relax on terrace. arranged transfer to airport, left luggage facility enabled us to make the most of our stay.
