La possibilité de profiter de l'hotel voisin (piscine, conseils judicieux, etc.....) En arrivant on a payé cash en euros ce qui les a absolument réjoui,j'ai eu l'impression qu'après on ne les intéressait plus.Très grosses difficultés pour obtenir un reçu.J'ai payé la taxe en kuna avec un billet de 200Kuna on m'a spontannément rendu la monnaie sur 100kuna, j'ai du protester.Pou aller à la vieille ville obligation de prendre un bus surchargé où l'on est traité comme du bétail.Dans l'appartement tout à l'économie :climatisation inefficace car elle ne marche que lorsqu'on est dans l'appartement, lorsqu'on rentre le soir il fait environ 28°, pas d'eau chaude mais de l'eau à peine tiède.Un matin on a eu un petit probleme , aucune aide du propriétaire qui n'a pas répondu lorsqu'on a sonné.Parking très dangereux. |

la maison est trés belle, avec une belle terrasse. La personne de l'accueil est trés agréable. L'arrêt de bus pour Dubrovnik est tout près. L'appartement avait été nettoyé trés sommairement (il restait des papiers dans la salle de bain, le sol du séjour était taché...) Le convertible du séjour pour le 2ème couchage était vétuste. Le centre de Dubrovnik est un peu loin. |

maya notre hotesse a été trés professionnelle,nous a tout expliqué de Dubrovnik.le patron est tout simplement charmant et vous propose de la rakija a volonté des notre arrivée.le bus est à 300 m de la villa.équipement complet dans l'appartement.vue sur le port de Gruz.nous avons passé deux nuits exceptionnelles.la piscine est en projet.dobardan iz francuzke od borisa bodul... |

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Accueil chaleureux avec un personnel qui s'est adapté à notre niveau d'anglais et très disponible. Situé à proximité des transports,des commerces et des plages. Voyage rendu d'autant plus agréable grâce à ce pied-à-terre!!! Manque d'isolation... |

Logement correct dans un faubourg de Dubrovnik sans charme. Vue sur des fondations de batiment non achevée. Propriètaire du logement juste aimable voulant être payé immédiatement à l'arrivée. |

If you are lucky, you will bee greeted by Maja. She is incredible. I think she is the biggest asset for this Villa. You will feel at home, definitely. Recommended. |

The location was fantastic, service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maia (I am sorry that I do not know the correct spelling) was absolutely fantastic - extremely helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help. She was brilliant. |

This was a wonderful introduction to (Bosnia) Herzegovina. The staff were friendly and accommodating and in the summer with its location on the waters of the Adriatic Sea it would be stunning. Even in the low season, you can visit mearby Ston with its amazing walled town. The meals were very good and the rooms comfortable and clean. |

Very kind and helpful stuff. The apartment was modern and clean. The kitchen was properly equipped and Old town was easily achieved by bus. Parking lot was also good. |

Warm and genuine staff and appartment had all required inc spacious terrace. Excellent beaches a short stroll away plus the use of a stunning pool at nearby hotel. Well stocked supermarket is 10 minute walk, the number 6 bus passes outside to the old town every 10 mins- tickets 10 kuna from the driver or 8 K from kiosks. The ticket allows you multiple bus journies for an hour from first journey ( I discovered on our last day in the stunning city of Dubrovnik!). Lucky to stay when the owner brews his annual Rakija Brandy from a special red grape using only those fruits that face the sun- added local honey in the mix gives you the perfect medicinal blend to keep UK winter chills at bay. Memorable place all round. |

The value was excellent! I booked a 2bedrm apt for 5 people, the hotel offered to put a bed in for out 5th person and it was a reasonable rate for the extra. The apt is extremely spacious with a large patio. Location is great with a short bus trip to the Old City. The hotel arranged for aiport transfers at reasonable price. Apt is very clean. Check out time at 10am a bit too early |

Firstly we were greeted by Maja the very friendly and helpful manageress who offered us wine and nibblies whilst introducing us to the villa and Dubrovnik's attractions. Our apartment overlooked the Adriatic and had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The villa was fully equipped so we only had to buy food. The public transport was a 50 metre walk from the villa and the bus runs every 10 minutes. We hired a car and were able to park it outside the premises free of charge. The owner was most kind and on our departure gave us a gift of 2 bottles of his home-made liqueur. We highly recommend this facility for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. |

The personnel was very friendly and lovely they were unable to make a fairer price decision. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I booked VILLA ANTEA in Dubrovnik through you. cf. no 11 63 75 459. I had specified a terrace or balcony. My room had a very tiny balcony BUT NO VIEW whatsoever since it wa ssurrounded by dense plants. After the fotos on the web page with a view of the water, I felt cheated. We then changed from the studio apartment to a very limited small room which did have a terrace and a view. The price, which was anyway high compared to the area and the post season, was not reduced, however. I would have wished for a little more flexibility since we did not quite get what we had expected and so much looked forward to. if any price adjustment is still possible, I would appreciate it. |
