La atencion del personal de recepción.

Las instalaciones son nuevas, cómodas y están situadas a mitad de camino entre Trogir y Split. Acceso fácil desde la carretera. Estupendo.

La atención del personal fue muy buena. Les avisamos que llegariamos fuera del horario de recepción y una de las personas del hotel se quedó para esperarnos. -- Great hotel staff. We called them because we were going to arrive late and one person of the hotel was waiting for us.

Es dificil de encontrar y no está muy bien indicado. Es imprescindible llevar el plano de situación del hotel lo más detallado posible. Es facil perderse en la zona -- It's dificult to reach the hotel. It's necessary to have the map of the hotel location. It's easy to get lost in that zone.

Very helpful staff. Good value. Ver convenient to visit beautiful town of Trogir.

No lift

The owner Stephen was fantastic. He helped me out with so many queries. He went on the internet to research transport and things for me without me even asking. He drove me to the port when I had to leave. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his family. Very friendly people.

The only negative thing I can think of is that there is quite a steep hill that you have to walk up and down from the hotel to the restaurants and beach but a minor detail when you recieve such good service.

Free wireless internet, balcony was nice, staff very friendly.

Our room was in poor condition. The curtains were ripped, toilet cover broken off, shower not functioning well, other things were broken off the bathroom mirror. For the money paid, I would not say this was a great value. Also breakfast was 6 euros and was not worth that much.

close to Trogir and Split

Agresive neighboor if you park close to his house

Split and trogir were close, nice staff at the reception, nice balcony, close to the seaside, they accept dogs, after my complain they were quite nice and agreed a compensation

Cleanliness of room poor

The bedroom and bathroom were of very high quality and much nicer than I expected for the price. We also enjoyed satelite television, air conditioning, a beautiful balcony with sea views and airport transfer.

Clean rooms, nice and helpful staff

No lift, so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs before we got to our room. they could have provided some soap and shampoo.

Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. Easy access to the sea-front and coast line. Ease of access to the airport.

The staff were more the helpful and pleasant.My room had everything I needed. The meal that I had deliverly was lovely.

I disliked the postion of the hotel!! To far from anywhere for someone that doesn't know the area and for this reason only I wouldn't recomend this hotel sadley to anyone.
