Friendly, accommodating, and very helpful owners and staff. Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, and perfect location. Very attentive and willing to help. I highly recommend. The girls were very knowledgeable not only about Dubrovnik but itineraries around the area as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

    Absolutely nothing!

    - staff is very nice - there's free parking place - it's in a walking distance from the centre (but the shortest way is an hill full of stairs!)

-there's a really bad smell coming from the toilet and the bathroom has no window so the smell spreads also in the room I had high expectations -considering also the price we paid- but in the end I was disappointed

Location close to the Old Town; although you need to climb a lot of stairs, while returning from the Old Town, it is a decent walk. There is no breakfast included, but there is a restaurant in the courtyard.

The ladies working there, most likely have good intentions in helping the tourists, but limited capability to actually do it. They just talk to much without transmitting any relevant information. Don't buy the boat trips from them, you can take the same ride on your own, with the ferry, but pay 2 times less. There is no fridge in the room and they don't clean daily.

Loved this place run by a family. DARD is the initials if the 4 daughters. Friendly and helpful and even dropped us at the bus station for our next trip.

The 15 minutes of stairs from old town No sound insulation. If someone is making noise, you'll hear it

Location, staff were great. This has lots of potential when more fully developed. WiFi was good.

Couldn't get a coffee to take away at the cafe downstairs. A/C didn't work well (but repairman brought in when we asked -- never got it fixed while we were there though). No cleaning service for dirty dishes. Not really what you would call a view from 1st floor suites.

The room was nice enough, a bit basic but fine. The wifi access was useful. Spacious room.

The 'sea view' terrace was lacking. The villa is right next to one of the most busy roads in to Dubrovnik so it was incredibly noisy all the time, and it was overlooked by all the traffic and customers in the restaurant below. Sadly, we never used it because of this. Also, the location of Vila Dard is up a lot of stairs from Dubrovnik, if you go out for the day, pack everything you need as you wont want to make that journey more than once a day!!

Villa dard is run by Family who care very mutch about their property. They wait for us on arrivai at 02:00 in the mornibng while the official close time of the reception is 12:00 p.m The place is very clean and confortable. One of the sister drove us around the city without any comitement.

Vila dard is very close to the Old City However its locatede on a hill site and returning by stairs is very difficult for Adults. The Restaurant at the place is not excellent.

Very helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Very easy to walk to the Old City. The rooms are immaculately clean.

    The road is quite busy.

The owners were so helpful and accommodating, providing us with lots of recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and well equipped. We did have 4 people, 2 sharing the pull out couch and still felt we had enough room to move around the apartment.

Nothing really, some may not like the location as it is a 10 min walk to the old city downhill. Coming back up the hill might be challenging for those with limited fitness.

The location was great, just a short walk to the old city and the beach. The staff was tremendously helpful giving excellent recommendations for dining, shopping, beaches and tour ideas/activities. They went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and that you enjoyed your stay at their Villa. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again.

The only downsides are the rooms are close together so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings with the other guest talking/moving around loudly. This wasn't a big issue. The restaurant below is convenient and the food is ok, but nothing fancy. It does the trick though for a quick meal.

Romanja, one of the four sisters the Villa was named for, (I believe the others are Doris, Andrea and Diana whom we did not have the privilege to meet)... Was absolutely the most gracious and sweetest young lady and a perfect hostess. She made sure everything we needed was cared for and her energy and conversation was delightful. The hotel's comfort and facilities more than net our expectations and was VERY convenient to a walking visit to the Old City of Dubrovnik. Just and short walk downhill, and a 'long' walk back uphill. Parking was very convenient and safe/secure on premise; and Romanja allowed us to leave our packed car there after checkout so we could complete our sightseeing for another 3-4 hours. We highly recommend Villa DARD for ANY travelers visiting Dubrovnik.

    Everything was perfect.
