Hotel Villa Diana  

Villa Diana is a family run boutique hotel. Family is there all the time, very friendly, helpful, and of course speak excellent English. The family completely remodled one of the oldest buildings in the city turning it into a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is very good with the ability to order. One small example, I wanted a banana for my cereal, next thing I knew they were back from the market with my banana! Breakfast is served in the Hotel dining room, which has outdoor seating, and is also very good for dinner. Location is perfect, few blocks from the Ferry dock and old city. Rooms are clean, with good bathroom, and average size.

Hotel is on a busy street, but room was quiet with windows closed and airconditioning on.

The location is execllent for city and island(Hvar) tour. the reception staff is very kind.

The staff were so nice, couldn't have been more helpful. Give us guidlines on things to do and where to eat. It is a really sweet hotel, clean and functional. It is only a few minutes walk from the old city. There is a nice seated area outside the front where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by.

The breakfast was pretty average in comparison to the other hotels we stayed in on our trip.

Some 5 min walk from city centre (Riva), small hotel in an old refurbished town house, excellent breakfast on the terrace. Very helpful people. We took this hotel because we wanted the town centre proximity and car park facility at a reasonable price.

Situation on an important road, a bit noisy, as in all town centres...

Excellent location and staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms but smallish. Quite expensive for what you get.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The breakfasts and the meals we had in the restaurant were superb. The hotel was ideally placed, close to the city We had a lovely time.

It didn't have a place to seat and relax other than the rooms.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. When my brothers and I needed information about catching a bus from Split to Plitvice Lakes, the hotel staff called the bus station for us to find out all the pertinent information. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was spotless and very roomy. Breakfast was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to have more than one cappuccino! The hotel is very close to the beautiful sights of Split and considering location and service, this hotel ranks high on my list of favorites!

Camera piccolissima, senza possibilita di muoversi. Colazione e cena molto limitate nella scelta.

Personale disponibilissimo e cordiale. Sia per la locazione che per la particolarità della costruzione, lo consiglio caldamente.

The breakfast was really nice. It was good that they offer pick-up service from the airport. The location is great for the city visit and it is situated close to central bus station as well.

The room was facing the busy road that was quite noisy. There was strange smell when I entered the building. I found several dying ants in my room (mainly window) that might have been the reason for the smell (insecticide?). It was quite expensive.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Das Haus hat super modernisierte Zimmer, nette familiäre Atmosphäre und eine günstige Lage nahe am Zentrum.
