Great location near the beach, modern building with like-new features. A bit out of the way, we had to stop and ask for directions but thanks to the friendly people of Croatia we found it without problems. |

Villa Elisabeta is new ,furbished with good quality furbishings.Looks very good.Very nice plants in the garden, maditeranean. It is located in Banjola wich is a village 15 km away from Pula ,so the GPS can not locate it in Pula. The owner knows that and after 2 hours of searching when you call he is prepared to meet you at the gas station in Banjola to take you to the villa. When you arrive you have to take your luggage to the second floor with nobody`s help and even you are female and the owner man he looks at you telling that there is nobody to help. There are no services and no facilities except the appartment facilities wich are normal.Air conditioner functions only if you pay 4 euros /night ,for calling at the reception you have to use your own international mobile as the phone in the room sholud be paid before but nobody tells you .There is no tourist info in |

Great apartment, large, and clean. Checkin is offsite and not mentioned in description. Reception is at campground adjacent to family house, the family was rude when we walked to reception the "wrong way". |

The best value for money on our entire trip, and we (family of 4) stayed in 10 different hotels. This was by far the cheapest, but just as good as most of the other places we stayed. The apartment was spacious (1 good sized living room/kitchen with sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, lovely terrace), clean, reasonably furnished, recently done up or redecorated, and in a very nice location just 200 yards from the beach and 15 minutes drive from all the sights of Pula. |

Villa Elizabeta is a hidden gem, comfortable apartment with all the amenities of home. A short walk from the beach with your own private parking. Very impress with the apartment and location. Difficult to find, but worth the trip! |

apartment was clean and had a lot of space villa is in a caravan park and in a camping area. View from villa is to caravans and reception is also in the caravan park. No breakfast service and poor services overall in the surrounding area. The villa is not in Pula but in the middle of nowhere and very difficult to find. Apartment was in the basement and smelled musty. |

enoyed very much ... The location is indeed hardly to find; a description that works: coming from Pula follow the signs to Prementura; Then take a right to the town Banjole and follow the signs to "Kamp Indije". When you are in the street Indije look for the house number 61 (and not for the name "Villa Elizabetha"). |

Nice location for a family/couple/older people. Rooms were very comfortable with nice big balcony. Lots of space. Nice bathroom. Close to the water. Beautiful coast about 100 yards from hotel. On final day at payment stage we were charged an additional fee for linen change at 50 Kuhnas per change (Approx.£6.50).There was no reference made to this in the hotel guide and we did not specifically ask for linen change. We refused to pay and an argument ensued about whether or not we were properly informed. |

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Villa Elizabeta. The accommodation was spotless and spacious, in a really unspoilt area. The location was so peaceful and we liked being close to the sea.The fitness room was a real bonus. A car is not essential- provided you are fit and don't mind the 1km walk to the bus stop! The family who own and run the accommodation were so pleasant and helpful. Some people might find it too quiet out of season and also rather difficult without a car, but it suited us! |

In the area of Zlatne Stijene, 3 km from the city center of Pula, turned toward the sea, there is Resort splendid. |
