Nice view of the bay. Convenient parking. Comfortable and clean for our family.

Alan the owner kindly greeted us at the airport, drove us back to the unit for a small fee of 35 euro. For the 6 days we stayed he was nothing but hospitable! He was extremely helpful with providing us clear directions on how to get around. We felt he couldn't do enough for us, by offering to drive us to the beach and supermarket. On two nights he gave us a carafe of his own wine which was quite enjoyable. On our last day as our ship was my sailing until later that night he offered to lock away our luggage until it was time to go and called us taxi. He made our experience most enjoyable.

Friendly staff. Anxious to please. Airport shuttle. Views of harbour and cruiseships.

So many stairs - especially for struggling seniors

Spacious apartment. Close to bus stop to old town.

Owners were never around, we had to wait to check in for quite some time before one showed up. They seemed desperate to get our payment one day before we checked out, and asked me around 3 times to do so. Wifi only works if you sit outside by the pool. The pool is filled with chlorine and the smell was quite overpowering, so it was quite unusable for us. Supermarket is quite a walk away

Good price, clean and spacious rooms, good to bring kids, close to beach/Lapad shops. Easy bus to Old Town.

Staff we not around very much

A swimming pool is biggest advantage of this place. I would recommend to pay a bit more if compare with neighbouring villas, but "stay fresh". There is also a little bar downstairs beside the pool, very useful when lazy to go somewhere else.

Wi-fi signal is very poore. In order to stay on-line I had to sit just beside the entrance door which is just one stair flight away from reception where router installed.

Myself along with three other female friends enjoyed a fantastic week at Villa Erna from 15th June to 22nd June 2012. We had the most fantastic week with the hospitality exceeding any previous holiday ever experienced by any of us. Views from the apartment were amazing looking over mountains and the sea. The apartment was extremely spacious with all mod-cons necessary for a weeks stay. I cannot reccommend this apartment highly enough. The hospitality ranged from arranging boats trips for us, to supplying free lunch on one occasion by the pool to telling us all the night life in the Old town. We all had such an amazing time and were so upset having to leave. Special thanks to Aki for all his help!!

To mieszkanko dla rodziny - sporo miejsca.

Najslabszy element to zachowanie wlasciela. Probowal przyspieszyc nasz wyjazd. Dzien przed byly jakies dziwne smsy z pytaniem o wyjazd. W zasadzie jak tylko zaplacilismy, zaczal dopytywac I podgadywac ze on ma zaraz kolejnych gosci. Powiedzielismy ze planujemy wyjazd o 10, juz o 8:30 byl u nas. To bylo bardzo niemile. Chorwaci sa bardzo goscinni I ten Pan to jakis wyjatek. Robi wrazenie milego ale licza sie chyba tylko pieniadze Wifi dzialalo tylko w jednej czesci mieszkania. Na koniec w ogole nie bylo internetu. Mieszkanie spoko, troche niefunkcjonalne ale moze byc. Ogolnie nie polecamy. W tak goscinnym kraju jakim jest Chorwacja, mozna w tej cenie znalezc cos lepszego.

Bell'appartamento, vicino ad una bellissima spiaggia e a 10 minuti d'auto dalla citta' antica

-Manca l'ascensore palazzina su 4 livelli -all'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception, bisogna chiamare il proprietario al cellulare che e' stato molto sbrigativo e poco cordiale, ha preteso il pagamento subito.

Belle camere spaziose ed attrezzate. Lievemente decentrato rispetto al cuore della città, ma facile parcheggiare e tranquillo come posto. Cortesissimo il proprietario e suo figlio.

A proximidade á Copacabana Beach. Ar condicionado.

O fogão para cozinhar. Demorava uma eternidade.

Zeer ruim apartement met ruim balkon (wij hadden nr. 11 op bovenste verdiep), voorzien van alle comfort en zéér efficiënte airco (gelukkig want erg warm op dat moment). Redelijk mooi uitzicht op de zee (zijdelings) en haven. Rustig gelegen, op wandelafstand van bushalte, strand, restaurants en supermarktje.

Zwembad is nogal klein, maar voldoende om wat af te koelen. Geschikt voor een bezoek aan Dubrovnik, maar niet echt een locatie voor een langer verblijf.

Hyggelig mottakelse. Fin beliggenhet. 10 min. til strand, 10 min til restaurant/shopping område. Veldig grei selvhushold. Romslig stor leilighet, passer for 4-6 personer. Med 2 wc... Vi kommer nok igjen! Absolutt et flott sted! Anbefales!

Personale ikke ofte tilstede, men kunne nås via telefon. Andre gjester okkuperte basseng og basseng område, vanskelig å få endret. Dette skulle være tilbud til alle. Og leiligheten ble ikke rengjort før etter 8 dager, og da skulle vi hjem den 9 dagen...Det burde være langkost/bøtte og feiekost i leiligheten hvis det var meningen vi skulle rengjøre denne selv!

Вилла не соответствует своим 4 звездам, максимум 2 звезды, находиться далеко от пляжа, тем более учитывая что Дубровник весь холмистый до пляжа надо будет добираться минуты 20 а обратно 30. Пляж не комфортный, вода холодная, хотя в других местах города теплее. До магазина тоже добираться 15 минут. Мы бронировали на 7 дней а жили только 3, хозяева виллы когда узнали что нас не все устраивает и мы хотим переехать попросили оплатить за все дни, а то они позвонят в полицию и у нас будут проблемы. Отель выбирали из-за бассейна. Он оказался грязный и вода в нем не нагревается так как он стоит в тени. Принимая во внимание все это я бы не рекомендовала бы будущим туристам выбирать этот отель. I and my family booked Villa Erna for 7 days because I saw in pictures very nice and comfortable 4 stars hotel but when I came here after Redisson blu apartments I was upset, Villa not 4 stars hotel only 2 stars without renovating, old furniture. Swimming pool was a little and dirty, water from pool was cold. Supermarket and beach were very far. I stayed one night and next day I would like to cancelled my booking but owners was rude and said me I need to pay for 7 nights now or they will call to police. I paid for all 7 nights and stayed only 3, I lost my money. Then I find very pretty hotel resort Lafodia and moved there. I would not recommended this hotel.
