The apartments were recently renovated and they did a very good job. The city of trogir is awesome! There was no staff as the contact and keys were thru local travel agents. It was nearly impossible to find, even with directions, and we waited quite a while for the agent to bring us the keys. |

Location and facilities. Very hard to find when we first arrived, as we didn't know we had to go to a Travel Agent to collect the key and the appartments are not marked. Would have liked a sofa in the lounge rather than an extra bed. |

Very good, nice, clean and quiet place in the very center of old town. Only 100 meters from the sea, and is surrounded by lot of cafes and restaurants. Very helpful and communicative staff. So everything was fine. Maybe the presence of breakfests would be good. |

Location of the villa is right in the centre of beautiful Trogir. Rooms are descent and clean. Despite its central location it was not noisy at night. It is in close proximity to Split airport (5-10 minutes by taxi/bus). It is not that easy to find since there is no streetnumber or sign on the door (at least we did not see it). Also, upon arrival nobody was there to let us in as the key is supposed to be picked up at a local travel agency. We did not know this. However, after a phonecall somebody arrived within 5 minutes. |

Very surprised over the fact that there were 2 bedroom for that price. Also the kitchen for longer stays, Perfect location for investigating Trogir and connection for boats to the island, we will return. |

The adress provided by the website is not the right one!!!We spent long time trying to find it, and when we call the Hotel number, we found out that it was in fact a romm rental agency... which address also doesnt mach with the one provided...it would be impossible to find the place! |

Proactive, flexible and efficient staff - very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean rooms. Nice central location in old Trogir. Close to the airport Write "Villa Ivanka" on the facade or the door - we could not find it even when we were standing in front of the door. |

Central but quiet location in Trogir. Apartment is spotless and as new with aircon, fridge, sat tv, shower/wc and view over small square with restaurants. Cleaner didn't visit during our stay but this din't cause too much of a problem as clean towels and toileteries were available. |

I always book though booking.com as they seem to feature places like Villa Ivanka that I wouild not have found otherwise. This was a beautiful, fully equiped apartment near a bus stop that takes you to the sights of Dubrovnik. Very nice staff and very helpful. They went out of the way to help you. I loved my stay and will stay here again. It is best to stay here if you have access to a car, if you want to go grocery shopping or to the nearby hotel resort available or the beach. The city bus is great as it takes you right into the old city nad the old port, but for other trips you relaly need transportation. We had a car so it was fine - but for retired eprsons as myself, I could not have walked back and forth to the beach. |

Das Haus befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt von Trogir. Man fällt sozusagen aus dem Haus in einen hübschen Hof und ist schon mitten im Herzen der Altstadt. Die Pension verfügt über neue Bäder und hübsche Details. Leider wurde das Zimmer in den 10 Tagen Aufenthalt nur ein einziges Mal mit neuen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Gereinigt wurde leider nie. Das Zimmer ist tatsächlich sehr klein! Aber wir haben uns sowieso selten dort aufgehalten, da das Wetter super war. Der Hausflur roch teilweise stark nach Windeln und Zigaretten. |

La situación es magnifica. Es apartamento está muy bien. Casi nuevo. Tuvimos problemas para enterarnos de que en realidad se trata de una agencia de viajes, Agencia Carius, y obtener la llaves. Al ser tan centrico en un publo mediaval es un rollo llevar las maletas y además hay que subir mínimo a un primer piso sin ascensor. |

Wir haben im Hotel Ivanka eine Nacht vor unserem Abflug verbracht. Dafür war es perfekt. Nah am Hafen und nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, mit Gepäck, zur Busstation. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Da wir um 6.00 Uhr zum Flughafen aufgebrochen sind, hat es uns nicht gestört, das es kein Frühstücksangebot gibt. Für eine Nacht absolut perfekt. Nicht so schön ist, das es keine Rezeption im Hotel gibt. Man muss sich beim Kairos Büro anmelden und wird dann zum Hotel geführt. Finde ich ein bisschen umständlich. Das Zimmer konnten wir erst ab 14.00 Uhr beziehen. |

La ubicación en el centro El centro es peatonal, el parking que te ofrecen esta a 5 minutos andando, no hay recepcióN. Tienes que dejar el coche fuera del pueblo, ir a una agencia de viajes y luego a la habitacióN. Sabanas manchadas de sangre¡¡¡ |

serh schönes, neu renoviertes Steinhaus mit Charme und das mitten in der Altstadt von Trogir. Das Hotel war schwer zu finden (kein Schild, der Schlüssel musste in einer Agentur am Hafen abgeholt werden) |
