the room was quite small, and the drains in the bathroom smelt a bit. The wifi only worked outside at the front of the building.

Stayed in a small apartment studio which was very clean and a short walk from the seaside and restaurants. For a young couple like ourselves it was a bit too quiet but very relaxing all the same. I would definitely reccommend anka studios who also have extremely friendly staff.

The wi-fi didnt really work.

- location near the sea and close to center (although everything is close to beaches and center there) - the small kitchenette was ok and the fridge in the room was helpful (other rooms though had the fridge on the terrace) - overall it was ok and acceptable especially that we spend too less time in the room and mostly at the beach (we recommend Silent beach - 1 km away from the one below the villa- the former is much quiet, has some shadow areas and less people).

- poor, old furniture. We had a studio with a terrace shared with another two studios. The separation on the terrace was done through a curtain. The comfort and privacy depended on how lucky you were with the neighbors and how quiet or noisy they were. - do not look under the bed. There is a monster of dust. I was bitten by some bug and I was looking around for it when, unfortunately I looked under the bed. - the staff as we know it consists of 2 persons: the landlady who does not speak English at all and the cleaning girl, who does speak some English and she is very nice. - parking is poor. There is no room for more than 3 or 4 cars at the same time - the bathtub was leaking and if prolonged shower the bathroom becomes a pool. - because of the language barrier communication is mostly impossible - if you run out of toilet paper you have to procure your own (but notice that at the mini-market they only sell a 16 pack) - the first thing the landlady is interested and ask for is the money - some housework might take place (repairs) even if you are there so you have to allow the entrance in the room and eventually wait for the repairs to be over. (during our stay some TV wiring repairs were done) - conclusively: poor quality comparing with the money

The pictures and description of the studio were not in the compliance with the studio we got. The studio cannot be named with that name. It is just the room with very very poor old and dirty furniture. The mould was in the bathroom furniture. Instead of the bed there is uncomfortable sofa. It is a shame to sell something like this for 60 €. I would not recommend this studio to anyone.

The room we were given was not the room we had booked.The woman who showed us our room had difficulty communicating in any language other than her own and she asked for immediate payment. Our room had no air conditioning and no sea view. When we queried this, we were given an electric fan. The general standard of the room was poor. It had little natural light, the bathroom had neither a window nor an extractor fan, there was thick black mould around the edge of the bath, the bed was uncomfortable and very low to the ground, the fridge was ancient and the tap in the kitchen was attached to the sink with some kind of glue and threatened to become dislodged at any moment. When we walked round the property, we could see that the rooms at the front of the building had air conditioning and sea views. It was evident that these were the rooms being advertised by the owner and not the room we were given. We later complained to the woman's son who spoke English and he said the rooms with air conditioning were for three people and our room was for two. This was patently untrue, as there was an extra fold-down bed in our room. We also saw couples arrive to be given one of the advertised rooms. Although unhappy with the situation, we decided to make the best of it and try to enjoy our holiday in spite of the disappointment and discomfort. However, on the fourth day when we returned from the beach at 6pm, we were unable to enter the room as there were two workmen installing a new kitchen. We complained to the owner and he apologised and offered us a free dinner for the inconvenience. We repeated our earlier complaints that we had not been given the room we had paid for and that the latest incident was unacceptable. The owner finally and reluctantly agreed to give us a room with air conditioning and sea view as indicated on our booking agreement.

The young lady who worked at Anka Studios spoke English quite well and was very helpful. The view of the ocean from the balcony was fantstic. The studios are located right in the heart of the ancient town of Vrbnik. It is a great place to explore. The facilities are clean.

The list of facilities was misleading. It read as if the room had a private bathroom which it didn't! There were two shared bathrooms down the hall from our room. The advertised kitchen had no running water and was in a communal area just outside of our room. If we had wanted to make tea or coffee, we would have needed to go to the owner's kitchen.. She was very friendly and gave us a welcome drink on arrival but we had not anticipated having shared facilities. The advertisement on Booking.com probably needs to be amended.

we paid for the apartment but we get only a room with no bathroom

The appartment was far too small for two people .we could not pass each other in the room .we could not open the fridge door fully or the front door fully .the beds were so uncomfortable we ended up with back pain .only one person could view the television .the description on the internet was nothing like the room we stayed in so we were well and trully mislead in every aspect .we were over charged for the room and would not recomend it to anyone .

Good location 50 meters from the beach. (Steep hike though)

(1) Parking was disorganized near the apartment, some guests' cars were blocked by other guests. We didnt have this problem, since we were directed to a parking place 100 meters away. (2) The biggest problem was however, that our terrace was shared with two other apartments, so we didnt have any privacy. Also with the doors open at night, you can hear the slighest noise from the next apartment. Luckily our neighbors were quiet and respectful, but it can turn out to be a nightmare for anyone. Do not recommend. (3) Shared terrace was dirty covered with grease or months of dirt from cooking, the owner should really clean it.

Appartment is near by sea in quiet part of Vrbnik, cca 500m from the center of town.

didn't have nice attitude to turists, the room was not, what we reserved (the picture was different than actual room), there is no free wi-fi as was told. Do not pay the room in HRK, but pay it in EUR.

It was very close to the sea with a great sea view. Just a walk of some seconds to jump into the water. Great bay in front of the aparment. Possibility to cook. It was lovely to sit in the evening outside of the apartment.

The Landlady doestn speak any German, English or Italian. Further the rooms are not the most cleanest. Anyway it was cheap and for a little advantarue trip I can reccomend it.

WIFI not working in the room. During out 6 night stay they did not change the laundry - towels and sheets. Do not expect cleaning during your stay - even more than 1 toilet paper...

Location is convenient.

The blurb for the room was professionally written and oversold the place. It was billed as a studio, but it was just an old bedroom with ensuite and kitchen tacked onto the side of the bedroom. The old lady in the house (who appears to be a very nice good-natured person) is farming out as many rooms as she has in the house. It was like staying at my aunt's house when there is a family reunion - every room in use. The room was clean but dark, the bed was old and uncomfortable, simple repairs in the bathroom had not been done. We stayed there as emergency accommodation and would not go back. The price was ridiculous for what it was -- she is just bleeding tourists who use the internet to book. Actual price for the room should have been about 1/2 to 2/3 of what she charged us.

We were welcomed by Anka and her son with warm smiles and a lovely welcome drink. The room was very clean and comfortable. The best part is it's location and view of the sea. A great beach is only a 2 minute walk away! Also, we loved our large veranda, perfect for lounging, eating, and hanging out after a long day in the sun.

Excellent location. Landlady was nice, lent us some provisions as we arrived on Sunday and all the supermarkets were closed.

Very wet room and a bit dammaged because od the dampness

Очень хорошее месторасположение - на берегу уютной бухты рядом с пляжем и многочисленными оборудованными спусками в воду, очень удобно для отдыха с друзьями или детьми. До местных достопримечательностей и ресторанчика - рукой подать, впрочем, Врбник сам по себе маленький милый город.

Wi Fi в номере не работал, приходилось выходить ловить сигнал не веранду. Но для тех, кто приезжает в Врбник отдыхать, а не работать, это не должно быть серьезным недостатком )))

Nádherné místo, nádherný výhled a rychlý přístup k moři!

WC bylo zanedbané a v kuchyňce neodtíkal odpad.

Blízkost moře i výhled na něj, klidné prostředí s klidnými sousedy, uspořádání ubytování s možností posedět u studia venku.

Při zapnutí osvětlení v koupelně u sousedů bylo slyšet značné hučení ventilátoru a zároveň veškeré nelibé vůně z prostoru sousední toalety, při zapnutí klimatizace, což v parných dnech může být i v noci, je hlučnost dost rušivá. Bylo by vhodné doplnit několik poliček a odkládacích míst i v koupelně, háčky na ručníky aj.

Było bardzo blisko plaży praktycznie 50 metrów . Apartamenty małe ale przyjemne

Właścicielka nic nie nie mówi po polsku . 24m2 to lekko przesadzone.
