“ Right on the beach front (although it is a rocky shore), but a wonderful location as there is a huge grass area to relax. Quiet and relaxing location. Rooms were spacious and clean - all self contained which was great for our family. ”

In a Roman-style villa on the Punta Peninsula in Sukošan, Kayo’s apartments feature elegant furnishings and kitchen facilities. It has a sun terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea, just 33 ft away. All apartments feature balconies with sea or garden views. Each has a small kitchen with refrigerator and stove and a living area with satellite TV. Guest can use on-site bicycles and kayaks for free or relax on the grounds with pine trees and beach chairs. There is also a grill available on the grounds. Kayo Villa is only a 10 minute walk from the center of Sukošan, with many restaurants and bars. Private parking is available for free. Right on the beach front (although it is a rocky shore), but a wonderful location as there is a huge grass area to relax. Quiet and relaxing location. Rooms were spacious and clean - all self contained which was great for our family.

really nice location and garden, beach nearby with flat water ideal for kids, apartment 1 was large and comfortable furnished with large terasse, nearby shops and restaurants about 10 minutes walk, location close to KRKA waterfalls and national park, also only 15 minutes car drive to Zadar and about 1 hour to Sibenik, boat tour to islands from local harbour possible, easy access to highway, also close to Zadar airport. lot of moskitoes

Très bien située au bord de mer dans petite ville balnéaire proche de Zadar à 20' de l'aéroport de Zadar Bien équipé et tout neuf Téléphoner avant arrivée car pas d'accueil et aucune plaque

Vila stoji na mirnem mestu, tik ob morju. Okolica vile je urejena. Na razpolago so pomivalni, pralni, sušilni stroj, kolesa, ležalniki, kanuji. Terasa ima prekrasen pogled na morje. Všeč nam je bil mir in tišina. Okolica izven vile je neurejena, zapuščena. Plaža ni primerna za majhne otroke, ker je skalnata ( ostri kamni ).

De rust, het uitzicht, schoon, faciliteiten als het gebruik van kano's en fietsen, de service, lokatie. Ideaal voor een heerlijke complete rustige vakantie. 5 stappen van de zee, met 180graden zeezicht vanaf het balkon, een tuin met steenoven en bbq. Fantastisch

Очень хорошее расположение. Когда из-за дождя затопило наш номер, никто из персонала не пришел и на телефонные звонки не ответил, появились когда мы сами разрешили проблему.

havudsigt og nær ved Zadar, meget fine faciliteter, vaskemuligheder, lån af cykler og kajak. Der er meget svært at finde stedet, der mangler i høj grad skilte ved vejen som fører til stedet. Selv en gps navigator kan ikke finde dertil.

L'endroit prés de la mer ,le calme si respect des vacanciers entre eux, parking mais pas surveillé , les détails comme deux oreillés , protection de transat ,appartement propre a l'arrivé , internet de bonne qualité , on peut payer en euros et en kuna cach obligatoire Pas de cafetiére(fabriqué avec grande bouteille d'eau coupé en deux et le goulot inversé (sert de porte filtre ) dans le reste de la bouteuille d'eau !hihihi c'est"MAC rose giver" qui a fabriqué ) , pas de concierge livré a nous même ,pas de change de serviette , ni de drap en cours de séjour ,parking non surveillé ,je ne suis fait emboutir ma voiture de location sur le parking de la villa kayo bien sur sans carte de visite j'ai perdu ma caution 465 euros (caution de la location de la voiture ) ,attention beaucoup de moustique sur les lieux , demander les apparts du haut bien sur plus haut de game parceque en bas on sait quand le voisin du dessus va faire pipi tire la chasse d'eau pas trés glamour ,marche sur le carrelage déplace sa chaise et surtout on entent tout . .pas facile de localiser l'appart se trouve dans un cul de sac .j'avais en contrat pour une sortie a 12h 00 et au dernier moment recu email comme quoi je devais partir a 10 h , et le jour de la fin du séjour j'ai du négocier pour partir a 12 h comme prevu sur mon contrat du début sachant que mon avion a zadar etait a 15 h , pas normal venant de villa kayo de procéder comme ca , mais on a passé un trés bon séjour quand même ......................

Locatie is mooi, lekkere stoelen in de tuin aan de zee. je kan gebruik maken van wasmachine en droogtrommel. Er zijn verschillende supermarkten i de buurt. Om het huis is het rommelig , achterstallig onderhoud.

Wir hatten ein Appartment im ersten Stock mit einer wunderbaren großzügigen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick in Pinien und auf das Meer. Auch sonst ist das Appartment sehr angenehm. Die Kontaktperson war extrem nett. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Man kann gut zu Fuss in den Ort laufen. Kanus und Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Technische Kleinigkeiten an Duschkabine und Schiebetür. Nicht ausgeschildert, sehr schwer zu finden.

Дача на море. Обслуживание номеров слабое. Персонал можно увидеть только вначале и при отъезде. Все надо делать самостоятельно, вплоть до прочистки засора в канализации, который остался от прошлых хозяев.

Le must tranquille au bord de l'eau. Presque obligatoire d'avoir un moyen de transport individuel (outre si l'intention est de passer quelques jours 'farniente' à la Villa et dans le village (10 minutes à pieds)).

Понравилось все! Очень! Все, что указано в описании гостиницы, абсолютно соответствует действительности! Было даже несколько приятных бонусов. Время провели отлично! Отдых встесторонний - хочещь, валяйся на шезлонге прямо у моря на газончике, хочешь - байдарки, велосипеды. В апартаментах - кухня оборудованна на 100% и чистота везде идеальная! Спасибо огромное владельцам!

Lepo urejena apartmajska hiša, na zelo lepi lokaciji. Preživeli smo prijeten teden. Všeč nam je bil tudi počitniški utrip v vasi Sukošan. Všeč nam ni bilo to, da je v apartmaju občasno zmanjkalo tekoče vode. V ceni najema je tudi uporaba koles, ki pa jih ne moreš uporabljati, ker niso vzdrževana.

Villa molto bella con accesso privato al mare. Il monolocale era ben arredato e curato. La cosa più bella di Villa Kajo è la completa libertà di utilizzo di giardino, sdraio, bici, canoe, barbecue come se foste a casa vostra. Unico neo: il mare non è dei migliori e la spiaggia è un'insenatura con sassi appuntiti, ma con due bracciate si arriva alla prima spiaggia libera (sempre sassi e lastre di cemento, tipiche della Croazia in questa zona). Inoltre, Villa introvabile se non con l'aiuto dell'Agenzia.
