Apartment is perfect,all new and clean,great location in quiet area of bol,free WiFi in apartament ,large garden with BBQ.,We warmly recommend this place.

It was perfect apartment for family holiday. We had everything we would need in our apartments, fully equiped kitchen, very big room. Owners Ivan and Tonka are friendly and ready to help. We'll stay here again next time.

Apartment is perfect,all new and clean.I can not speak more highly of Villa Kiki. Definitely,we would go back and warmly recommended everyone how wants to visit and stay in Bol.

The host was very helpful and friendly.There were amazing views from the balcony and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our vacation and would go there again.

From the moment we arrived to villa kiki everything was more then we expected.,great location in quiet area of bol just above city centre and minutes to Zlatni rat beach promenade.,everything was very clean and apartments are highly equiped with more that we needed,great sea wiews.,free WiFi and large garden with BBQ.,hosts Tonka and Ivan are very friendly and helpfull so we had great expirience in villa kiki.,highly recomendation to all people who would want to feel on vacation just like home.we will stay there again soon as we come to bol next time..best regards, family Peric.

Ivan and Tonka are wonderful hosts, free upgrade to a larger apartment as it was quiet. Wine and toiletries in apartment a nice touch.Nice views.

Amazing ,from the moment we arrived.The owner showed great hospitality and were all the time of our staying at disposal for us.Apartment is perfect,all new and clean.Fresh watermelon , ice tea and bottle of vine were in our fridge for welcome.Soaps ,shampoos ,body lotions ,smell sweet candles in our bathroom.I can not speak more highly of Villa Kiki. Definitely,we would go back and warmly recommended everyone how wants to visit and stay in Bol. Thank You so much .

Очень удобные апартаменты для отдыха. Удобное местоположение, на возвышенности с видом на море. В доме есть все необходимое, чисто, уютно, очень приятные хозяева, готовые помочь в любой ситуации. Все находится рядом - магазины, развлечения, пляж, ресторанчики и красивые узкие старинные улочки.

Lontana da tutto, priva di comfort, si moriva di caldo, difficile da trovare e parcheggiare.

Sehr nette Vermieter, unkompliziert. Geräumige Arpartments, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Fühlen uns wohl! Brac mit dem Auto erkunden macht Spaß, landschaftlich wie kulinarisch! Kroatien hat was aus sich gemacht wenn ich so an früher (vor 10 Jahren und länger) denke.

Di fatto abbiamo soggiornato nella mansarda di un edificio a 500 m da Villa Kiki. Questa stanza era più grande di quanto abbiamo chiesto ed in posizione panoramica (si vedeva tutto il mare di fronte). Il centro del paese è a 300 m, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Posizione tranquilla ed appartamento silenzioso. Ottima disponibilità e cortesia dei titolari. Edificio del 2004. Una volta entrati nello spirito del luogo, si sta bene. Supermercato ben fornito in centro (500 m dall'edificio). Accettano ovunque euro, ma è meglio (per non avere il cambio sfavorevole) cambiare direttamente nei vari cambiavalute in centro. C'è possibilità di fare prelievi bancomat in centro, con cambio migliore in assoluto.

Parcheggio auto un po' precario e di non agevole accesso. Manutenzione dell'appartamento e degli accessori piuttosto carente (cavi volanti, prese di corrente staccate, coperchio wc assente e seduta svitata, box doccia con maniglia staccata, serratura della porta d'ingresso che fa molta fatica a chiudersi, serramenti mal regolati, ecc.). Terrazzo in comune con altro appartamento. Pulizia piuttosto approssimativa. Mancanza ascensore fino al terzo piano. Contesto del fabbricato solo discreto. Contrariamente a quanto indicato, non c'è il WiFi gratuito, ma I proprietari si sono adoperati per consegnarci un computer portatile con chiavetta WiFi. Per andare nella famosissima spiaggia di Zlatni Rat è necessario prendere la macchina, dato che si trova, di fatto, a 2 km in linea d'aria (e pagando il parcheggio 50 kune)

Amazing view from the top floor apartments. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no laundry in the building we were in (they have 2), but they did our laundry for us for a very reasonable rate. Had a good sized kitchenette (cooked most of our own meals) and a good family-run restaurant nearby. Free parking, a little hard to get into though (narrow streets). The building was little far from the beach (east end of Bol). Was a brisk 20min walk to Zlatni Rat. However, being this far away we weren't bothered by the late night LOUD music from the city center. There was a little train to the beach from the city center (~5-10min walk), but we preferred to walk.

Hard to find. Our gps had some trouble finding the hotel by address (but it also had some trouble in Croatia in general). We called the them and got it straightened out though. The internet is a mobile usb rocketstick (or sim card). So be aware if you have many devices you want to get online. We ended up putting it in one of our phones, then using the phone as a hotspot to get multiple laptops/smartphones online. Avoid Moby Dick's, it was one of our most expensive meals in Europe and not nearly one of the best.

Brilliant house, beautiful apartment, amazing view from the balcony. Very nice garden with grill. (Owner Ivan made a fish dinner for us, was so good, so tasteful). Once more thank you Ivan !!! Everything is very clean and new. The family who run Villa Kiki is genuinely amazing and did everything they could to make our stay very memorable. What else can I say, if only we could have stayed longer. I warmly recommend this place.

Wonderful hosts!!! Best service you can only wish for, 5 star...owner surprised guests with dinner and domestic wine making wondeful atmosphere making people meet each other..they were willing to assist in anything!!!
