Villa Kljunak  

We booked studio with balcony for 2 adults . Should have been "garden wiev"but actually was "high way" view . The balcony was situated to the north-west side so sun was shining till 9 P.M. and no umbrella at balcony . The balcony is very thin and impossible to sit there and relax - no space, too much sun , horrible noise from the hih way. There was a big noise from the road - highway to Monte Negro that is close to the Vila Kljunak. There was a horrible traffic and many cars every day 24 hours. Impossible to sleep with opened doors to the balcony. There was no a/c in the room (very small room - no space for bigger table and chairs) . The owner aranged installation of a/c during our stay on the base of our complaint . Should have been tv but was not ! No service during our stay. Not enough toilet paper , self service regarding empty basket - no container in front the Villa ? There is no super market in Veliky Zaton - port . We had to go for a walk approx. 3 km to the first food shop . We had to walk another 1-2 km to the sea - from the hill to hill - better to rent motorbike or car . Taxi fm the airport - to the Villa Kljunak - 50,- eur !!!! The owner arranged taxi back to the airport for 40,- eur. There are 3 "Konoba" - restaurants in Zaton - the best is Ancor - perfect service and reasonbale prices . There is also one Pizzeria close to Ancor - good pizza and also reasonable prices.

Le petit port à côté est charmant et la famille très accueillante; la chambre est plutôt grande

Besoin de prendre la voiture pour tout faire. Parking peu fonctionnel

Kedves, fiatal testvérpár üzemelteti, jó angoltudással. Közel fekszik az autóúthoz, jó kiindulási hely a környék felfedezéséhez.

Мирослав Клъюнак - замечательный радушный хозяин. содержит свой дом в чистоте. в течение нашего пребывания все время чувствовалась его забота о постояльцах. Большое ему спасибо! He was waiting for us with 2 bottles of cold water, it was amasing after a long trip under the sun)

problème avec le cumulus et l'installation : t° de l'eau des douches, pour avoir de l'eau chaude à la douche, il fallait faire couler l'eau froide au lavabo!!!

Appartement situé non loin (environ 10 min à pieds) d'une jolie crique. Propriétaire très sympathique. Grand balcon. Pas très cher.

Pas de connexion Wifi mais c'était annoncé par le propriétaire. Il pense changer la saison prochaine.

It's wonderful surroundings...the owner was very nice he gave us some useful tips once we arrived!! The rooms arent that good but we had a wonderful time because of it's great location if you don't care much about comodities and you like quiet surrounding u should definitely choose this

It didnt have many things in the house like pans or plates, just the basics... It wasn't that clean but it's manageable

Can owners, nice quite location, 5 minutes if that to the beach, with all that was needed in the apartment including all kitchen utensils
