Villa Kukuljica  

A wonderful spot, great host family that treats guests with wonderful, friendly service.

We have chosen the family room which was composed of two separate rooms with double beds and a bathroom. It was very affordable and clean. The hotel is near the sea. Sea looked great but we could not swim since it was out of season.

The location is quiet far away from the city center. If you are planning to visit the city it would be hard to find a transportation. We had a car so it was not a problem for us. There were no sign at the main road showing the location of the hotel. We found it almost by chance.

This is yet another croatian house, super clean and extremely comfortable. We had a gorgeous room with a balcony overlooking the bay. You are actually right on the bay (20m away from water) and swimming in the bay is possible. The room was very pretty and the bed was as good as any 5 star I ever stayed in. The hosts were pleasant however, the older lady and man did not speak english - the son did.

Good location and owner was very kindly and clean room.

We were pleasantly surprized that the villa was right on the sea. It had beach chairs directly at the waters edge. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and air conditioned. The address didn't come up on our gps but when we called from nearby, the host drove to meet us and led us to the villa. We had welcoming drinks for all seven adults.

Very friendly hosts, we were kayaking from Zaton and the owner allowed us to moor our kayaks outside the apartment. Very comfortable and well presented apartment with stunning views over the bay. We enjoyed a great breakfast and lots of local information from the host. We have stated in 10 different apartments and this one is by far one of the best we had encountered. Many thanks to Ivan and family.

The location is perfect, just 10m from the private beach, 10km from Dubrovnik. We had a fantastic sea-viewed room with a big balcony. There are 3 restaurants and a shop in the location nearby.

Diffucult to find a villa with a GPS (no address). You should look for a sign Zaton Mali on a right if you are driving from Split.

It was in a lovely little bay Very picturesque and the owners were very friendly You had to get a bus to the city centre if you didnt have a car and the owners let you know the times- nice journey but verydark in the evenings

Hard to contact them we emaield for direcions but had no reply luckily we found it ok as the bus driver helped us Only one restaurant near the hotel have to go to dubrovnik for any other options

Exstremely friendly owners wellcomed us to their very nice and pleasant hotel. Very beatifull location along the seaside straght outside from your window. The place is near Dubrovnik if you travel with your own car. Short distance to many places worth to visit.

Die Besitzer/In waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und gut. Die kulinarische Spitze war der von "Mama" des Hauses, wunderbar gekochte Fisch mit Beilagen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön!!!

Ein Traum von einer Unterkunft! Ich reise Beruflich sehr viel aber ich muss sagen das ich mich noch nie so wohl gefühlt habe wie hier. Ein Herzliche Begrüßung, eine so tolle Familie … selbst nach ein paar Stunden kommt man sich vor als würde man hier leben. Ich kann nur jedem ans Herz legen hier zu übernachten. Und als absoluten Geheimtipp gebe ich Euch/Ihnen mit auf den Weg sich unbedingt abends von „Mama“ Fisch zubereiten zu lassen. ;-) Eine Erfahrung die ich nicht mehr missen möchte. Das beste Essen auf unser Rundreise durch Kroatien. Rundum eine tolle Familie, eine super Unterkunft die Sauber und gleichzeitig schön ist. Herzlichste Grüße aus Deutschland

La villa está justo enfrente de una bahía, las vistas son muy bonitas. La habitación estaba muy muy limpia.

Personale gentilissino posizione strategica a 7 km da dubrovnik, avevamo prenotato una stanza per 4 persone ma visto che avevano un' altra stanza disponibile ci hanno dato la nostra piú un altra stanza tutto compreso nel prezzo. Climatizzatore ok, wifi idem, al mattino ci ha accolti il padrone con una ricca colazione ( Pagata a parte ma abbondante ) . sicuramente un posto da ricordare

Villa de charme plongeant littéralement dans l'adiatique, située en retrait de la route de Dubrovnik donc au calme. Petit déjeûner copieux mais dommage que la restauration proposée par ailleurs soit si chère alors que dans la baie de Zaton nous pouvons trouver des restaurants meilleur marché.

Soggiornato in questa struttura nel mese di Agosto 2012 per 1 notte in 2 persone. Ho riservato, visto il prezzo, 2 camere doppie con 2 letti singoli ciascuna e servizi igienici privati. Lo spazio interno alle stanze è buono, con due letti da una piazza, tv, climatizzatore e poltrone. Gli spazi per posizionare I bagagli sono sufficienti. C'è un piccolo ingresso prima di accedere alle stanze dove è posizionato l'armadio e l'acceso al bagno. Il bagno è posizionato esternamente alle due stanze, quindi per accedervi bisogna uscire dalle stanze. L'ho scelto per il prezzo (molto economico 62,00euro 4 posti letto). La posizione è a 12km da Dubrovnik (15 minuti di macchina\moto). Note: Non c'è l'asciugacapelli. Il Wi-Fi è disponibile in camera ma con segnale basso. Solo nella hall il segnale migliora. Posizionato sul mare (5mt dalla riva), quindi uscite e vi tuffate. Bello vedere il sunset la sera seduti ai tavoli disposti lungo la riva. Disponibilità di un market ad 1km dalla struttura molto fornito. Stanza ben climatizzata con vista mare una e vista interna l'altra. La location è silenziosa. Il sapone per lavarsi è solo per le mani non per doccia. Materiali degli arredi e rifiniture essenziali. Trattandosi di una villa, in cui vivono anche i proprietari\gestori, non dispone di una vera reception. Disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito lungo la strada antistante la struttura (zona tranquilla). Colazione non inclusa nel prezzo (7euro a richiesta). A richiesta è possibile cenare\pranzare presso la struttura con piatti preparati dai proprietari (non abbiamo fruito di questa possibilità ma a vedere i piatti sembravano molto invitanti). Voto Complessivo: Molto Buono. Sicuramente da valutare per eventuale soggiorno. Miei complimenti ad IVO (figlio dei proprietari della struttura) per l'accoglienza e per l'aiuto fornitoci. Persona allegra e cortese! Anche gli anziani proprietari si sono distinti per Cordialità e disponibilità. Complimenti a tutti.

La villa non è facile da individuare. Si trova a zaton mali, su una stradina secondaria, parallela alla strada statale Split-Dubrovnik. Non vi sono indicazioni.

I proprietari sono accoglienti, gentili e premurosi La villa secondo me è tra le più belle della zona di Zaton, è praticamente a 2 metri dal mare, ha un piccolo molo di fronte all'ingresso in cui ci si può rilassare, prendere il sole in assoluta tranquillità o da cui ci si può calare nel limpido mare della baia di Dubrovnik. La nostra stanza era la doppia al secondo piano con uno splendido terrazzino vista mare. Incantevole

Sarebbe molto comodo poter pagare con Carta di Credito

Хорошие, чистые апартаменты, у нас были 2 большие комнаты с балконом, с видом на затон, в меню вкусная рыба.

Считаю цена завышена, очень дорогое питание, купаться с пирса неудобно. Рекомендую только в качестве переночевать ночь.
