Very close to Dubrovnik, fairly clean, except for the ants in the kitchen. They offered us a 2 bedroom apartment with both bedroom windows next to the kitchen hood's very noisy evacuation duct. Only 2-3 meters away lied the villa's air conditioning exterior evacuation units. When we complained about the noise caused by the kitchen's evacuation duct, the receptionist acted like she didn't know what we were talking about, she was not willing to change our apartment, asked for us to pay for the whole stay (5 nights) in case we decided to leave and phoned the owner. In the beginning of the conversation she specified our nationality, as if someone's nationality is somehow related to their level of noise tolerance. We ended up staying because they promised they would change our apartment the next day. It didn't happen. |

Ivana and all her colleagues are wonderful host: nice, warm, hospitable. Villa is very close to the beach Even though we booked a room with a view to the sea, the room we got had no view at all but to the next villa's balcony. |

Besides the fact that the Hotel is quite far from downtown (9 km), there is a beach very close, 2 minutes walking. Good breakfest Staff is ok, but too informal. They shared social areas of the Hotel with guests to smoke their cigarets... no lifts avaialble. No parking place available to all guests, places can be found in the area at nigth. |

Wonderful very polite staff (reception, waiters, drivers). Reading comments about the hotel at the booking.com and compare my impressions about it, I can say that the hotel learn lessons and make everything to become more convinient for the guests. Everything was as goog as it was written and shown at the booking .com |

Top floor room with 2 chair balcony had superb views over cove and large inlet . not bad hotel restaurant on site and huge 'outside' lounge would permit lazy days/evenings . staff were all very good . Misleading description as not really on beach . 200 mts away down steep hill and steps . |

Close to the small beach which is good for swiming for children. 6 km away from Dubrovnic old city, but there is shuttle bus service to go there and to go super-market. Good and cheep Pizzaria around the hotel. |

We (two friends) had a lovely stay at Villa Lanterna! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating: they arranged tours for us; they helped us get to and from the tourist area of Dubrovnik; and they even managed to do our laundry despite the fact that it's a service they don't technically offer. The location is nice and right near a small beach cove... a bit removed from the actual city, but the staff has shuttles going back and forth and you can always opt for a (somewhat overpriced) taxi. The room was bright, clean, and airy. Overall, a great experience. |

The hotel is beautiful, also the location near Dubravnik is very good. The staff are very friendly. Štikovica has very positiv energy. We recommend this place to family with young children and people which like peace and quiet.We have spent really good time on this holiday and we will come again. |

The staff was very good and helpful also the location was very nice.from our room balcony there was a very nice sea view without a car is very hard to trave to therel and also there was no store or shop nearby to buy food. |

Serviceminded personal. Mkt gullig liten strand med kristallklart varmt vatten. - Kan vara värt att nämna att det är mycket trappor - för de som har svårt att förflytta sig kan det vara lite jobbigt. Jag går själv med 2st kryckor -men det gick bra ändå. Men kan vara värt att tänka på om man har svårt med balans etc. |

Läget är utmärkt vid havet och med täta lokalbussförbindelser till och från Dubrovnik och med egen båttrafik till öar och Dubrovninik. Fint hotell och god mat och mycket trevlig personal. |

At personalet vær svært vennlige, veldig imøtekommende og flinke til å legge til rette for oss. Veldig god service, og også veldig god mat på hotellet. Og selvfølgelig, at hotellet hadde familierom. Vaske glassene på badet/bruke engangsglass? |

Le situation de l'hotel est trés bien, même s'il fallait monter plus de 90 marches à l'exterieur pour accéder à notre appartment. Télévision par cable annoncée faisait défaut et aucune envie du proprio à réparer |
