Villa Linet is set on large, beautiful grounds in the village Funtana, on Croatia’s Istria peninsula. The beach is only 1300 ft away and the apartments have private balconies. All apartments are uniquely decorated and have a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette comes with cooking utensils, a microwave and tea/coffee maker. Free internet access is provided in all rooms and air conditioning is available against a fee. Guests can relax on the sunny terrace and in lounge chairs on the grounds. A children’s playground can also be found there. Barbecue facilities are on site and are at guests’ disposal. Villa Linet offers a bike rental and a gift shop on site. Free private parking is provided. A grocery store, restaurants and the center of Funtana can be reached within 300-650 ft. Hotel is located in a small private park, with rose bushes, almond, fig and pine trees.Surrounding is very quite and very peacful. Owners are extremly caring and kind, offering their assisstance and local fruits; apparatments are very specious and nicely furnished. The place Funtana is small and pictoresque, with little night life without any noise disturbance. Local residents are very friendly and speak German and Italian, there are lot of restaurants with local food. More vibrant city of Porec is 10 min. by bike along the coast, you can rent a bike from the owners. It is great place for enjoyment of natural life; local olive oil, cheese and sea products add to overall enjoyment. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax and regain tranquility.

I like hospitality of people who manage the place. Garden was nice. Room excellent.All neccessary convenience include air conditioner worked perfect.Location is superb.Very calm and beautifull.Excellent value for money.I'd love to come back. Nothing to say in general.

The owner, Mrs. Bozac, is one of the kindest hotel owners I have come across - and we travel a lot, not only in Europe. She is a most helpful lady and knows a lot about the surroundings. And what she doesn't know, she finds out :-) The apartment was VERY clean, spacious and well equipped. The place is quiet at night - let's hope it will remain so! There is a very nice and well-kept garden, and free parking next to the building. Good value! You'll find a small supermarket across the street.

Surface de l'appartement. Baignoire jacuzzi. Chauffage par climatiseur réversible situé uniquement dans la "pièce à vivre". En conséquence, la chambre et la salle de bain ont du mal à se réchauffer et accumulent la condensation. Appartement au 2e étage sans ascenseur.

персонал отеля отнесся к нам не коректно, на последний день выезда нас выставили из отеля в 10 утра, а вылет у на был в 10 часов вечера. мы весь день ходили как бомжи по городу, а когда мы попросили хозяйку отеля пустить нас в туалет то она послала нас в ближайший ресторан. мы просили ее продлить номер до вечера за деньги , но она нам отказала, сказала в номер будут заезжать гости . мы сидели на улице до вечера но в номер так никто и не заехал. отношение хозяйки к нам возмутительное.

Die Zimmer in der Villa Linet sind sehr geräumig und auch sehr sauber. Das Bad ist groß und hat ein Fenster. Der Garten ist sehr schön und hat einen sehr gepflegten grünen Rasen, was für Kroatien eher ungewöhnlich ist. Es ist auch täglich jemand vom Personal da, man kann sich mit Wünschen und Anliegen immer an das Personal wenden. Besonders vorteilhaft für den Aufenthalt sind die Parkplätze mit Sonnenschutz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Insgesamt ist das Gebäude und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Villa ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Leider kein Meeresblick. Obwohl die Villa nicht direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt, bekommt man vom Lärm in Funtana sehr viel mit. Wir waren Ende August in Funtana, am Abend war immer laute Musik in den Lokalen, sollte offensichtlich die Touristen unterhalten und hat oft bis Mitternacht gedauert. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass der Ort in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig ist.

un soggiorno meraviglioso.Lo consigliamo a chi cerca comfort,vicinanza al centro ed anche alla spiaggia.L´appartamento e´arredato con gusto, tutto nuovo,con due balconi molto grandi con una bellissima vista sul giardino curato con amore epazienza da Lino e Nelly, i proprietari che con il loro figlio ci hanno dato tante indicazioni preziosi e sono stati genteilissimi offrendoci spesso i fichi appena raccolti nel loro giardino.Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo,e ci ritorneremo il prossimo anno. Franco e Giusi nulla!Solo essere rimasti solo una settimana!!!

Appartamento curato negli arredamenti, pulito e ben attrezzato per cucinare... Bella terrazza per la colazione all'ombra... Quando siamo arrivati presso la struttura, abbiamo perso del tempo a girarvi intorno perchè non trovavamo nessuno a riceverci... Poi abbiamo visto l'agenzia a lato della villa.

Domacini su bili vrlo ljubazni i uvek spremni da pomognu. Imali smo solidan smestaj i mogucnost da preko domacina odemo na neki izlet sto smo i iskoristili. Svideo mi se i osigurani parking u dvoristu sa nadstresnicom za auto. U Vili postoje 9 apartmana. Mi smo bili u app broj 7 koji je jedini kategorisan sa 3 zvezdice, dok su svi ostali bili sa 4 zvezdice.To se nigde ne spominje u ponudi prilikom rezervacije, te smatram da je to prevara. Postavljene su slike app sa krevetima od kovanog gvozdja, a dobili smo klasicne sobe sa furniranim krevetima. Cesto je nestajala struja, Sat tv je samo sa nemackim kanalima, nema hrvatskih kanala. Realna cena ovog app bila bi oko 70e po danu a ne 105e koliko je nas kostalo. Opsta ocena je 8.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Vermieter-Ehepaar. Gepflegter und schön bepflanzter Garten. Ruhige Lage. Sehr geeignet für Reisende, welche dem Ferienrummel ausweichen und wollen.

Das Appatment für 2 Person ist geräumig sauber und nett eigerichtet, es ist durchaus für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt geeignet. Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit riesigem sehr geplegten Garten. Sehr geräumiges Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Inhaberin (spricht gut deutsch). Ruhige Lage und ausreichend Parkplätze.

verzorgde uitstraling/ sfeervolle tuin/ vriendelijke en goede informatie over omgeving en activiteiten/ erg rustig...geen zwembad! 10 minuten lopen naar comfortabel strand met ligstoelen (3,00 p/d) en doaches en veel visjes in de zee!..supermarkt en restaurantjes dicht in de buurt. nee!... wij vonden de rust fijn...maar daardoor weining contact met de andere bewoners of kinderen.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier optimal.Die Zimmer sind sehr hell, freundlich und geräumig eingerichtet und verfügen über einen großen Balkon. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Die Inhaber wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück, sprechen gut deutsch und sind sehr freundlich. Das Grundstück ist nicht allzuweit vom 'Strand' (Felsplateaus - unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen!) entfernt und zentral in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants gelegen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (innerhalb des Ortes gibt es kleinere Geschäfte) sind gut, allerdings etwas teuer. In den nächsten Orten gibt es größere Discounter. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage ist leider kostenpflichtig. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend.
