We stayed in this property for the first time in September22, last year. As we had such a comfortable stay we decided to return this year. We were not disappointed as everything was to the same high quality as last time. Lovely spacious rooms and balcony overlooking the sea. The area between the apartment, beaches and the centre of Makarska is mainly flat. The beach is 5 minutes and centre 15 minutes. Lovely restaurants and bars along the way. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our needs e.g. no pressure on leaving our apartment at the required time, due to our late evening flight. However, we do understand this may not have been possible during high season due to incoming guests. We can well imagine returning to the apartment in the future.

It was spacious inside the apartment. plenty of space indoors to eat at the table and also a spacious balcony with a table. The kitchen was separate from the bedroom and had adequate cooking facilities. The laundry facilities were excellent e.g. washer and iron, easily accessible. This was important as we had been traveling across Croatia for three weeks. The whole building was well maintained and had sun loungers and a small pool. The beach was no more than five minutes away as was restaurants and good supermarkets. The harbour or centre was 10-15 mins away on the flat promenade. The lady owner who we saw each day was very pleasant and helpful. She made us welcome and responded well to our requests e.g. she allowed us to stay an xtra hour after official check out time. This was helped by us visiting late in the season therefore less demand on the rooms.

The location of the property was wonderful. The room was very clean and ready when we arrived. The host of the property was wonderful, she showed us around and gave us keys showing everything we needed and was at the property daily so it was easy to find her. The property also had a pool that we did not use, but was really nice and clean, all the other guest seem very nice and excited to be at the location. Excellent air conditioner, fridge and very nice clean bathroom, bed was a bit hard, but good enough for the nights we were staying. Nice balcony- we sat every morning with our coffee and krafna.

Apartman je bio odlican, uredan. (dve sobarice rade svaki dan na odrzavanju apartmana) Posjeduje klimu, frizider sa zamrzivacem, elektricni sporet, tv, sto za rucavanje unutra i na terasi. Takodje, peskiri, escajg, serpe, tave,dzezve, toalet papir su tu. Ulicom desno (gledajuci ka moru) se spustate do setalista i odmah do plaze Ratac, takoreci drugi red vila od setalista. Terasa prostrana, gleda ka hotelu Biokovka i vidi se more. Parking ispred apartmana, privatni. Privatni bazen sa lezaljkama i suncobranima je isto dostupan!! Zadovoljan, za novac koji se trazi, i vise nego dobro!

I liked that it was a quiet hotel and a quiet place. A good-natured hostess who tries to solve a problem if it arises. I liked the picturesque view and very good beaches nearby, clear water and many cafes.

For 2 persons the apartman was perfect. Everything (market, bakery, restaurants etc.) nearby, very nice beaches on just 10-15 minute of walking. The hosts were very kind. Definitely a good place to go, i recommend it.

Nice, clean and big apartment. Close to the beach and shops. Also a small pool with sunbeds which is perfect for chilrdren or relax in the afternoon.

Very nice staff, they try to help with everything. There were always towels, and on the ground floor you could iron things and take air mattresses to the beach for free. Really good location
