Very pleasant and helpful staff, huge room and lovely king sized bed, rather old fashioned design and bathroom but perfectly clean and quiet. Lovely views from huge balcony.

There is a big hill up and down to the sea front but advice from staff to take the regular bus up one stop was helpful. We only stayed one night but I was sure that we would ahve been very happy to have stayed longer and woudl have acclimatised easilty to the hill as the buses are very frequent.

The owner is the best owner whom you can find! Super friendly, super kind, and also helpful. We booked only 5 days, then decided to be there for another day, and it was out of question why. It was an amazing place to stay. Turtles, rabbit, and dogs in the garden, super clean, tidy rooms, toilette, shower. Air condition was working very well, we had a huge balcony, with a nice view at the sea, and garden with a lot of flowers, a palm tree. We eate every morning in the garden, and it was fantastic. The beach/town is around 6-12 minutes walk, and around 2km. But it is a nice walk, even, when climbing back to the hill. So do not worry. They have led tv, which I was amazed by, as it is not common at all. The best restaurant is Gallia, at the end of the bay on the left. The food, atmosphere, staff especially Pero were very nice. The sea was super clean, with a lot of fishes. I would recommend the beach on the right side for everyone, it is another 1 km from town center, but very nice. I would also recommend everyone to visit Dubrovnik, and walk around the walls, but not in the hottest hours! Park in public garage, that is the best, do not search for free parking lot, as there are no parking around.

Only the plains arrival was a bit noisy, but they usually arrived in the morning from 8-10 around 5-8 and then going back. And in the evening around 4-6- No other problem, but it is not a big deal.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful location and we were well looked after by the owner Anita. Beautiful view from our balcony and all facilities within walking distance.

No towels in bathroom.

On arrival we were met by friendly staff and shown to this beautiful room with magnificent views over the sea and mountains. The room was extremely well equiped with a kitchen area, and two balconies. We could not fault our stay here, it was much more than we expected and will definately return and recommend to others.

Gentilezza di Anita camere spaziose e luminose. Appartamento comodo e dotato di tutto, anche di lavatrice. Giardino ben attrezzato e disponibile x gli ospiti con bella vista sul mare

Lo mejor del Villa Markoc es la ubicación, a nosotros nos tocó un apartamento con jardin, no teníamos vistas pero si un jardin muy agradable.

Creo que el precio no corresponde a la habitación pero después de varios días de viaje vemos que no es un problema de Villa Markoc si no del pais, hemos estado en más hoteles y es bastante general. A la mayoría de ellos les falta una renovación.

The owner collected us and delivered us to the airport with no extra charge. She also welcomed us with a free bottle of wine. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped, while the view from the veranda was great.

The hotel was located up a steep hill, 10 minutes walking from the seafront, and it was also under a flight path - though these did not bother us too much.

We was in Villa Markoc few days and we didn't see nicer hotel like this.Apartment was modern and newly equipeded ,very nice garden infront house,many flowers and bunny in garden.Owners was very helpful and frendly.They take zs to the airport and give us a nice suvenir from Cavtat.Sure i will come next year with all my family to this place.Maria
