Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, mais d'appartements avec cuisine.Donc pas d'équipements communs (salon, bar etc) Pas de piscine (il me semble que le descriptif indiquait qu'il y en avait une). Il n'y a pas véritablement de navette vers l'aéroport. Il a fallu discuter pour que quelqu'un veuille bien nous accompagner. On nous proposait au départ un taxi à 10 euros (pour 5km!) |

L'appartement très agréable - L'accueil de la propriétaire excellent - Longue marche pour aller en ville ou à la plage avec enfants et bébé en poussette. Et pas de place de stationnements gratuites.... |

L'emplacement est bien, vue sur la mer, l'accueil est chaleureux, au petit soin. Le lit est inconfortable et dans les toilettes ça sent les canalisations. |

La propriétaire est très sympa. L'appartement est très bien équipé (cuisine neuve et moderne, terrasse spacieuse avec vue magnifique sur le jardin et sur la mer ). Situation idéale si on doit prendre l'avion de bonne heure le matin (on est à seulement 5 mn en voiture de l'aéroport) ou si l'on souhaite visiter Dubrovnik (à 20 mn en voiture) sans être dans la cohue de la ville La baignoire mériterait un rideau afin de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout quand on l'utilise en douche. Le chien a aboyé dans la nuit et on a entendu les voisins (isolation phonique pas top !). Par ailleurs, l'appartement est un peu loin de la mer (700 m) si l'on souhaite se rendre à la plage à pieds, c'est un peu long. |

The owner was friendly and collected us from the airport. Views from the terrace were fantastic. There was plenty of room in the apartment. It was quite a long walk from Cavtat, uphill coming home, and nowhere near to have a coffee or snack, apart from the centre of Cavtat. At certain times, it was directly under the flight path of planes leaving Dubrovnik Airport. |

We stayed for one week in Villa Markoc and had couldnt have asked for anything better!! Had a great view of the sea from our room and some great restaurants cafes and bars less than 10 minutes walk away and right at the sea also. To top it off we even got a lift back to the airport from one of teh very friendly staff!!! Great.. |

Wonderful view to mountains, big bathroom, well equipped kitchen. All promised facilities were working. Flight pathway can be plus and minus as well - we enjoyed aircrafts landing just above us! Main disappointment was wrong placement of the facility on booking.com map - it was much farther from beach than drawn on map! However, it was ok at the end. Some smell of old furniture in room. Also garbage can was not removed for 3 days - it's too much in hot days! |

Landlady extremely warm and welcoming.Quiet and relaxing surroundings.Lovely garden.All rooms air-conditioned. Lovely views. Hotel was in flightpath of airport,but to be honest the noise from the aircraft was not excessive and did not spoil the peace and tranquility of the location.After 11pm, all flights stopped until 7am.The hotel is located about a mile outside Cavtat,so a car is necessary to get in and out of the town.Obviously this means that if you like a drink with your meal,you must regulate your intake!! |

Charming place. Very nice balcony and garden, spacious, great view over the sea. Quiet as in a side-road. Cavtat is very close to the airport, you see and hear the plains landing |

This is a good quality and spacious villa with pleasant and spacious apartments that are well equipped and meet most holiday needs. Located about 5 mins drive from the airport, so ideal for a short stay, and 20 minutes from Dubrovnik, so ideal too for touring. It is about 15 minutes down a steep hill into Cavtat. On airport flight path so some noise. |

Nicely equipped apartment with sea view. Walk to beautiful sea town of Cavtat but less than 60 min by bus or boat to Dubrovnik. Close to D airport. |

The owner, Anita, went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as she could, even collecting us from the airport and taking me to collect a hire car the next morning. Its location was perfect for the airport and local amenities of Cavtat. |

Friendly host, good place to visit Dubrovnik and also relax. If you go to Dubrovnik, better go by boat, even is more expensive. Location is on top of a hill, you have to climb some stairs and steep road from restaurants down at Marina. On the other hand, if good for digestion and burn some calories:). Good fish restaurants on sea side. |

You do have a great view to the bay ant the sea, it was very quite and away from the main street.Parking is also arranged and people are nice. The bathroom could be a bit more clean from the start. |

Lokalizacja blisko lotniska, bardzo miła obsługa, darmowy dostęp do Internetu. Stosunkowo tani hotelik na jedną noc dla jadących w dalszą drogę do Chorwacji. W lodówce znalazłem 3 piwka :) Położenie na trasie podejścia samolotów do lądowania w Dubrowniku - hałas od 7 do 23. Wyposażenie odrobinę wiekowe, parkiet skrzypi, tak samo łóżka, brak żarówek w lampkach nocnych, nie ma możliwości wykupienia jakiegokolwiek posiłku. Błędne podana pozycja GPS w opisie booking.com |
