Villa Midea

The room is spacious and clean with good facilities. The location is good too as it's walking distance to the centre, restaurant, and the beach. But it is also quiet. We also like the owner of the hotel. He is very friendly and professional. Upon arrival, he gave us a lot of suggestion about where to go and where to eat. We tried all the restaurants he recommended and they were all good! He also gave us a bottle of olive oil as a souvenir. That was very nice! We are very satisfied with this hotel!

I thought Milan was a wonderful host. From the personal meeting at the Ferry, to the welcome apéritif upon checking in, to the warm greeting anytime we met during my stay, to the graciously offered transportation back to the ferry. He takes pride in running his accommodations. I chose Villa Midea because it looked new, safe, and I thought the price was in line with what I could pay as a woman traveling by myself.

I had the Studio apartment, and when asked by Milan about the comfort of the pull-out couch, I was honest with him, letting him know that it was a bit too firm for my back. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and the view from the balcony was quite nice. It was nice to be able to sit out there and eat a peach, or enjoy a sunset glass of wine while looking at the coastal waters of the Adriatic and Dalmatian landscape.

Outstanding customer service and friendliness of staff. They were professional and friendly at the same time-- very hard to find such in this part of the world. The fellow at the desk was always ready to help and give advice without being pushy to buy something. Also, the traditional Croatian breakfast items were excellent.

The owner was very kind and welcomed us with several drinks. The room was cozy and extremely well-equipped.

We had difficulty in finding the hotel, as we were driving. However, the owner came out to meet us, and things turned out ok. It was a very pleasant stay after all.

Really friendly and helpfull personnal (personnel aimable et attentionné), room very clean and like the picture on the website (chambres particulièrement propre, comme présentées sur le site)

The hotel staff was extremely accomodating and informative, the provided lots of information about the hotel, the city, and the whole island. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel is very new, modern and peaceful. It is an easy walk from the ferry, supermarket, restaurants, and beaches. We have nothing but positive feedback for this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation

Hintaan olisi voinut kuulua aamupala, tosin huoneistohotellissa oli keittomahdollisuus, jota emme hoksanneet ennen kuin olimme huoneessa.

Ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker, niettegenstaande de kleine bezetting op het moment.Knusse ontbijtruimte met mooie muziek. Hotel is centraal doch tevens rustig gelegen. Een echte aanrader !

We enjoyed our staying in villa Midea very much. The kind hospitality, pleasant accomodation, and the excellent, various and peaceful breakfasts made us home feeling. The natural beauties of the island are unforgettable.
