mai rifatta la stanza (2 notti), spazio all'aperto non attrezzato, sauna ridicola.

Una delle cose piu' belle è stata l'accoglienza e l'ospitalita e la cortesia,inoltre si puo' gustare della gastronomia locale di ottima qualità tipo prosciutto locale stagionato, trote pescate al momento alla griglia speziate con erbe locali,bistecche di vitello alla griglia ecc ecc.Inoltre la colazione viene servita a base di prelibatezze genuine ed in grande quantità.Vi suggerisco anche di provare la sauna Fillandese inclusa nel prezzo e uno splendido e rilassante massaggio della fantastica e solare ELENA.Se dovete visitare I laghi di Plitvice non esitate a scegliere questo Hotel.

Si è in una villetta dove i proprietari afiittano camere e gestiscono il ristorante.Ottimo per il luogo che si vuole visitare.Ottima la cena,persone per bene.noi ci siamo trovati bene...ha anche sauna e centro massaggio

We were made very welcome. They provided excellent local produce for breakfast and dinner. The owner went out of his way to collect us from the Hotel Jezero after our full day walk as it was raining quite heavily.

The directions on how to drive to the guest house could be improved.

We stayed for 3 nights and this was ideal in order to explore Plitvice Lakes in a relaxed manner

Compared to the reasonable price for excellent food, the wine offered was expensive

Warm welcome, helpful and informative host, excellent food. Location close to the national park and offering a peaceful stay away from the tourist hotels. Also a chance to appreciate local culture.

Nothing to criticise really, but had not appreciated that payment was cash only, despite providing credit card details when booking.

The staff was very goof and the food was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised.

the only thing wrong was the directions we got from booking .com but this was sorted by the owner of hotel taking us back to pick up car

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the lakes.

The stairs in the hotel were not very child friendly, as the sides were not protected. However, as the hotel is fairly new and expanding, I presume this will be taken care of eventually.

Proximity to Plitvika National Park which was spectacular and well worth a visit.The bedrom was modern,clean and comfortable and accomodated all of the family(5 people).Overall a pleasnt stay with a lovely dinner.

Location-on a sort of cul de sac with some flats located behind..Although the inclusive dinner was lovely-fresh trout, there was no choice of menu and no dessert was offered or coffe.I thought it was expensive.

The staff were very welcoming, the meals were plentiful and delicious, and I was given good advice on where to go to beat the crowds at the lakes. This area was the highlight of my visit to Croatia.

It would have been helpful to have a signpost near the entrance of the Mukinja village, as I took a few wrong turns trying to find the house.
