De kwaliteit van de maaltijden, en de gezellige sfeer tijdens deze maaltijden. Het direct contact met de eigenaar, en de informatie die hij gaf over de streek. De kamers zijn zuiver en al het nodig comfort is aanwezig. Maar het is wel het mininimum. Gezelligheid op de kamers ontbreekt. |

Enorme gastvrijheid. Uitstekend diner en ontbijt zeer goed verzorgd. Eigenaar is zeer betrokken bij het welzijn van zijn klanten. Geeft ook graag advies zeer goed advies over de activiteiten die er ondernomen kunnen worden. Wij hebben er 1 nacht geslapen en kijken met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf. |

Vlado and Helena were excellent hosts during our stay. The evening meals were very good. The facility was clean, modern, and comfortable. This is a guest house or B&B. If you are looking for a small guest house run directly by the Owner with friendly, courteous, and helpful staff, this is a great place to stay. |

Room was spacious and bathroom facilities were good. Sauna was a plus. Manger assistant was very helpful Dining room was dark and not sufficient ventilation. Hallways had an unpleasant odor. |

Dinner was very good, fresh food, healthy. Room was spotlessly clean, good sized bathroom, host took great care to ensure our stay was comfortable. While I,m loathe to write too much in case Mukinja becomes too crowded, they deserve all the credit that is due. Highly recommended. |

Food was excellent! Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was really nice and friendly. Owner of the hotel gave us really great tips and informations about the Park. I speaked with owner and he told me about his plans of improving services and I really like it. We hope to come again when the swimming pool and wellness centre is finished. |

The young assistant tried to make up for the obviously poor guest house; dinner was good, but there was no choice of menue at all, no coke available, no variety at breakfast and almost cold coffee and milk The guest house was by no stretch of imagination in a nice, park-like area as promised in the internet; it was under reconstruction, the rooms were dark; no proper bed sheets, only woolen blankets which were not warm enough; no heating overnight and no heating in the moring; smell of gas in the hallway; bugs on the dirty carpet and lots of dust; TV did not function, etc. |

Great food; friendly staff; nice bathrooms and showers, and the movie shown about the lakes was really informative and fun to watch. The hotel was being renovated which made our stay a bit uncomfortable - we came back one afternoon to find builders staring into our window which was not very pleasant - so i would check if renovations were findished before booking. the uphill trek back from the lakes was longer than suggested on the website. |
