Villa Mulet  

The owners really went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was beautiful and furnished in a contemporary/traditional mix which worked seriously well. I wish the owners all the luck in the world in continuing their successfuk business venture. Keep up the good work and the repeat custom will continue - such as mine and my family later this year.

We loved our stay here - large room - great price - very clean and the staff were wonderful - would of loved to stayed longer than the 1 night. Was hard to find at first - but the reward of the authentic location is just wonderful! Highly recommended!

Nicely decorated, fairly new fit out. Neighbor was very helpful and friendly. Location was great, quiet at night and near the market and palace. Spacious enough for a family of four.

The slanted roof made showering in the tub difficult. No bathroom fan made for moldy smell in the bathroom.

Fantastic in all aspects. Beautiful and very well equipped apartments, fashionably fitted out with everything you may need. Recommended 100%. We will stay here again. Thank you.

Very very difficult to find. Not on GPS and certainly not route-able there. Parking very difficult and far away.

Great location, and very good service from the owners/employees. I arrived late from Dubrovnik, and had a very smooth check in at 23:00. Flat is very modern in an old stone setting, very clean, and 5min walk from the city center.

note to other guests - hot water switch is next to bathroom lights - very easy to switch off and have no hot water if you don't know about it!

The apartment was very well appointed and the location is excellent for the centre of Split, the markets and also the ferries to the island. Apartment designed well to ensure best use of space.

Steps from the Dioclesian Palace and from the heart of Split. Very cool place if you are in the city on foot. A bakery and small supermarket on the way back from the Centar did help to set up breakfast for the following day. Also reachable on foot to the city harbour if you are taking the Jadrolinija ferries to Hvar or Brac.

Heater reservoir was small and a challenge for 4 people (like us) to take a shower in a row. Parking is a big challenge but there is a couple streets nearby with free parking (we were able to manage that well for 3 days). Cable TV was a challenge to operate.

A convenient location, near to the sea front and Diocletian's Palace. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed and the air conditioning meant we got a good night's sleep.

Struggled a bit getting the luggage up the steps at the start of the street.

Its location is wonderful The neighbourhood (Old Town Split; narrow roads; old buildings) was very appealing. The excellently renovated interior of our apartment was very pleasing. The helpfulness of the owner, Anja, and her warm welcome were appreciated.

Difficulty in gaining access to our apartment. It was presumed that we would have a cell phone (which we did not) in order to notify Villa Mulet of our arrival. No one is actually on the premises.
