Only 8 km from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park, Villa Rubcic offers a large garden with barbecue and dining area. Rooms here have a balcony or a terrace. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and en suite bathrooms are standard in all rooms. Some have a well equipped kitchen and a dining area. The garden offers a large playground for children, with swings and a sandpit. There is also a volleyball and badminton court. Local recipes and homemade brandy prepared by the owners can be sampled upon request. There are 2 restaurants next to the property and the nearest supermarket is 2 km away. Rubcic Villa is 15 km away from Rastoke. Guests can also visit the Caves of Barać, about 10 km away. The villa offers a garage for motorbikes and a parking space. Rubcic family was very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay,apartment is so new looking,comfortable and we fall in love with beautiful terrace with lovely view to the mountain. That we didn`t stay longer to enjoy beautiful nature nearby and garden :)

The room was clean. The hotel is 10 km from plitvice park. Awful ! Avoid it, spend 10 euros more per night and you could sleep in a better place. The room was so small, no balcony, the balcony is not private but common to all the bedrooms. We stayed in this bedroom for two days and our mood was down afterwards. The Host does not speak English, we had to wait a few times in front of the door to get answers from her 10 years old daughter. The water was cold twice in the morning. We could hear the noise of the cars on the main road which is 30 meters away. Finally, it took 15 min to get a receipt while it was impossible to pay by credit card !!! I do not recommend this place at all. The breakfast was poor. It does not worth it.

basic but very clean and just about everything you need to cook. friendly owners. lovely view from balcony. very comfy bed. great value apartment a short drive from gates of park.

It's easy to find there. The house was tidy and quiet. The dog there was quite cute! The electricity went out that night and the bathroom was quite small. The heating was too hot at first and then stopped after midnight.

It isn't on the road so there is no noise. The room is little but nice and has a lot of space outside including private parking The location is nice and near to the park (less then 10 min by car) The rom was a little dirty for italian standards.

Aangekomen op de locatie werden we direct zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de zoon van de eigenaars. We kregen meteen alle info over het natuurpark, waar we voor kwamen. Ook werd op eenvoudige vraag het diner geregeld. De eigenaar, die hobbykok is, serveerde ons drie dagen overheerlijke en typische gerechten voor met als "klapper" op de derde avond de authentieke Kroatische stoofschotel die volledig overdekt met houtskool, volgens de aloude methode werd bereidt. Kortom, culinair kan onze trip niet meer stuk. De zeer gezellige en kraaknette accommodatie maken, naast deze gastronomie, van deze "Villa Rubcic" een regelrechte aanrader! We komen zeker nog terug! Niets is ons tegengevallen, alles was naar wens! We hebben voor een vriendenprijs 3 avonden genoten à volonté (dranken en spijzen)

Le cadre agréable en campagne et proche du parc de Plivitce. Petit- déjeuner sympa - Prix peu élevé L'hôte ne parle pas un mot d'anglais - Chambre très petite - Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche - Difficile à trouver.

Etwas weg,aber doch nicht allzu weit weg von der Hauptstraße. Die Federkern Matratze ist eine nicht aktezierbare Zumutung! Die Treppe zum Dachgeschoß ebenso! Gefährlich- und Stolpergefahr! Nicht zu empfehlen! Frühstück für diesem Betrag zu wenig reichhaltig!

Village excentré mais bien situé pour ceux qui viennent visiter les lacs de plitvice et faire des randonnées. Petits déjeuners agréable sur la terrasse et grand jardin pour les enfants. Y avons séjourné deux nuits la première nuit l'habitant a "omis de nous mettre le chauffage" et de fournir des couvertures supplémentaires. Nuit très froide. La seconde nuit a été plus agréable après en avoir discuté avec le propriétaire.
