I had an accident a few days before arriving at Villa Rustica and the care and concern from the staff, in particular Zdravka, was exception. Zdravka could not do enough for me. She was generous, warm and helpful, and she has a great sense of humor which I appreciated. She went way beyond what I expected and this included knocking on my door with food in the evening because she knew I couldn't get out due to my leg injury. The owner of the hotel meet me in Trogir and drove me to the Villa which was very helpful to me. The breakfasts at the hotel are fantastic. The many courses served Zdravka's colleague, Matea, always with a smile. I found Matea to always be potite and helpful. Villa Rustica is not on the sea shore but only a short walk from the beach. As a consequence it is away from the restaurant so it is quiet at night time. The apartments are very clean and quite modern. However they lacked basic facilities. My apartment had two large bedrooms and a kitchenette but no area for relaxing in the evening. There are very few cooking utensiles and there was only one cooking pot. There was no line or clothes horse for drying clothes inside or out and there was no table on the small balcony. However when I asked for these things, Zdravka provided them and this included an easy chair so I could watch TV.

The hotel's location is excellent, in a small, quiet, secluded village a short boat journey from popular tourist destination Trogir. On our arrival we were welcomed by the staff with a big plate of fresh fruit, perfect after a day of travelling! The rooms were beautiful - lovely dark wood furniture, a huge bed with clean, cosy bedding and an incredibly clean kitchenette! Breakfast was great, a huge selection including pancakes. The hotel also has a swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay there, and even stayed on a night longer than expected as we fell in love with the hotel and the area! The lovely housekeeper even gave us a painting as a memory of our holiday on our last day, and arranged for another member of staff to drive us to the bus station!

We stayed at Villa Rustica for tree days and really enoyed our stay. It was absolutely the best place we stayed at during our holiday in Kroatia. Villa Rustica is situated in a quiet village near the harbour and beaches. Choosing Villa Rustica there is easy access to Trogir and Split when you want to visit these interesting towns. You avoid staying in the crowded center of these towns and the traffic problems here. We had ordered a studio in the annex building but as there were rooms avaible we were upgrated to a bigger and better apartment in the main building. This was very convenient for us as breakfast was served here. We had a fantastic breakfast every day with very delicious food and homemade pancakes, cakes and fresh fruit. It was even more than we could imagine and we were very surpriced to have so much. The staff were so kind and helpful and did everything to make our stay as good as possible. Much more than we could expect and we are very grateful and would like to come back.

Our studio appartment was spotless and cleaned everyday, the staff were incredibly friendly offering us Dalmatian cakes as a treat :) the pool is quite small and a little dirty so don't let that be your main attraction as the sea is 200m down the road and is lovely and clear! A great place to stay if you want to base yourself outside Trogir, and not far from Split either.

The people working at villa rustica were very kind and friendly - they make everything to please us at any time ... The breakfast exellent with homemade pancakes, omeletts and cakes!! We had dark bread , vegetables and fruits as well. The rooms were clean and taken every day . We were a family with 6 grown ups and 2 children..., Just 5 minutes walk to an ok beach. Swimmingpool at the hotel was clean and our grandson had much fun.- Traffic in the days were not disturbing at nigths - we had calm nigths. We like to walk and had good walks up in "the mountains" and in to the beuatiful town of Trogir The hotel helped with transfer to airport and to trogir Totally we had a splended stay at villa rutica!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you The 3 comments under have more to do with the community: 1. We do not like that the traffic passing down to the beach close to the villa 2. To much cars on the beach 3. We missed a bank terminal and a playground for children near by

The most suitable place for relaxing and enjoying the company of your family. Amayzing land scape and a beautiful location between the mountains with a stoney beaches and a lovely forest. Only couple of steps from the wonderful cristal clear Aadriatic see and 4 Km from the stoney town of Trogir and Chiovo island. The connection is very good using the local boat taxi available for only 20kuna/person. In few words the place is simply amazying.

Warm reception ! Staff is discrete, efficient, nice & friendly ; everybody will find a solution to any of your questions. We were offered pancakes for the children !!! Accomodation is really comfortable, quiet and cleaned every day. Nice terrasse & swimming pool ! Cute beach - pebbles & trees - within a 2' footwalk. Easy access to the hotel from Split or Trogir. Good breakfast for a reasonnable price. Most of the activities publicized on the werbsite are located in another hotel a few kilometers away. Idea For the owners : a good plus-value would be to propose fresh drinks or snacks at the swimming pool !

The personell at the hotel are incredible. Never been to a hotel where they serve you so good. (eks: didn't order breakfast in the price, but they still came every morning with home made pankakes and other bakery to the room). Very nice rooms, looked very new or newly renovatet. Quiet atmosfere. Nice beaches around. The only "negative" thing is that you are in need of a car. Location is 5min away from Trogir and 30min away from Split with car. Beside a small beach, there aren't really much to do in walk distance.

My sister and me spent in Seget Vranjica 11 days and during the whole time we felt the charming homelike atmosphere at Villa Rustica. We are very thankful to the staff for friendliness and helpfulness. The small village of Seget Vranijica is a perfect place for everyone who looks for calm and relaxation. The beach that is only 5 minutes walk from the villa is small, but not overcrowded. Besides there is a wonderful way that begins in Seget Vranijca and leads throgh the driftwood to the long beaches of the hotel Medena. This walk takes about 30 minutes, but you can enjoy the pine shadow and the rush of waves. Villa Rustica is not only close to the beach, but it's located near to the bus stop on the road that connects all the cities and villages at the Adriatic seaside. We had no car, but we travelled easily by bus to Sibenik and National Park Krka, to Split and, of course, very often to Trogir that is only 5 km far from Seget Vranijca. Sum up, if I spend again my holiday in Dalmatia, Villa Rustica will be the place where I'd like to stay.

Vila Rustica has excellent apartments. The location is ideal and very close to the beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. The apartments are luxurious, big, clean an have an excellent airco. The breakfast is the best you can get. If you're in the neighbourhood and there is an apartment available this is the place to stay.

Friendly and helpful hosts and staff, excellent housekeeping and room cleanup, big comfortable room (additional building), good wi-fi, good choice of sat-tv news channels on different languages, plenty of sockets and lamps. Comfortable foreyard (main building) with chairs and swimming pool. Hearty stylish breakfast. Location is not so good to beach and shops. To get to the closest beach you need to go along very narrow village street there you hardly able to pass cars. Better beaches are on the other side of the village. No place to put the luggage/suitcase in the room. Arrangement of furniture was awkward - the sole small wardrobe was placed in 10 cm distance from wall with power sockets behind, TV overlapped the bathroom door. Very limited space to dry towels etc. Swimming pool does not equipped with shower and water was not so clean.

Bedrooms were really nice - wide beds equipped with comfortable mattresses. Hotel was clean. Outdoor swimming pool small, but at the same time nice. Personnel full of hospitality and very supportive. We had everything what we wanted. When we asked about something there was only one answer - no problem. Really good breakfasts. They even baked corn bread especially for me, because I have allergy to wheat flour. Only 2 minutes walk to reach the beach / seaside and flat road what is not frequently met in Croatia. Free of charge car park. We had really nice stay there and we can recommend this hotel without any doubt. There was no real living room, even it was specified in the offer. Instead of it we found only dining room with table, chairs, tv set and kitchen annex.

This Hotel was fenomenal it was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. The location is just perfect close enough (5 min drive) to the old historic town of Trogir, and about a 5 min walk from a beutiful beach. The rooms were very nice and spacious and also very clean. The staff was always ready to give a helping hand with anything we needed. I would strongly recomend this hotel to annyone, you will have a relaxing vacation and still be close enough to all the great activities Trogir has to offe,r and have the frendliest staff helping you with your every need.

We visited Villa Rustica a few days ago and loved it so much that we decided to come back again with our friends , on our return from Dubrovnik. The rooms are well equipped and the staff are lovely - in particular the breakfast waitress who was so charming and helpful.I have a feeling that we will be coming back to Trogir - and the Villa Rustica - yet again some time in the future.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights recently and had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms well appointed and relatively big, breakfast had an excellent choice of food and staff were very helpful. We found the hotel to be ideally located in the centre ofthe village , with swimming pool . The owners take great care to ensure you will be happy and satisfied with your stay at their hotel.
